This flight was supposed to be on Dreamliner but there was some scheduling snafu and we actually flew in a plane built in 2000. This thing was OLD. It looked like it was a few minutes of turbulence away from falling apart. All cabin signage was in Portuguese and so were the captions on the movie being played. Every seat had a screen with one channel - the movie channel. There was no other in-flight entertainment, which is not a big deal on short flights but this flight ended up being 11 hours long! Additionally, the flight was delayed by 3 hours. Not to receive a refund of any sort for these inconveniences was absurd to me.

The seats were comfy but a bit too narrow. We sat shoulder on shoulder. Leg room was good though

1. Seat distance by far too less. 2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable. 3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available. 4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example. 5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food. 6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.

The breakfast served in the route Abuja to Heathrow was very hot and tasty. The hostesses were great. Good service overall

Nothing stands out. This was a commuter flight, which means no leg room, no space, and no frills.

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

I ordered food online, but the flight attendant just ignored me, i need to tell them that I had ordered meal time to time. The flight attendant didn't even say sorry.

Entertainment and great aircraft.

The crew had no personality and the food wasn't good. I went to order from the screen since it was hard to eat the dinner, they were out if everything. A few kinks that could be worked out. But start with the people! When I say thank you and your crew ignores me...its simply rude.

Departure and arrival were on time.

The chair is very tiring Very tight space between chairs The food cold and wrapping was wet with water !!!! No entairtaiment movies for almost six hours.

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.

The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf.

Seat didn't recline as much as needed and was no in flight entertainment.

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."
