Cons: The seating room is poor for someone who is 6'2" tall. My wife had issues with her ankles swelling. When we tried to get a cold compress to put on them we never received it. We also asked for some fruit instead of the pizza snack and didn't receive it either. I know you don't have much control over passengers, but we had a two year old child in our seating area and it screamed and cried virtually the entire 14 hour flight. Very annoying.

Pros: Comfortable seats, good entertainment and nice crew. The flight was good so I could sleep from time to time.
Cons: The flight was supposed to have one stop in Dubai. But the return route was changed so we had 2 stops, one in Dubai and another one in New York with long hours until the next connection. I arrived in Seattle a day later which made me lose a working day.

Cons: I loved flying by Emirate! But not anymore! Too conjested!! You keep raising the fares but continue taking away the few perks that used to set you aside from other airlines! The food was less than ordinary! Sadly, you have taken away the open buffet between meals. This buffet of fresh fruit, chocolates & healthy bars were welcome & much appreciated! The little pouch with few essential things for travellers was very useful......you've taken take away too! Qatar, Turkish or Itthehad Airlines are beckoning me!

Cons: My one problem, which is not Emirates' problem, is the lady that sat behind me on my way to Dubai in October was unhappy if I reclined my seat at all. I didn't want to cause a problem, so I left it upright - later on, when I walked to the back, I saw her sleeping w/her seat reclined! That really was my only complaint, and like I say, that really has nothing to do w/Emirates.

Pros: We liked the excellent crew. They were very curtious and made sure every small request was fullfilled. We met couple of friends on the same flight. And so kids had excellent time during the 14 hour journey. The crew were very sweet to all the kids. Very patient and fullied there numerous requests.

Boarding at Dubai has become a mess ever since Trump instituted a restriction on carry-on electronic devices for flights to the US originating from certain middle eastern counties.

Cons: Seat was broken, the crew was unresponsive to calls, food was expired/bad. Seating was terribly uncomfortable because it was broken. I couldn't recline and the crew didn't really help. I love Emirates and I always fly Emirates. So this was an exception and very disappointing.

Cons: Legroom in economy was good; however, seat width wasn't. You rub elbows with your neighbors while eating. Asian vegetarian meals were nauseatingly spicy - not the "hot" spicy type, but the cinnamon/cardamom overuse type. Most crew members gave a cold shoulder to passengers.

Cons: The in-flight crew was rude and aggressive. Also there was no communication or announcement regarding the delayed flight. Food was substandard. We've had much better experience with emirates in the past. Next time perhaps we will opt for another airline .

The flight was great, the only draw back was our seats were in the middle of the middle but for a last minute reservation we were happy to be sitting together. The leg room was good. The crew was phenomenal. The food delicious!! The toilets were clean throughout 14+hour flight.

Much to my chagrin, an Indian woman had two howling urchins one row in front of me. These howling urchins proceeded to scream their lungs out for 11 of the 13 hours of the flight!! One of the babies was so small, it looked like she had just pushed the critter out earlier that day!! Had they told the Indian woman to drive or swim to Dubai, the ratings would've have been excellent. I did not pay good money to have to sit in a NURSERY!!!!!

Pros: Flight attendants very very helpful in fixing some kind of mechanical error with my overhead light. When it was stuck on and the remote didn't work, they figured out they could reboot the system and turn it off. I'm glad I had my own headlamp so I could read during the flight, but overhead permanently off was much better than permanently on! I'm very grateful for their persistence in finding a solution. The agents at the Seattle location were very helpful assisting with our baggage problem, caused by Emirates gate agents in Dubai
Cons: The worst part of this trip was the surprise demand at the gate in Dubai that we check our duty-free liquor in a bag at the gate. There was no warning, no packaging to help protect our purchase, and no recourse We arrived in Seattle to find a liqour soaked bag. The liquor, of course, was a special gift and something we cannot simply repurchase. Very disappointing experience, especially after hearing good reviews of Emirate Air's generally good baggage handling and policies. The agents in Seattle helped remedy this, but it is a big hassle nonetheless as we arrive home to be dealing with damaged personal electronics and finding receipts all while jetlagged and getting back to work. my overhead light broke on the flight! but the flight attendants were very helpful and found a way to turn it off so I could sleep.

