My bags were lost in Frankfurt and no one could help me. I filled out a report at the airport, but the office there said they were too busy to give me a reference number. They said they would send me an email but NEVER did! I tried contacting SunExpress, but it is just an automated system. I tried contacting the airport in Izmir, but they were no help either. United would not help me because they said it is the responsibility of their "partner airline", although I entrusted my luggage to United at DFW to take care of my personal property and it was United who had it last in Frankfurt. I got the run around from everyone.
Super clean airplane. Very nice crew. Phenomenal experience. I wish this little plane would take me overseas
The flight was too short to have food and entertainment. Otherwise excellent.
We requested a wheelchair between the Lufthansa and Condor flights we took and the Lufthansa crew had no data about the wheelchair request. Condor did not pass the request even though we bought the two tickets through them and called twice to confirm there is a wheel chair.
Did not get to take it. Earlier flight was cancelled

Cons: "Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies"

Cons: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Cons: "Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat."

Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Cons: "The only complaint I have was the bag dropoff counter. There was one person, checking in 9 airlines! A second person came after awhile, and they were amazing, polite and very efficient. But the wait to get to the counter was not acceptable. Even tho' we were fourth in line, they began calling people from the back for another, I guess, earlier flight, different airline. Understandable, but frustrating for those of us who arrived early, but had to wait. Otherwise, flying Aer Lingus was a pleasure."

Cons: "I had a flight from London to SFO with a connection in Dublin. However, since I was traveling to the US I had to go through customs in Dublin. There was an hr an a half layover and yet I was running to the gate to make my connection. This seemed to be due to an inefficient system."
Pros: "The crew on the plane and at the Dublin airport were nice. We haven’t made it to Dubrovnik. Plane from Newark was delayed, we missed our connection, our luggage was misplaced, then they didn’t have another flight until the next day, and they sent us to a hotel that didn’t have any rooms available."

The flight was 3 hrs delayed, and they started rerouting people that had connection flights to London, we had a connection and randomly Wendy the service agent decide to not reroute us because we had plenty of time, of course we didn’t make the flight, we have been hostages of Aer Lingus for the last 21 hrs so far, but more will be added until we make it to Hamburg tomorrow at noon instead of tonight at 8."

I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!"
