Pros: "lousy crew — one was too busy reading his newspaper to bother telling people who were waiting for the toilet that there was another unmarked toilet right behind where the people were waiting"
Cons: "a newer plane. the plane was so old that there were no monitors and the seats were very difficult tilt back (about two inches)"

Cons: "Boarding took forever. Leaving the gate took forever. Dude next to me was crazy rude to me and the flight attendant."

Pros: "More leg room on Swiss Air flight I ended up getting rebooked on and smaller plane seating only 2 on the sides, so much better than bigger Air Canada plane on outbound flight to Europe"
Cons: "Again, I did not make the DC flight,not delayed as an email had announced but closed at least 20 mins prior to departure, so no one was let in (after running through Zurich airport, again, no help). Rebooking possible and easy for my route, difficult for those going to DC and further west."

Cons: "Bad airline delays change gates horrible not recommended"

Pros: "It was a united operated flight with a united airplane and crew. Seats and space were much more comfortable."
Cons: "Better food options, better quality snacks."

Pros: "Attentive crew. Current movies available. Economy seats were fine."
Cons: "In general, airline food stinks. In Economy, UA is no exception. Bring your own sandwiches or salads. You'd think they could do better on long-haul flights."

Pros: "Very nice FLY and fantastic weather. No turbulence THAT all. UNITED CAPITAN AND CREW, nice. Thanks to GOD a nice fly in ALL aspects."
Cons: "To be honest, everything was OK."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 6 hours. No notification till early morning of flight. If known ahead of time would have stayed in France a day longer. Picked for security which was fine except stood in line for 1/2 hr. while those suppose to check us were sitting and laying around. Make me too late for helping my husband ( in a wheelchair) onto plane."

Cons: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

Pros: "Everything was great in the plane - service, pleasant stewards, food was tasty."
Cons: "The gate was changed at the airport after my boarding pass was issued. I would never have known except that another passenger was looking for colleagues to let them know. And the flight number was also changed, and different than my printed boarding pass."

Cons: "Up graded seat but didn't get to board till last."

Pros: "I upgraded to premium economy and was glad I did. Extra space and and empty chair next to me."
Cons: "For a 9 hour flight, food wasn't filling nor was there enough. I wouldn't have even minded paying a little extra for snacks but a small dinner and small sandwich as a snack was all there was. Plenty of drinks though. My day did not recline all the way, I only got it to move an inch or so."

Cons: "The fight to flint was canceled last night beacuse they had no captian. What the heck!!! My mom is a senior citizen and the last thing she needed to be doing was schlepping all of her things to and from the airport in fridged temps. She’s battling a major cough and is now so exhausted!! This is totally unacceptable...not to have a captian?!???! Please respond as to how I will be reimbursed or what I can do to feel satisfied."

Cons: "The crew. It was obvious she does not like her job. She seemed as if the people are an inconvenience and everything was so repetishous."

Pros: "Check-in Staff were friendly and efficient. Undersold flight, so they reseated several people to give them an adjacent vacant seat, so I got to sleep curled up. Great on an 9 hour early morning flight (7am check-in, up at 3:30). Boarding and flight staff were great too."

I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Pros: "Crew was great. They obviously all liked each other and that feeling was felt by me and hopefully the other passengers 767 seat arrangement across the rows is very good (2,3,2)"

Cons: "It was freezing cold. Apparently something went wrong with AC system as even despite numerous complaints by passengers nothing could be done. Spending 9 hours in a freezing cold plane already has affected my and my husvand's health as we are both now coughing and with blocked noses."

Cons: "I was forced to buy another ticket from another airline because it was cheaper, rather than change flights because of military orders. I also have to to another airport. zero customer service"

Cons: "The food was mediocre and drinks served a long time after the meal. I had a log (daylight) flight and attendants insisted that all blinds be down and then the lights were turned off in plane. No one was sleeping and most watching TV. I as a reader of books was inconvenienced by low light."

Pros: "They put me and my son in the very last row of the airplane. I realize this is probably the only way I could afford to fly so I will put up with it, but it isn't very comfortable for 73 year old woman."

Cons: "Because of the short connection time the group of people including me made it to the gate a bit late. However the plane was still at the gate and did not leave for another 15 minutes. But they refused to take us on board saying t was too late, as a result: They sent us with the next flight to Chicago instead of Washington DC. My whole schedule was messed up as i had to fly through Chicago. My luggage was lost and i only received it 2 days later. Will file the complaint."

Pros: "Fortunately I had three seats to myself so I stretched out and got some sleep after the meal. Many movies to choose from for entertainment."

Cons: "6'2" broad shoulders and uncomfortable. Sitting by the window meant my leg had to be 5 inches over due to the curvature of the plane. Both of my knees were on the back of the seat and I was at an angle. The lady next to me looked like she did't like me being turned toward her. Many extra seats including the emergency exit row (that has more room) was available when we took off but I was told we couldn't sit there without paying extra. Cheap 1 hour flight. Won't tolerate it for anything else."

Cons: "The flight on the ticket stated it was a Swiss flight operated by United. When we arrived we asked which kiosk to check in and we were misinformed. It would be a time saver if the airlines would educate their employees on where the customer should check in."
