Having to "unplug" the head phones an hour before landing is very annoying! We have traveled on other airlines that do not have this policy. Running our of Port 45 min after the first pour is not acceptable when flying Business Class!"

Rebooked using the mobile app but could not check in on mobile or at the kiosk. Waited in line for almost 2 hours for AA to simply check us in and print passes. The flight did not get catering refreshed after landing in DC so no refreshments or snacks were offered during the flight home."

Then I missed my flight. Then they offered NO support. They would not pay for a hotel and I'm presently sleeping on the airport floor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES AGAIN."

Pros: "The flight was quite horrible in all sorts of ways. They had no in-flight entertainment for a 10 hour flight. Food service was very underwhelming in comparison to most other major airlines'. All this was still fine but it was the horrible service I received from their baggage department that made this trip the worst I've ever had. My baggage came 7 days late and I received the worst service through their baggage customer service. Must say that I'm very disappointed in American Airlines."

This was not communicated, and we ended up walking around a lot and having to ask at the info desk. When we finally got to the counter, the woman there gave confusing instructions and was incredibly rude to us. As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."

I could hear their whole conversation making my trip a terrible experience."
