I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable
Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama
Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.
Korean air has a little bit more seating space than Asiana air.
They did an excellent job helping me with a wheelchair. I couldn’t have asked for any better help.
Great except for the delay in Korea. Korean Air did a great job setting up a hotel for the night. I also needed assistance with a wheelchair and they were outstanding.
It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.
Excellent service, love the extra amenities (water bottles, blankets, etc.).
They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.
After the gauntlet of unnecessary security, and the two mile jog to make the flight, the flight was delayed 20 minutes on the ground for takeoff.. However, once in the air, the crew gave its usual excellent service.

Food was not great. Crew was lovely. There was no whisky on the first leg (BKK - ICN). And it took forever for my luggage to come out at LAX.
It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.

Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.

Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.
The check in crew is rude. They are strict in luggage. How about you buy something in duty free and then they tell you to remove some of your stuff you’re ending up throwing everything. The crew are nice. But the seat is really hard it’s not comfortable in long flight. I’m not planning again to book a flight in Philippines airlines it could been better if you trained your check in crew to be compassionate and nice. I travel a lot in emirates qatar but never experienced anything like that.
Our flights were delayed multiple times and we had less than an hour connection time before our flight took off. Arrived late with only 25 minutes before next flight but no ground crew helped us to get to our next gate even though our flight crew assured us we would get some help. Transitioned to another flight in MNL terminal 1 but got stuck at security so then had to run to make connection. To top it off our luggage didnt make it either. Paid for biz class seats but did not receive biz class experience. The flight crew, food and entertainment were all excellent. We just wish we didnt feel so stressed about connection and not having luggage until the next day.
