Don't lose more than 1000 dollars of my luggage.

Connection was too tight and the on board entertainment screen did not work on my daughter's seat.

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "everything"
Pros: "Captain gave us good updates on delay."
Pros: "Everything. No issues."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Comfy seats in coach!"
Cons: "The food was just okay."
Cons: "The airline changed my seats after giving me boarding passes and I had to pay to get better seats. That is no t acceptable"
Pros: "Service is amazing. Food is even tasty did airline food. Staff is super polite and courteous."
Cons: "Economy seats are less than desirable. I’m alarmist positive I booked premium economy in kayak. Never checked my booking and notice economy later. Could have gotten the same price for premium economy elsewhere. Super pissed"
Pros: "Did not realize I purchased a “no checked bag” fare - and the $60 each way charge really pissed me off, along with the &48 charge to guarantee a window seat again, each way. The site was misleading, and I resent being peneluzed for trying to be efficient. A two week work trip needs to include a checked bag."
Cons: "For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."
Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."
Cons: "way too crowded"
Cons: "Sat near the back. Pre dinner drinks ran out before they got to us. When they came back with more, they skipped us by starting further back. We brought that to their attention and got our drinks, but they never offered drinks again."
Pros: "I liked that the flight was not full, therefore allowing additional room."
Cons: "However food choices and seat room was quite poor. By the time food service was midplane. There was only one food option."
Pros: "I travelled with two small children, we had a slight delay and the captain allowed my children into the cockpit during the wait. The crew were so friendly and helpful and my children really enjoyed the trip."
Pros: "Staff on plane were great and service was awesome."
Pros: "One aspect that was greatly appreciated was when the cabin head came over the speaker and asked everyone to please return their seat to the up right position so that everyone could enjoy their meal. When you sit in the main cabin, it's incredibly frustrating to have the person in from of you recline their seat. There is little room, and for the most part everyone is pretty selfish about that."
Cons: "The cabin crew got a little snippy. Understandable. It is a long flight."
Pros: "The return BA flight was head and shoulders over the outgoing AA flight. You had new, comfortable, working equipment (the 787 is great). The AA plane basically was awful, old, cramp, entertainment equipment wasn't working and when it did it was the old style shared monitor. The BA crew was super and approachable. The Food was great for airplane food. I would fly BA anytime."
Cons: "No real issues."
Pros: "Flight crew was amazing! And also appreciated the envelope for the lose change going to charity"
Cons: "Lost two suitcases!!! How!!????? There should be a way to track the bags like the airline apps have."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I can't remember a more cramped and uncomfortable flight. Missed connection on way Paris and we arrived 6 hours late. It took British airways 3 days to get our lost luggage to us. Delayed on way back, adding 4 hours to our trip because the first plane was not "serviceable" and they had to get a replacement. They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."
Pros: "On time - good service great entertainment"
Cons: "All good"
Cons: "Lost my seat assignment, got middle seat"
Pros: "Ice cream"
Cons: "Seat too cramped"
Pros: "Crew was bery good and entertainment package helped passed the time"
Cons: "Economy seats too small and no leg room. Dinner was a disappointment even for airline food."
Pros: "The flight from London to BWI is convenient for people who live in PG County"
Cons: "The food and environment on the flight are boring"
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "Service was poor, flight attendants were rude."
Pros: "Overall, I had a very good experience."
Cons: "It would have been nice to have more leg room. When the passenger in front of me put her seat back I was stuffed like a canned sardine. Luckily, the plane was not full so we were able to spread out a bit."
Pros: "Crew were extremely kind and professional. Snacks were plentiful."
Cons: "Lavatories were atrocious. There was splatter and stickiness all over the lavatory even before take off. Was quite gross and dangerous in terms of public health. Especially in a dangerous flu epidemic season."
Pros: "Very rapid flight. Landed far before scheduled arrival(at least 25 minutes). Checked baggage was delivered before schedule arrival time. Crew was pleasant/helpful."
Cons: "Flight was changed from what was originally scheduled and purchased. I was informed of the change after the purchase before traveling. Thus I had 4 1/2 hours between flights."
Pros: "Boarding was seamless and straightforward"
Cons: "Crew - Mostly men that looked like they hated their jobs. They were mostly unfriendly, and getting any of them to crack a smile was like pulling teeth."