Cons: Was sitting in 41D. By the team they came to my seat, they ran out of the standard vegetarian meal. I was told I 'had to pre-order' the veg meal, although it had never happened in the 10+ long haul 14-hr flights I've taken with Emirates in the past. I was under the impression you only had to pre-order special meals like religious (Jain, Hindu) meals and not the std veg meal. Emirates should advise so while booking a ticket. Secondly the flight attendant who was telling me this was INCREDIBLY rude. This was extremely uncharacteristic from Emirates crew as I had always come across very pleasant flight attendants. This particular attendant constantly, and very indifferently, asked me if I wanted chicken or lamb, despite me repeatedly saying I am a vegetarian. This continued for a couple of minutes, and then she got flustered, rudely asked again if I want to eat or not. I said I am not going to eat a non-veg meal, and then she dragged the tray away. Without offering me any kind of veg alternative (Emirates carries pizzas as well in this long haul flights). I ended up not eating anything for that meal. Extremely unpleasant experience which was not expected from Emirates.

Another told me my husband couldn’t receive his meal because he was napping and then he quickly walked away— Yet i received mine on the flight coming to Australia when my husband asked for me? Sanitation between flights should be more strict-my headphones were opened which lead me to believe my pillow wasn’t changed either, since one had a case and one didn’t.

Cons: The planes are old and tired, new 787s on this route are long overdue. Thomson's premium service is an improved offering over Virgin and offers more inclusive extras such as lounge access. There is no wonder wall on the 747 only a wonder "basket" If you are flying from Gatwick, upgrading to premium isn't worth it. Go to upper class or fly with another airline. Check in was quicker for Economy passengers and it proved a challenge to work past the economy passengers during boarding to get to the premium agent.

Cons: the child got the same food as us due i did not make clear i need a child food, now i am asking : is not clear that in that seat is a child of 4 years old ?

Pros: We were inmiddle seats -not our preference. We were told in Dublin that we had different seats to the ones we ended up in. Food was excellent, crew were very nice. Loved the "make a wish" event on this flight - a definite plus for Virgin.

Cons: Entertainment system in our seats seemed pretty beat up. On one there was no sound, on the other not all the buttons on the control would respond when you pressed them.

Pros: Was a comfy flight thanks to not having anyone sitting next to me. If someone wouldve been next to me it wouldnt have been as nice because the seats are too bunched for international travel.
Cons: My seat wouldnt recline properly. There were limited food options for non pork eaters. No outlets for power. How can you operate an international flight with nothing provided for those who need to charge their devices after some time. Not a smart design move.

Cons: The seat was excruciatingly uncomfortable. My legs went numb within an hour. It was hot and stuffy in board, the head rest kept slipping down and hurt my neck the legroom was tiny and cramped my knees and feet. The jerks behind me shoved their feet in the seat and I was disturbed every rime they tapped their screen. Mine wasn't working well so I had to repeat pressing my screen the entertainment selection was lame. The food was stodgy undercooked glutinous and bland. The snacks were stale and the tiny drink servings were almost pointless. Clint think I'll fly Virgin australia again

Pros: Overall, great flight. The gentleman in LAX waiting for us late arrivals from the connecting flight from MSP was very capable and helpful, going into action for us so we could make our tight connection, in which the others should have already boarded.

Pros: Major issue: No information in advance of problems associated with transfer at Heathrow that required going from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3-- requireing a lot of walking, stress, time and security checks.

Pros: The staff was nice. Boarding was quick and easy. Flight left on time and arrived early. Although the entertainment system had many options, going through lists and playing games required a lot of tapping, and in some cases pushing to make the system work. I felt like I had a woodpecker sitting behind me pushing on my head non-stop for over two hours. I was starting to go insane! Besides, it was so loud near the back of the plane that I couldn't hear anything through my cheap headphones.
Cons: We could not eat any of the food. My son, my husband and I do not eat and/or are allergic to gluten, dairy, corn, soy and other food additives - as I mentioned above. Please have an option of food not swimming in sauces or cheeses. Plain organic chicken breast with steamed rice pilaf and steamed carrots would be nice. Maybe some steamed red potatoes and a piece of steak. An organic green apple for dessert. Forget the gluten, dairy, sugar or sauces that ruin a perfectly good ham or chicken and lettuce, tomato wrap! Or a salad swimming in dressing. We need to eat protein, not gluten for breakfast. Why not a hard boiled head!

Cons: At the Istanbul airport an item was taken from me for no reason. No regulation was shown for that item to be taken. I wasn’t comfortable with the way I was treated at the airport. The flight was very good

Pros: I have flown Turkish Air many times since 2010, and used to like the airline. Not so much anymore. I would say their entertainment center and food are pretty good.
Cons: They used to have an affordable Economy Premium option, now all they have are seats made for someone 5’5” 150 pounds. Anyone over 6’ can and will suffer greatly. I’m 6’4” and fly many of their 12 hour flights from LAX to Istanbul and have to sit sideways, until my back aches so bad I have to turn. They also keep their planes unbearably hot, which I have no idea why, making the trip in that cramped seat horrible. Their in between meals snacks consist of cheese sandwiches, and the attendants never come around with drinks or snacks. I also fly Singapore Air and Emirates and their service is subperb!

