Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

Cons: "5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early."
Flight was delayed 2 times, first from 6:30 to 7, then to 8:45 pm (the last flight out). There was almost NO information provided, and the first indication that something was wrong was the posting on the board. Gate attendants scarcely announced it. There was no effort to assist customers in finding other/ earlier flights and the assistance desk was understaffed with a painfully long line.
I didn’t like that they keep changing stuff of the trip, like the flight it self from Guayaquil to Nyc i did a stupid scale to chicago, and one dat before my return trip they change the bag polite

Cons: "With so many empty seats on the front. They decided to crunch everyone in the back without the minimal distance requested for social distancing. Very disappointed. Social distance is not practiced at AA as in Delta. Very sad. Will remember that next time I book a flight."

Pros: "United has done a lot to update and modernize their terminals. Easy access to food, charging outlets, comfortable seating, and an open atmosphere made my layover quite pleasant."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for 3 hours, also the personal at Newark airport was a little bit harsh and not very helpful, I do not care about any compensation, nevertheless the personal has to treat better to the clients"
