Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

(If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

It doesn't matter if the have the priority sign, no one respect that. Panama airport use to be a good airport, now you can't really buy anything because they don't accept credit cards, and the Copa saloon is always full, so I'm thinking on flying avianca from now on."

In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

Pros: "Stairs cause me tremendous pain due to a 4 year misdiagnosed ruptured SI joint. Usually, we have no way of knowing that our flight will end with a downstairs walk rather than a ramp. I emailed American Airlines last week but hadn’t gotten a response yet so when they announced that we would exit by stairs, I was almost in tears as I gathered my belongings. To my surprise, American Airlines had a ramp for us to use. I don’t know it it was a coincidence or if they responded that quickly knowing I was on the plane through todays’s technology. I will be a fan and a customer forever."

Do they honestly think the passengers forgot? We are in the plane too! I understand they have to be careful due to liability but this airline is ridiculous. Believe it or not customers do not like being treated like children. Would not recommend to others or fly this airline again. Also, the lunch was awful even by airline standards. Btw the airline was avianca not AA. kayak must have messed up or they are owned by AA. AA is great and I recommend them wholeheartedly but Avianca is awful. Stay away if you can afford to do so."

Finally called their customer service line only to learn that I could get on another flight that left in a few minutes. Door was still open but gate agent argued with the lady on 800 line about who could ticket faster. By time they finished arguing the door closed. That began a 14 hour nightmare of bumping between flights and delays and the inevitable lost luggage. Paid for $300 hotel room at Vancouver that I will get to stay in for 4 hours. Will NEVER fly American again"

Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Pros: "Airbus 380 was comfortable and new which made for a decent flight."
Cons: "Lufthansa and United computer systems don't talk to one another. We had a leg of our journey from United. We could not purchase seats on the Lufthansa flights and could not even check in; therefore we ended up with seats that were not comfortable for us. Lufthansa messed up on our meals despite it being 'confirmed' (we checked with the service desk in Frankfurt). The in flight movies were ok; the touch screens are not sensitive enough and take lots of processing time."

Cons: "Seats should not recline. It makes space horrible. The charge for checked baggage is without an improvement in overhead storage is ridiculous."

Cons: "The WiFi wasn’t working. It kept trying to connect but never did."

Cons: "Scheduled to arrive in Honolulu @ 7p on 10/7 but won’t arrive until 10/6 @ 11:26a. My only daughter re-enlisted in the military and I was due to attend the ceremony but because of United Airlines that didn’t happen. So disappointed as she is also. Overall such a horrible experience!"

Pros: "Pilots had great skill and provided a very comfortable flight despite bad weather. Exceptionally smooth take off. The newer planes being introduced are very nice, too."
Cons: "I didn't realize how amazing the United Airlines app was. Shows all kinds of cool info on your flight and free media. I am now shocked st how ignorant people are to write complaints regarding delays due to weather. It's for your safety. Appreciate technology and respect Mother Nature fools."

Cons: "Cabin was freezing and flight attendant told us there was no way to control the heating the cooling to a comfortable temperature. It will continue to be too hot or too cold."

Cons: "I sat in section 4 in economy coach. The ticketing agents REQUIRED everyone in sections 4 and 5 in the back to check our bags, they gave us no choice! We then boarded the airplane to find over half of all the overhead bins empty! This is completely unacceptable to be separated from my carry-on luggage for no reason! There would have been plenty of room for our baggage! One more reason to never fly United again!"

Pros: "We did not return on the flight.family illness. From San Francisco to Memphis was terrible."
Cons: "This was the smallest amount of space I have ever sat in on a plane. Totally ridiculous. To shink the amount of space for seating & ile space.. There are three seats per row when there should only be two"

Pros: "I have food a low score as there basically was none. I was offered a glass of water. I paid $74 for an emergency exit seat, and while it gave extra legroom, the seat hardly reclined at all."

Pros: "We were diverted to Austin due to weather. We had to refuel and we were stuck on the Tarmac for over an hour. While all of this was miserable, the Crew stayed active answering questions. The Captain gave several updates and walked the aisle. They even let people off the plane who were trying to get to Austin. For a bad situation this crew made it so much better!"

Cons: "Seated at the back of the plane directly across from the bathroom. It was horrible the entire time. Never want to experience that again."

Pros: "The boarding process was smooth, the crew was courteous."
Cons: "I want able to select my seat and ended up being separated from my sister. We had a 3 hr lay over due to problems with the plane. By the time we got to our destination we almost didn't get a rental car. There was some turbulence on the flight, which is expected. Landing was very rough, came in too fast and hit the breaks so hard I thought I was going to end up in the back of the seat in front of me."

Cons: "The flight attendant was rude to passengers and my luggage was lost so I arrived at my destination with nothing!! I had to wait at the airport for 6hours for my luggage to be returned to me!"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled due to pilot and crew never showing up. Customer service didn't offer a hotel or any type of compensation for wasting time and money. Instead they put me on a flight another day which I incurred cost on parking, hotel, food and etc."

Cons: "Small plane, it was hot. Delayed, missed connecting flight."

Pros: "The price of the flight was affordable."
Cons: "The plane was dirty. Seats were uncomfortable & worn. Other airlines offer free wi-fo or entertainment. They did not have enough condiments for coffee. There was not good direction to passengers for boarding."