Cons: The crew on board was aloof, and somewhat rude. I was traveling with my 87 yr old mother and they did little to help, especially when we needed the restroom but they had the aisle blocked for most of the time, serving food. There was no way to get around to access the bathroom and the crew turned us away from the only available bathroom in the front. Really?! Not impressed at all. Also the flt was 30 minutes late making our connection tight. One of the young, gorgeous stewardesses was rude and dismissive of me when I asked about it.

We received confirmation that the wheelchair will be at the gate in Istanbul - but it was sent through to Houston, leaving my husband without a wheelchair during our layover in Istanbul.

After on hour in line only about 10 passenger seat were checked in. By th way all the security screening procedures ran very smooth and quick, it was Turkish procesdures and man powe4 that was poor. Boarding the airplanes was chaos, both in Tel Aviv and Istanbul.

When I saw that the people had boarded, I went to the counter asking for the wheelchair. They sent me to Egypt Air to request it. Of course Egypt Air said I was not their passenger, so I should request the chair to my airline. I tell the man from Egypt air to talk directly to his colleagues in Turkish Airways. He is angry and tells me he's doing me the favor of getting the chair even if it's not his job, so i should be very thankful. He requested the chair and sat me on it. Kept telling me I should be thankful to him, even if it wasn't his job. Turkish Airways never got the wheelchair for me and I have mobility problem but they tell me to get to another airline to get it! No entertainment originally in Spanish in any flights for Spanish speaking passengers.

The lines were long and people would literally pile their plates with massive amounts of food, take it to their seat then leave it. Fix the lockers and add more, they are a wonderful asset but I was not able to take advantage of. Consider limiting access to manage crowds.

Cons: I flew from Tel Aviv and upon arrival went through security so I could proceed to my departure gate. Then at the departure gate a whole new round of security. There was a priority line, but for some reason I didn't get in it, although I fly business. The line was not that long but it just did not move. And the a/c was not working. Worst boarding experience ever and I've been flying for over 40 years. When I boarded finally I asked if I could give a review and although they said yes- nothing. So I hope someone who cares sees this.

Cons: Customer service said that I was confirmed on my new flight, after the snowstorm in NY caused a cancellation, and that I had a Kosher meal. Neither were true. Had to spend over an hour at the airport to get a seat and almost missed the flight. Something is wrong with the customer service.

Cons: I was shocked when we landed in Ataturk and the sleeve was attached to the plane we had to get down to the ground from the middle of the sleeve. We were taken to the terminal by bus!! After the sleeve was already attached! I can understand when you are in some small airport or flying with low cost airline. But it's Turkish airlines in their home airport! Really disappointed.

We also had to straighten up the seats during meals because it was so bad for the person behind. 2. Boarding is a bit disorganized. Perhaps try splitting the boarding process into zones so it isn't a mad house free for all after the initial boarders. 3. On my flight to Frankfurt, the plane was half empty, yet my seat was changed from row 8 where I would have had almost no one near me back to row 23 where they had cramped all the passesngers into one area of the plane. This was done without request or explanation.

Cons: Many of us were on board half an hour before the scheduled departure. However, they continued to board until at least half an hour past our scheduled departure, family by family. I don't believe such an early morning flight, which should be the origination flight, should be held/delayed so long...it made my connection in Frankfurt very tight and others missed theirs altogether.

Cons: Awful customer service once out of the airplane. It took 2 hours from landing to get our luggage. Just terrible. How many times can someone hear a generic announcement about luggage being here momentarily? This left a very poor impression of Lufthansa overall for me and everyone in my party.

Pros: I witnessed the flight crew defuse a conflict between two male passengers (that had escalated to shouting and throwing each others belongings out of overhead storage) before we left Frankfurt. A male steward showed he could be professionally stern when backing up a female coworker handling the situation and compassionate when he comforted an elderly woman in distress halfway through the intercontinental flight. The entire crew I interacted with in economy class were professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Cons: Boarding the entire plane at once was inefficient and caused conflicts over the availability of overhead storage. Obviously this is an airline decision and not a flight specific problem.

Cons: Checking in in Tel Aviv was the worst experience I have had in checking in. The ladies just sat there, explained almost nothing, gave no eye contact. Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience.

Cons: I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable.
