I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Pros: "My daughter has a very severe peanut allergy. She was treated very well on her flight yesterday. Even though Jet Blue doesn't serve peanuts on their flights, they still gave her a pre-boarding pass so she could wipe down her area just in case someone on an earlier flight had something that could have caused a reaction. They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jet Blue!!! We will definitely use you again!!"

Maybe that's just her face but I'm used to a more pleasant crew at Jet Blue. However, the lady that greeted us on the plane was nice throughout the whole flight."

Let me change that to I used to prefer Delta, because the times, they are achanging. My home airport is Atlanta, I'm usually traveling to Seattle or Portland; Delta is king in those routes. There's more flight time options, and the entertainment available is better."
Cons: "Here's where the picky comes in. I downloaded the 'Go Go" wifi app beforehand. When I tried to connect I received a message that it wasn't available on my routes. Why couldn't they tell me that it might not work on my routes before they took my money? Further, why wasn't it available? It's not like I was going on a multi city/country trip, this was Atlanta to Portland non-stop. Then there's the 'Premier Seating". I opted for it on my outbound flight and received TSA Pre Check. I didn't buy the seating coming back; I did not receive TSA Pre Check. Coincidence? My fare was more than Alaska Airlines was offering it for, I paid for the wifi that didn't work, and in order to avoid the back of the plane, you must pay. So, I guess I'll be going to Alaska Airlines. They don't have as many flights, but I don't feel dinged for more money every time I turn around."

Not happy at all. I ended up with a layover in Calgary instead of a direct flight to Edmonton. I think that I should have been reimbursed on the phone and applicable price adjustments should have been offered to me at the time if the phone. I give Westjets service a 0 out 10 for handling this situation."

If I hadn't been there to ask, I don't know how long my mom and dad would have sat there. 2. The man who wheeled my dad to the gate was very nice and he said he arranged for all of us to sit together, which was nice because I wasn't able to sit with my parents since we weren't able to choose the same row when we booked. When we boarded, we found out that the seats hadn't been changed, and the person who previously booked the seat beside my parents refused to move so I sat in the row beside them. These problems were minor but they highlighted a lack of communication between staff and the attendant dealing with us wasn't the most friendly either. I used to fly westjet in the early days when I still lived in Canada and I've noticed that the level of service has gone down. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity and space to comment. I was escorted to their waiting zone, where I spent 1.5 hours waiting in limbo trying to figure out what I could do. Thank goodness the flight was delayed 80 minutes, because I was finally able to make the flight with 2 minutes to spare after running to the gates. The flight time, 65 minutes. I find it hard to believe the flight got delayed an entire flight. To couple that, when the plane landed in LGA (where I am as I write this), we're stranded on the runway because we don't have clearance to pull into our taxi area."

We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

I ran and got to the gate for the montreal flight while they were doing their last call. At first they told me I was going to be able to get on the flight, then they said I was not on the flight, and they turned me down ... I found out later that while flying to Toronto, Air Canada had changed my flight because they estimated I was not going to make my connection!!! I had to wait in line for 2 hours to get rebooked, and after waiting, the person who was rebooking my flight decided to take on another person and made me wait even longer. I was sent to Frankfurt instead of Montreal!"

I was in line-ups for the 3 1/2 hrs I was in Toronto trying to get a seat and not knowing till the very last minute that I had one. The very back row next to the toilet. I will never recommend to fly Air Canada."
