I was already en route for the flight when I received the email . When I got there they refused to let us boar stating that we were late!!! The attendants were very rude and not at all helpful! The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit."

Cons: "My husband & I were in Row 5 & in last boarding group. When we got to our seats, all of the overhead bins were filled all the way back to Row 8. So, we put our suitcases up there. When we landed, we had to wait for everyone to get off the plane to be able to go back to those bins. And someone had already exited the plane with my husband’s suitcase. Their suitcase was left. We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed which was going to make me late for my next two connecting flights. They sent me on an airline that had me show up at my destination 36 hours later. Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

Long walk in between terminals even taking AirTrain. JetBlue problems, ground staff are not helpful at all. No separate line for transferring guest, long line for everything. Got separate seats at check in counter, but realized the flight is not full and my husband and I both had nobody sit next to us, really don't know why they assigned separate seats for us."

If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

Cons: "At the Lima gate they made each passenger open their carryon and submit to a secondary inspection to confiscate all water we bought past security. No warning was given about this. I had paid airport prices for water to bring onto the plane and then had to surrender it at the gate. Of course in economy class they will not give you water or attention until you are at cruising altitude. More than one flight attendant did not smile and one was actually rude in spite of my attempts to be kind and smile. Except for one friendly person at check-in kiosk, bad service overall. They do not have personal entertainment systems, and it was like going back in time with the tiny screens you cannot see, playing a movie you either watch it or not."

Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

I had to actually call American and spend time with a Representative providing all the data to be able to get my American Airlines flight booking code so I could check in online. American as always was great! Shame on Kayak!"

We got to the Allegiant desk 35min before departure to get our boarding passes and no luggage to check, and were told we missed the flight because check-in wasn’t allowed anymore. That policy should be made very visible and clear to anyone buying tickets on Allegiance as no other airline does that to passengers. We lost 4 tickets and had to buy tickets for a flight the following day. Horrible experience!"

Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."

Cons: "There were not one but two dogs on the flight which I had an allergic reaction to. Thank goodness I travel with extra allergy medication in my purse. The owner of the dog in front of me keep insisting the dog was hypoallergenic. What matters is my reaction or the person who is allergic reaction to the dog's dander even if they claim it's a hypoallergenic dog. Once I had a severe reaction on a United flight and the cat was no where near me, but the air is circulating so I has to take benadryl. There should be some consideration for people who have health concerns without making the customer feel like we are a problem."

Cons: "I was very upset that the gate agent stated that the overhead bins were full and that I would need to check my carry on bag, which i did. However upon boarding the plane, there were multiple overhead bins that were actually empty. I do not appreciate being lied to by the gate agent and being forced to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead bin space available. Moreover, I waited for nearly 30 minutes for my then checked bag to come through the baggage carousel after deplaning. This is far too long to have to wait for a bag after a 5.5 hour flight, especially when it was a carry on bag I was forced to check despite there being ample room in the overhead bins. Very disappointing and unnecessary aggrevation. Additionally, there was some slight turbulence during the flight for which the captain turned on the seat belt sign and everyone was requested to return to their seats. A few minutes later there were still some people standing in the aisles waiting to use the restroom, at which point a female flight attendant came on the intercom and stated, "I will try to make this as simple as possible for you to understand..." She then carried on explaining in a very rude and sarcastic tone the safety reasoning behind asking the standing passengers to return to their seats. While her frustration with people not returning to their seats was understandable, her tone of voice and sarcastic demeanor was not professional, and quite unappreciated. My overall experience with United could have been much more pleasant but for these instances. I feel these couple of bad experiences could have been easily prevented which would have led to a much more enjoyable experience with United. Unfortunately, because of these things, I will think twice about flying with United in the future."

Cons: "I don't like being in Boarding Group 4 all the time. I don't fly United as often as I used to, but still it seems I should be able to get group 2 or 3 occasionally. I often have to travel with my suitcase carry on and it's difficult to insure I will get on at a decent time to get a space. My husband who rarely flies, but has a United credit card, gets Boarding Group 2 every time. This is frustrating to those who travel United still but can't seem to get a break on the boarding. It discourages us from flying United because of this approach. Charging for bags and boarding in the manner they do does not promote efficiency in the boarding process and only frustrates customers and discourages people from flying United. Changing their priorities would help both efficiency and make them a friendlier airline."

Pros: "The flight was great but the flight was delayed almost an hour. There was. great cabin crew and we had a quick fligh despite the delay. I would fly with United again."

Pros: "The staff were 1) Accommodating 2) patient 3) approachable 4) real 5) professional. Genuine and normal."
Cons: "Miserable leg room / very cramped in the seat / it makes one want to actually see what type of aircraft and its number of seats I would be flying before buying a ticket. This is sad because the staff were terrific. They really were, but they do not control management who feel the need to cram more seats in the fuselage. Because of this, I would hesitate from flying United in the future. Is the extra profit worth the miserably tight environment? I did not mind bending over to walk down the aisle as long as when I sit down there is roominess."

Pros: "Stuck on the tarmac 1 hr before and after flight"

Pros: "Flight was smooth, good landing even though the flight was delayed."
Cons: "The Denver based flight crew on this flight was a rude. They threatened to kick off someone with a dog on the flight and had a bad attitude overall. The flight attendants were very "short" with the passengers. It seems that the customer service side of the full fare airlines is decreasing. Also, my television on the seat back did not work, so I had to sit there in silence for the 4 hour flight."

Cons: "My original flight were CMH to ORD, ORD to FLL. First of all, it took 25.5 hours to get CMH to FL. Could not even landed at FLL, they send me at Tampa and I have to drive to Miami and took 5 hours after frying and waiting for 20.5hours. Finally, got in to Tampa, of course UNITED lost my laggege and they had no idea where it was. UNITED CREWS are not willing to help you. I am so tired to deal with UNITED and I do not recommend to my firends or family or anyone."

They wouldn't let me use overhead cabin for row one or 2 and said it was for row one passengers as they have no under seat storage. No reason to pay for a seat upgrade I now know. Never again on this airline."

Cons: "We arrived at the airport with the standard two hour timeframe. The line just to check bags was so long, it literally was winding into the airport. I'm not sure how people actually made their flights. We were lucky enough for a tip that the curbside checkin was shorter and faster. Made it to our flight with 20 minutes to spare. Crew was not very personable and not accommodating to families. Frontier also nickel and dimes you to death now. You have to pay for seat assignments, which as a family of five is an unfortunate necessity. Also have to pay for carry on baggage. I get trying to save on flight room, but the backlog it seems to be creating for checked baggage is beyond ridiculous."

We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

It was just bad from use of their website to the checkin process and the flight."

Pros: "Frontier encourages you to check your bag by offering a lower fee for checking than carrying the bag onto the plane This made getting into and out of the plane so much quicker The seats were comfortable enough and I had my own food and beverages so did not need to purchase any."
Cons: "My reasonable priced ticket went up $104 by the time I paid to check my bag and pick a seat. I would rather gate check my bag and get it when I exit the plane because it took over an hour for it to come to baggage claim."

I can understand the checked baggage fee only if it was made known prior to purchase but charging more for carry on bags. Also, the staff at the ticketing counter are rude and obviously selected and trained to make sure that they get every penny of their ruthless money. I have flown my first and only flight with Frontier and will never do so again."
