Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

I had been assigned a window although aisles, my preference, were available. I sought to change seats from window to aisle and would have been charged USD $18 (on a flight within europe - why dollars?). The BA staff said the website would be fine on the return journey - but it was not. I arrnved at teh airport (not having checked in as I didn't want a window) and the BA staff person in 46 at 6:45pm simply said that's impossible to change anything - no apology; she seemed rather irritated to be asked. I then went to security and the machine for priority queue did not permit me to enter - it said 'invalid ticket'. Then the flight was significantly delayed. So all in all not a great day."

Cons: "From the time of booking the flight, we tried to sort out our profiles, provide passport and KTN, and frequent flyer info, as requested when we booked. Website problems were numerous, from being kicked off multiple times, to refusing to accept my info. I tried numerous times to call on the phone since the web site didn't work, but either didn't get through or was directed back to the web site. Eventually, I reached someone that told me it would be best to just sort it out at the airport. At the airport, I was told I should have set things up ahead of time. In the end, two of us traveling together, with work to do together over the course of the 13 hour flight, ended up sitting on opposite sides of the plane, and didn't get fed because they ran out of food. This shouldn't happen to anyone, but having paid for premium economy seats, you can imagine I was even angrier. We brought this up with a customer service rep in person when we landed and were told that she had no power to do anything and that we should call when we got home. And just to top things off, when I realized I couldn't get work done, I tried watching a movie and learned that the audio jack on my entertainment system was broken."

Friend even predicted the free bagels AC would eventually offer at the restaurant that closed 3 hours before our flight finally left. He didn't predict the multiple announcements about assorted other flights not having functional restrooms so please pee before boarding."

It is particularly painful, since this trip was supposed to be special, for our 50th wedding anniversary. If Air Canada is represented by Travelocity it should at least insist that it is not misrepresented. Air Canada's reputation is worth the effort. A more appropriate name might be Air Canada Rogue. Cons: "The flights attendants uniforms were wrinkled and old, tired and worn out looking, their behaviour was the same. They were pretty much tired and disinterested in their job. Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home."

My husband is 6'6" and the leg room on the Air Canada flight was horrible. He had to sit with his legs out and the flight attendant kept asking him to put them in..he could not as they would not fit at all. He ended up standing up most of the 3 hour flight. I will never fly with this airline again."

Flight from Vancouver to Hong on a Boeing 777, seating was 3 - 4 - 3, very crowded, narrow seats, almost everyone shoulders touching, aisles very narrow. On the inbound journey a few hours our of Hong Kong the announcement was made, that all the toilet holding tanks were almost full, please do not go to the toilet unless one had too, Where else could one go?. Would think some than twice to travel on this flight again. Cathay Pacific use same aircraft Boeing 777, seating was 3 - 3 - 3, aH that's better."

Cons: "The food was mediocre and drinks served a long time after the meal. I had a log (daylight) flight and attendants insisted that all blinds be down and then the lights were turned off in plane. No one was sleeping and most watching TV. I as a reader of books was inconvenienced by low light."

Cons: "My flight was ten hours late and no accommodations were provided. 40% off tickets to hotels and no way to get to them."

Pros: "Poor attitude by every united employee I ran into."

Cons: "Because of the short connection time the group of people including me made it to the gate a bit late. However the plane was still at the gate and did not leave for another 15 minutes. But they refused to take us on board saying t was too late, as a result: They sent us with the next flight to Chicago instead of Washington DC. My whole schedule was messed up as i had to fly through Chicago. My luggage was lost and i only received it 2 days later. Will file the complaint."

Pros: "Fortunately I had three seats to myself so I stretched out and got some sleep after the meal. Many movies to choose from for entertainment."

Pros: "Everything was very painless from booking to flying! This was my first time flying United and I'm very impressed and excited to fly with them again in the future. I had an hour delay on departure that caused me to miss something but when I called united to move my return flight due to this they handled it great! Based on that alone I feel myself become a loyal United customer! How you handle mishaps means the world to someone like me!"

Pros: "Many selection of movies to watch. There were also a nice selection of shows to watch."
Cons: "The lunch services because they ran out of one the pasta section before they even got to my row. Also the landing was a little rough"

Pros: "Flight attendants were friendly and welcoming when service was provided. The food was delicious - quinoa salad was unexpected and delicious. Also enjoyed the ice cream at the end of the meal"
Cons: "The flight on the ticket stated it was a Swiss flight operated by United. When we arrived we asked which kiosk to check in and we were misinformed. It would be a time saver if the airlines would educate their employees on where the customer should check in."

Pros: "The flight was very smooth and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "Checking in at Zurich airport was a long nightmare especially using the terminals to get boarding passes (there were three, one was broken, and other people had such a hard time using those two that there was a massive queue and I worried I would be late!). Other than that it was very lovely"

Cons: "Canceled flight, booked me an impossible connection, put on stayby when I get the tickets months in advance. Offered no vouchers and made me fly out on a diffrent day. Hs aircraft delays on all flights"
