I missed the flight due to maintenance issues. This is the second flight I’ve missed in four days because United allows such little time between layovers. Very disappointing
My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).
Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
Terrible service - they don’t want to be there and bad food. Entertainment system in economy from the 2000s

Best flight in years. Pre-boarding because of my mobility issues. Good food and beverage from beginning to end. Excellent choice of films. Good service by stewardesses. Comfortable seats. I could lie down!
Leaving at 7 when scheduled to leave at 4:20 - you tell me. Understood there was a ground stop. Then having to "reboot" the plane because of a lighting strike, also understood. But basically the flight was a "clusterf#$%".
The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid
The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.
This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.
Flight from Dallas to OKC was good, but my trip was interrupted due to a delayed flight from Austin to DFW, which happens all the time. I frequently miss my connection from DFW and American can never seem to make this work!
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.
No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.
Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off
First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.
Great until k found out they never got my check bags onto the plane.
It was pretty decent mostly cause I have leg room.
The first leg of our booked flight was severely delayed, and by the time I could get to an agent to see about re-booking, it was impossible to arrive in time to board for the final leg to Reykjavik. We were flown by American Airlines to Heathrow but didn't arrive in time to take the British Airways flight. BA only flies once a day to Reykjavik, so we had to purchase an absurdly expensive flight through Icelandair out of Gatwick to arrive in time for an excursion that started at 9 a.m. the next day. Our luggage got lost in the meantime and wasn't found for several days.
God food! Although some of the snacks were not to my taste. Nice amenities in premium economy made for a comfortable flight. The pilot was able to make up about half the time we were delayed in the ground (we were delayed over an hour before takeoff due to a shortage of tugs) Nice movie selection for entertainment. We were last to board the second leg of our flight due to.complications during transfer from the first flight of our trip, but did manage to board in time. We really enjoyed the video presentation for flight safety. Hilarious gets your attention! Really nice, sufficient accommodations for overhead storage, didn't seem crowded or jam packed. I enjoyed being able to track the flight on my monitor. I was disappointed that there wasn't free WiFi during the flight, I thought that was a complimentary service but you had to pay extra. It felt like we were nickled and dimed on that one.
American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…
