On time arrival
Small aircraft. Loud engine noise. Biased treatment for tickets booked on non Delta sites
On time with no drama
Boarding process was horribly handled. Food was inadequate. Stewardess was saccharine. Bathroom door didn’t shut completely. I was told this wasn’t an international flight and therefore no free alcohol. Aero Mexico flight to Mexico City had much better food, free alcohol and more attentive service personnel. Also delays because of equipment problems.

Excellent service and upgraded snacks in economy
Had no problems. Everything went smoothly thank God.
Crew was lovely. Attentive but not annoying.
Not until the cabin doors closed did I realize the plane didn't have an individual entertainment system.
They went above and beyond to make my travel experience an enjoyable one.
That they are not more like them on other airline carriers.
Direct flight, sketchy weather but we arrived pretty close to “on time”
The seats were really bad, it was our first trip on a 787 and I will never do it again. Not as bad as the Airbus from MIA but considering it's 13 hours it was totally rubbish. We normally fly the 777 with Air NZ, after this we will go back to them. The staff, as always were helpfull and pleasant, the plane was quiet but the seats.....
