British Airways left my luggage behind. Heathrow sucks!
Multiple delays. Could have been more honest on delay, so could have rebooked elsewhere. Multiple cancelled connecting flights. No compensation. Could not fix myself online. Had to wait on call back.
Flight service got cancelled 6 hrs before our travel then we had find an other way to travel. Totally disappointed
Changed gates 3 times and terminal once. Just before original boarding.
Delayed. Flight attendants were on a international flight
The gate changed three times. When I asked about it the agent was rude, the flight left late, though we ended up arriving early, no legroom

Cons: "I missed boarding by one minute and was told there was nothing they could do. Our connecting flight landed on the other side of the airport and after literally running through DFW, we were told our flight home had already boarded, we arrived at 6:21, flight left at 6:30. American Airlines screwed us again. Just paid $300 for a rental vehicle so I could make it home."
Cons: "Flight was so delayed that we missed our connection"
Cons: "5 hour maintenance delay due to non-responding maintenance crew. Deplaned. Then re-boarded. Then additional delay due to broken tug. Ridiculous."
Pros: "Crew was super friendly and accommodating."
Cons: "Affordable fares equate to such a small amount of space."

Cons: "No working USB to hook electronics up. What good is it to stream onboard content when on a 10H flight my phone dies in 4H... Stick to paper books next time."
Pros: "I was traveling with my mother who is handicap. The staff did so much to really help her. Although, the staff did everything and I mean everything to help us. TSA was an issue. Plus there was an language barrier."
Cons: "The assistant that they gave us was communicating with the TSA officer in Spanish who did not speak any English. The problem was she was over 75 and she does not have to remove her shoes. Instead of explaining to her what was going on she just took her shoes, which made my mother upset mad."

Cons: "The crew was basically useless. They hung out in the back not really paying attention or just in the way. One stewardess knocked me in the head when passing through and didn’t even apologize. No one greeted or told goodbye at the end."

Cons: "Delayed, poor info, no snacks, not even water. Lady at gate was rude. And unpleasant. Nobody kept us informed correctly and when we asked we were treated unkindly. Horrible experience with AA. Will avoid"
Cons: "Person in front reclined the entire flight. I was squeezed in a a small box. Seats should not recline that much"
Cons: "This flight was delayed by almost 5 hours. While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

Cons: "Sfo-phl flight was delayed just long enough to miss connection. Standbys were full. Instead of arriving at 10a it’s 7p"
Pros: "The crew was great and made light of a relatively tense situation. This was a connecting flight for many passengers which was delayed so many of us were missing our connections. The crew still did a great job keeping everyone comfortable and boarding us quickly."
Cons: "Unfortunately our plane was grounded in Chicago before our leg of the trip even began. By the time it arrived in YYZ many of us would already be missing connections. Due to a smaller plane we have to stow most of our carry on below which caused a bit of chaos while disembarking trying to retrieve bags and hustle to the next flights. Since I knew before leaving YYZ we were quite delayed my husband drove to ORD to pick me up instead of waiting 24hr for the next flight to St. Louis. It added 8 hours of driving for him to an already long day but we made the best of it."

Cons: "I didnt like that we were an hour and a half delayed and we werent informed why. Then as I am trying to update my pickup person one of the crew members was really rude and I tried to explain and it didnt help. She was rude infront of all the passengers. Not planning to fly in AA anymore."

Cons: "First class cabin smelled like urine and was filthy Does. It appear cabin was cleaned before flight was turned. Cookies and crumbs al over seat and in passenger seating area"
Cons: "Entertainment screen did not work which affected 6 passengers, rows 34 and 35. Flight attendants kept saying there was nothing they could do. They didn't return to give us an update. We had to ask three times to different attendants."

Pros: "Flight not entirely sold out. So they let my 14 month grandson have an empty seat between my daughter and I. That was a great gift since he doesn't sleep and is jumping and crawling all over the place. And I'm sure the other passengers were breathing sighs of relief!! Also super smooth landing and nice flight attendants."
Cons: "Flying with an active 14 month old toddler boy and of his "stuff" is nothing less than anxiety provoking. Not much the airline can do.."
Pros: "General professionalism of crew"
Cons: "Food selection was poor, small quantity, and bad value. Online boarding pass didn't work for return flight first time, but worked a second time."
Cons: "AA wants to charge $75 to change tickets to take an earlier flight. Plenty of seats available on the earlier flight, while standby passengers not able to get onto the later flight. I lost 4 hours, AA lost revenue, standby passengers stuck in Philly. Also, no air conditioning on this flight."
Cons: "Had to spend 12 hrs in an airport because it was cancelled and was given no reason as to why. I won't fly with aa again"
Pros: "Flight attendants were very friendly. Pilot was easy to understand and gave the passengers regular updates on flight status. Flight was short and easy."
Cons: "The seats on this smaller plane were shaped in such a way that they provide very little support to your back...I guess that's my only complaint."
Cons: "We were stuck from 11 pm to 9am at the airport without food (nothing at the airport was open and nothing was nearby). We did not get the hotel promised. The plane was very small and uncomfortable. I felt sick."