Pros: "Comfort."
Cons: "On arrival to Heathrow we sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half as apparently there was not enough staff to connect the plane to the gate. The computers to tell us where our connecting flights were, were down so they could not tell us which gate to go to. When we finally disembarked, I was not allowed to my gate despite it being in the same terminal and having 40 mins to go.I was directed to a BA desk to get another flight. After 15mins waiting here the staff were rude and announced they would be closing. I finally was directed to departures to be told the only option was the same time tomorrow. Terrible journey!"
Cons: "I really couldn't move with the two fat pigs seated next to me as I had a window seat."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Sitting near the bathroom. Felt BA should have paid us for the seats"
Cons: "Cancelled the flight with no explanation. This is the second time in a row my return flight to BWI from LHR has been cancelled."
Pros: "The seats"
Cons: "One crew member did not care for us at all. Did not bring the water and coffy we asked."
Pros: "I liked that the plane landed and I survived."
Cons: "The online check-in didn't work, the phone customer service only answered after a 20 min hold and was unhelpful, the seats were so close that the seat in front of me hit me in the head when the woman sitting in it reclined, and the gate attendant was rude. People taking this flight and expecting to do work or watch the in-flight entertainment shouldn't. There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."
Pros: "Overall, the food, cabin crew, entertainment, and the air travel were excellent."
Cons: "The landing at BWI was a little scary."
Pros: "Accomodating to children on board. Empty seat next to us. Friendly crew."
Cons: "Food was pathetic. We used to get 2 meals on a transatlantic flight. This time we got a mini marshmallows bar for the second meal and no choice but curry for the first."
Cons: "flight was cancelled and they abandoned us"
Pros: "Boarding and in flight service was good."
Cons: "Getting late."
Pros: "It was quick."
Cons: "The EMB140/145 is just a bit too confining for me... I don't normally suffer claustrophobia on flights, but I seriously almost stepped off the plane immediately after stepping on, given the low ceiling, and confining nature of the plane. If it had been a full flight, I'm not sure I would have made it without a full blown panic attack of claustrophobia."
Pros: "Loved everything but the inflight entertainment."
Cons: "My inflight entertainment system was "flakey". The sound would go on and off. I could not hear the movie, most of the time. The flight attendant gave me a second set of ear phones, but clearly it was the unit of my seat that was broken or intermittently functioning. It made for a very long flight as it was daytime and I could not sleep with the passenger group so active. Ironically, on the BA flight over the book I was listening to on the entertainment system would stop and then now resume where it left off so I had al lot of trouble listening to that one, too. I am not a complainer and the crew was busy with the daily flight activities. I would not rank the over all enjoyment of this flight very highly as that is a long time to be bored. Unfortunately this was my first round trip to London with British Air and I have to say that it did not compare well to the several flights I have has on Virgin Atlantic. My travel mate made the reservations with BA when I had researched and selected VA. I think in the future I would go back to traveling on VA."
Pros: "Helpful staff nice attitudes, Boarding was excellent, as I needed special help. ditto on arrival."
Cons: "Seats are too hard on the human back!"
Pros: "My flight going to the UK was rough, but the flight home was as solid as being on the ground. This is my third round trip with BA and while the trip home last year I experienced poor customer service from the flight attendant assigned to our side of the plane, both my inbound and home bound flight crews, this time were exemplary. Very kind and caring. The pasta was very good."
Cons: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."
Pros: "Crew on BA0229 was terrific and attentive the entire flight."
Cons: "we were in the back of the plane and by the time the dinner got to our row we had no choice- no chicken and only a pasta/cheese dish and I am dairy intolerant! No other choices were offered- not even a snack!"
Pros: "The flight staff gave great and courteous service"
Cons: "My flight partner and I were separated in our seating! We did finally talked to other passengers and got to sit together"
Pros: "food and drink service in flight entertainment crew was courteous and professional"
Cons: "seats were very small for a translant flight no personal air vents in overhead extremely long baggage offload at destination poor customer service options. I called BA while in the UK to discuss a possible flight change, and they were completely useless"
Pros: "New plane is shiny; entertainment system is an upgrade."
Cons: "No bathroom in Economy Plus; the 2-3-2 seating arrangement in E+ is a downgrade from the 2-2-2 of the 767; the windows that don't seem to fully block the sun."
