The check in crew was poorly trained and rude. At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience.
The seats were very uncomfortable, I am a skinny men I could tuch the passenger next to me and it was very bad you know I understand they have to make a profit but is not about money at all time what happened to customer service I felt I was a stack of Sardines very bad I would not fly Whit this airline again . I was unable to take the flight due to the coup. But everytime I call it can never speak to a real person and the one time I did they said they would get back to me and it's been over a week. What can I do to get a reimbursement???
clean. Seat covers nice and clean. furniture color scheme pleasant.
1. Seat distance by far too less.
2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable.
3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available.
4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example.
5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food.
6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.
To be told last minute I can not fly and have to be put on a waiting list by the check-in lady mrs A in the situation when we had a technical error with my online check-in (my husband was successfully checked in but not me) and sent to the gate to hope for a last minute cancellation. One of the lady mrs B at the gate didnt communicate properly with her colleague mrs C standing next to her (who told my husband to wait on the side before validating his boarding until i could get a seat) and 'gave' my husband seat away to another waiting passenger (even though it was written on my ticket I was the first on the waiting list) even though we were trying to anticipate the situation but she only replied 'one minute please' without listening and resulting in giving away my husband ticket afterall! lack of professionalism, internal commnication between personel and overall obvious messy organization with disrespect to passengers. without saying that the whole waiting time, i had to sit on the ground and had nowhere to seat properly while 7 months pregnant. Will never fly easyjet ever again.
Loved the cheap fare - went off pretty much as expected - big crowds at security in Bristol, paid for express - it seems every little extra is charged for - paid £15 each for an extra legroom seat which also gave us priority boarding and an extra bag, although it wasn't clear if they were being strict about hand luggage or not.
We sat in the XL first row - seats don't recline! and everyone trooped past us when boarding and a stiff breeze blew on us through the door. Had to keep our down coats on but then when the door closed and it warmed up we weren't allowed to take it off because it was an emergency exit row and now clutter! So we got a little overheated until at altitude - weird. The coffee was £2.50 for instant! weird.
One bag rule, dont get a personal bag. Small seats with less leg room than other budget lines. Cant even fit carry on under seat in front. Overall the worst of all the budget flights I took. I would recommend WOW or Norwegian over easyjet anyday.
The entertaiment was fine and the crew were polite
1,The food was bad. I was unable to eat. Simple food would have worked. I chose fish but hardly ate since it tasted bad. Additionally I am allergic to diary products and was not given a chance to express this when purchasing the ticket so I arrived in Rome extremely hungry. I ate at the airport on arrival in Rome,
2, There was no toiletries bag handed out i.e toothpaste and socks to keep us warm.
3. Was surprised that the food was on sale Brussels to Rome. Abidjan to Brussels was free food then mid flight rules changed and the food was on sale on the last leg of the flight.
bad customer service. No reliable information about the flight. How someone who never took an airplane can know that you have to get a visa when going to canada. If your ticket says your last destination is us. And i did not even got a full refund for their stupid mistake. Lack of information. You guys should be more careless for your customers.
Old fashioned seat, no usb to charge my phone, battery went ;off and couldn't make a call to my family to assure them of a half way safe trip while stopping over for almost 6 hours in Ataturk Intl. Airport, Turkey.
There was no food or beverages handed out for free on the flight, nor was there entertainment - but no complaints here. The flight was safe, efficient, and exactly what i paid for. I only wish I could have gotten miles and smiles points!
The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf.
Seat didn't recline as much as needed and was no in flight entertainment.
