After being stranded in Chicago by Delta, Cayman Airways saved the trip! Crew was great and loved the rum punch served!
Crew in Grand Cayman did all they could to help us. Hotel and transfer help.
Flight delayed missed connecting flight. No compensation.
It was not crowded...arrived in a timely manner. Staff were warm and approachable.

Flight was on time. As always on Cayman Airways, the flight attendants on board were so friendly.
There is no on-board entertainment to speak of. The Cayman Airways agent at the gate was EXTREMELY rude... sticking out her hand was her way of asking to see our boarding passes and passports. No eye contact, no words. Then "Who's Lucy?" (my 4 year old girls name is Lila). When we said "ahh, Lila?", she exhaled loudly and handed our docs back, and that was it. My wife and I were left staring at each other, half in disbelief of what we'd just witnessed. I wished I'd looked for a name badge... would have loved to out someone like that by name. Cayman Airways are hardly the most on time airline, and their planes aren't new. Their whole stick is free checked bags, rum punch and the friendliest staff. They start failing there, and they may as well shut er down.
After Caribbean Air the seats feel like bussiness class even in cattle class. The staff are friendly, they (normally) give you an entire can of soda (no snack though - short flight). Seats are comfortable (for economy).
Always leave a little late. (But at least didn't leave a lot late.)
Service is great fly on time
I really like how your flights are inexpensive compared to others when trying to purchase a last minute ticket.
The last two times I traveled ( I flew with United Airlines ) and both times my flights were delayed. The first time it was delayed by 4 hours and made me miss an appointment. The second time it was delayed by over 13 hours. It was nice that United had put me in a hotel room for the night, but again it took away from time in which I needed to be somewhere else.

Food did not match the Indian palatte. In spite of specific request for indian food, what was served smelt and tasted like Chinese food masqueraded as indian
The flight was delayed and my luggage is coming in the later flight. I need some form of consolation for this pathetic service.
The only decent point was the food. Not great but at least edible.
Since check in in São Paulo was a complete chaos. There were only 2 people helping on check in (in machines) and these people were still not helping people (like me) with questions about on how to do check in in those machines. On the other hand to dispatch the bags there were almost 8 attendants to receive the bags. Ridiculous! I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!
