The seat was paid for but given for some different person .

Krakow airport is very disorganized. nice seats. friendly crew. long legs had screens. short leg did not

Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!

Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience

Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.

No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.

Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class

Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.

The flight itself was pleasant and on time. Crew was very good. However, breakfast food was barely acceptable. Unfortunately this satisfies the recent industry standards. I asked for a sandwich with ham (another choice was cheese), but received a sandwich with roast beef.

During the flight, the fleas biting me in the plane.

Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

They lost my bag and I still have not received it

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

Safe and stable made me sleepy and I slept and dreamt 😂😂😂😂

Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Boarding was not organized by zone - rather a free for all... AC promoted complimentary drinks but did ONLY one drink service on the 5 hour flight. In addition the one steward did not know they offered Heineken Zero even though it was announced before the service began, and is clear on the can label. I booked a window seat that promised a window - NOPE! I had to crank my neck to get a wee glimpse - the seat behind me had much more to view. And of course the seats are too close together. The audio was much better than the WestJet flight I had earlier - could get through the movie no problem.

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.

Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.
