Cons: "The plane was not full. I sat in row 32 with two people on either side of me. In the row in front of me there were no people in it. What’s up with that? We also sat on the tarmac at the time that we were supposed to be deplaning. We were waiting on another plane to back out of the gate for 10 minutes. What’s up with that?? American Airlines, get your act together!!!!!"

Pros: "Deplaning in White Plains"
Cons: "Boarding the way there, they did not honor my AA Advantage card to board earlier because my boarding pass did not say so. Even after seeing it said so in the computer system, they refused to honor it. So this time, I gave up and boarded with the last group. No prior warning was given that this plane would not allow for carry on luggage in overhead bins. Further were no charging ports on board, no free WiFi, no adjustable headrests, and the seats did not recline. There were no kosher cookies."

Pros: "I took two connecting flights on American Airlines between Los Angeles and Lisbon period on the website American claims to have charging and or electrical ports in every row. There were none on either flight. To make matters worse, when my tablet and phone batteries both died before the end of the first flight, there was no inflight entertainment, other than 1 ridiculous thing available, on either flight. American has switched to BYOD for entertainment, but forgot to provide a way to charge our own devices. Incredibly stupid."
Cons: "On top of that, one of the flight attendants on the Philadelphia to Lisbon run was a hella snarky guy with a bad attitude all the way through. I would be surprised if I am the first person to complain about him."

Cons: "If we did not arrive at the airport 3hours ahead, and get on an earlier flight we would have missed our connecting flight to England. Do Not book such shoes time between flights because often they are delayed."

Pros: "AA provided free snacks and drinks at boarding gate. Courteous staff."
Cons: "Flight was on and off regarding time of departure. Received at least three alerts that the plane was delayed 1/2 hr then on time then delayed. We had to take a bus to the plane and sat on tarmac for several minutes until our flight disembarked."

Pros: "I loved the attitude and helpful approach of the female flight attendant working the AA gate for the flight I took from DFW to COS last night (6/13). Truthfully, it was almost like I was back with Southwest. She was kind, calm, polite, efficient, and capable. Very rare in my experience with American Airlines yesterday. Interacting with her was refreshing."
Cons: "Getting home to Colorado Springs at 11:30 PM, taxiing for 15-20 minutes, and then waiting another 20-30 for checked luggage! Never have I waited that long during and after a Southwest flight! AA could truly learn something from their more modest counterpart. I have all but decided to resume my drives to Denver every other week rather than risk more and more time and poor experiences with AA flying in-and-out of Colorado Springs."

Cons: "We had a snow storm I arrived at the counter 75 minutes early. The staff were rude and unhelpful. By the time I got assistance it was 9:01and my flight would leave at 10:00. They would not check my bags. I had to be rescheduled for another flight tonight at 7:00. I hope it goes better. I still have received NO confirmation for my flight tonight."

Pros: "On-time departure and arrival; room to stow carry-on's; able to move to vacant row to give both the other guy in my row and me some extra leg room."
Cons: "If the exit row seats are completely vacant, ask the flight attendant EARLY in the boarding process if you can move into them. I asked a good 10 min. prior to departure from the gate and was told I couldn't do it then. The FA let me move after takeoff and the obligatory "You're in exit row seating ..." briefing."

Cons: "Seat comfort was awful. I paid more for legroom but the actual seat was narrower then others. No one told me that. So legs were fine but my hips were squeezed. Seat cushion was also minimal. The base of my back was aching before take off."

Cons: "Crew was not very polite, looks like they don't like their job, boarding was very slow and confusing, who ever was directing at the door did not have a speaker, passengers were looking for information and no one had an answer. Check bag stands outsides, those guy don't have any maners, they talk to people in Avery disrespecful way"

Cons: "Exhausting overseas flight. Seats barely recline, impossible to get any sleep. The system was broken so no wifi, movies, maps etc. Power was intermittent so it was difficult to charge devices."
