Since there's relatively no equipment cost to airline to allow streaming to personal devices, this is pretty disappointing."

But besides that, I really appreciated the pilot giving weather updates and information about what areas could be seen out of the window."

Then the flight added a stop over in Seattle for the the only reason that the crew was maximizing their allowed time to work. This delayed arrival at final destination. They could have brought on a fresh crew in Chicago but they did not do that."

Even though I didn't rent them, I liked how entertainment tables were avaible. Again I had plenty of space in my seat so I was comfortable the whole time, non of my limbs feel asleep! Best part is we got to ANC almost a half hour early! Two thumbs up!!"

Pros: "Alaska has a bit more leg room I feel than most carriers. Even the very back seats there's enough room to spread your legs and catch some rest. I live in Anchorage and travel to Tennessee often so I'm used to multiple 4-5hr flights. If you're not sleeping during them, Alaska has very nice tablets you can pay to use and catch up on a movie or two or tv shows. I really enjoy having this and makes those long flights zip by if I don't feel like sleeping. The staff has always been very approachable too specifically between meals or drink carts. I've never had a problem getting food or a drink at a random time."

Pros: "The seats seem really narrow. Luckily I'm not overweight, just average, but if a bigger person were to sit next to someone, I could easily see a problem. And as it is, I was bumping elbows and fighting for the arm rest with my husband, but he let me win. On the flight home, they were very limited on tablets but I got one that had dead battery, which they resolved quickly with a USB plug-in."
Cons: "Liked the extra legroom in row 6 but the process to upgrade online was very clunky...It didn't tell me I had to do one person at a time, and I was trying to do all at once. I finally figured it out, but I was only able to book 1 Window and 1 Aisle and by the time I went to book the middle seat for my daughter, someone else took it. Luckily we were able to get the middle seat once we were boarding, but the process should allow all people on the ticket to upgrade at once to more leg room."

Made “ exhausted” comment about getting a lime wedge for a margarita & then went to rear of plane to chat with other flight attendents. Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

Flights booked by one company and operated by another seem common enough that this system needs to be improved. - Silver KLM travelers Also WAY too hot on plane."

However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

Upon arriving they announced that they did not have the Hawai'i agricultural forms, so we would have to wait until the "agent" cam on the plane with the forms, fill out the forms, and then disembark. The crew was not organized, so it took about 10-15 minutes to get off after we arrived in the gate (late) because they could not get people sit down and fill out the forms. Chaotic. I plan NOT to fly American again. Ever."

Pros: "Lost my baggage at San fransico and your connecting flights give you 30 min at most to get across an entire airport honestly I was so mad at the end when I finally got my bag I was missing a wheel of all things just poor organization for a business that takes in as much revenue as United does"

Cons: "The flight attendant was unusually pushy about the emergency exit. I am a military member who is fit and flys in the emergency row as much as possible. The attendant threatens to move me because I didn’t know what section of the aircraft the overwing exit was located."

Cons: "OMG. First class seat "broken" - wasn't really able to lean back because it went "too far" into row behind me. Nope - that's actually how the chair is designed. Was asked to sit upright the entire 7 hour flight. IFE spotty at best. It kept rebooting and kicking me and others out. I guess food was "okay" as I honestly don't remember it at all. This is my last of 10 years at 1K with United. Moving airlines this year."

Pros: "Having a flight. United Airlines employee at the help desk was very helpful and found the quickest available flight."
Cons: "Got my ticket. Had to run through the airport because the layover time was too short (as it has been on MANY of my flights with United). Attendant that took my ticket was actually rude to me about having a ticket on the plane. Boarding was disorganized."

Cons: "Purchased a non-stop flight leaving at 530 and arriving at 6:30 pm. After flight was pushed back to 830 pm departure, it was pushed back again to 1130 pm departure and 1230 am arrival. Rebooked through connecting flight and arrived at midnight."

Cons: "The flights were delayed both there and back with United for reasons that at first were due to weather then when the other airlines were leaving they switched and said system error. I barely made my wedding and missed an entire day, arriving late. Then again had flight delays back and arrived home late right before work the next day. Overall I would never fly United Airlines again."

Pros: "Get to Denver, they tell me I don't have a seat, they asked me if I wanted to fly out the next day because they over booked met three other people who had been there for 10hrs because they did the same thing to them! One girl told me they told her it was because we paid less then other people! A nice couple stayed so I could come home. I was pissed! My daughter flew into Houston, the flight was late getting in to LA, by two hrs, missed her connecting flight to San Luis Obispo, her sister had to drive down 4hrs to pick her up and drive back because she had work! Not happy!!!!"

Cons: "Despite wearing a down coat, scarf, and hat, and holding my bag in my lap, I was freezing cold the entire flight. This was after the flight attendant let me move towards the back of the plane so I could be warmer than sitting up towards the doors. A December 6am flight with no heat? Ridiculous!"

Pros: "United delivered us to Anchorage so late that we missed the very last flight out of Anchorage to Homer. We had to pay for a hotel room and full price tickets to fly the very next morning. Because United delivered us to Anchorage so late, we had to spend so much money on the hotel and next day flights. Until this point I have always been happy with United but I don't think we can go with United anymore after this."

Pros: "The flight crew on this route is one of the best that ive ever had the pleasure to have been served by. The ladies were extremely helpful and were always out helping serve the people"
Cons: "The cost of the entertainment and that it didn't work all the way. Lost like the last two hours of the flight, not very good especially having to pay for it"

With the first 10 rows basically completely empty (only 8 people in the front 60 seats) That flight to anchorage arrived an hour early which is awesome, but we had to wait 45 min on the plane "for an empty gate" they said. There were at least 4 empty gates I could see from my window in the sand terminal we ended up deboarding at. Very frustrating"

Cons: "Flight cancelled due to weather at ohare despite the fact that many other flights were still going. First delayed, sat around for hours, then cancelled almost 3 hours post scheduled departure time. No hotel voucher provided. Rebooked, but not done correctly so when I tried to check in, it was discovered that I didn't actually have a rebooking, requiring additional calls and second rebooking."

Cons: "The fact that the tv is on constantly without the option to turn it off is annoying. The viewing length to passenger is too short to really enjoy (Probably not your fault). PLEASE permit us to turn it off. The constant repeating of the Dish commercials while in dead air space is so annoying I will never consider Dish as a provider.! Please play more than one entertaining video than repeating the one about alligators (crocodiles?)."
