Flights departed and arrived on time at each destination. First time ever!! I was shocked and happy!

The pasta was not too bad. The cheese sandwich was poor.

An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport."

It took the CUN counter agent about 30 minutes to correct their mistake. Then, as we boarded our flight, the bar code reader at the gate indicated another error that the gate agent took about 10 minutes to correct. CUN Delta staff was great and we appreciated the efforts they made to direct us around the airport."

The Frankfurt airport is horrible

I like the first Pat of the flight - from Tpa to Frankfurt Germany. However, the flag from Germany to Tel Aviv was a complete disaster. The states were completely uncomfortable, there was no entertainment or anything to be used for entertaining, the food was horrible, and the worst part we were sitting in the airplane on the ground for over three hours waiting due to luggage issues. During that time, it was extremely hot, the plane was completely full, they didn’t offer any water or anything to help us “survive” this.

Food choices were rather poor. Pasta, which is what they seem to serve now in Economy was tasteless.

On my flight to Zaghreb i had an Echo Classic ticket with baggage allowance and on my return suddenly an eco light without allowance. Had to pay more than 50 Euros for my luggage.

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

Not the first time we have experienced defective entertainment system on this trip. It should be upgraded.

Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Cons: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

They just let people fly without properly using the required mask

Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

Cons: "J’ai eu à payer un bagage supplémentaire sur internet à 160 euros. Mon compte a été débité et à l’aéroport de Dakar les agents au comptoir me disent qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas le payement du troisième bagage. J’ai été obligé de repayer le bagage comptant à 190€"
Pros: "The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread."
Cons: "boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart."
Pros: "The crew was OK, but nothing special."
Cons: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Cons: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

50% of the flights I took were late and the planes were dated. Flight attendants weee okay.

I was unable to make this flight due to cancellation of my first leg. Aer Lingus is impossible to reach by phone, so I am still struggling to figure out if I will lose my return trip.

The flight was cancelled, and communication from the airline and kayak was impossible, making for an incredibly stressful trip which may also involve losing a lot of money (I am still trying to figure out how to contact the airline to make sure that I don't lose my return trip).

No entertainment on short haul, had to pay for water and snacks, luggages were not loaded. Aer Lingus passengers are treated not better than a low cost airline, if not worse

Worst flight. Ever. Lesson learned.

Cons: "Forced to board a bus and sit in an empty terminal. Paid for priority boarding but wasn't called for it. Pretty disorganized. Good flight but gate crew needs work."

Pros: "Excellent! They quickly offered to help me board the plane since I walk with a cane. This was my first time flying Aer Lingus from Chicago to Dublin with a connecting flight to Leeds and I was impressed with their service and efficiency. I noticed the flight attendants were attentive and courteous to passenger needs throughout the flight which was 6 hours exactly. I have flown on many airlines and the service on Aer Lingus rates the highest for passenger satisfaction. Look forward to flying them again. Thank you!"

I’m on vacation for 5 days in Hamburg and I’ve already lost 1 day to go out and explore the city. This was my first time flying with Aer Lingus and I unfortunately will be my last time."
Pros: "Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me."

Crew tried to accommodate special meal request but were confused how to deliver the tray to the assigned seat, despite us ringing the call button per request and the seat number on the meal tray. I dont fully know how this could be confusing."
Cons: "The flight was an icy 61°F. My wife apent most of the 11-hour flight wrapped in 3 blankets. When meals were served, it took at least an hour to clear the trash. Seat space is minimal, but becomes completely intolerable when the person in front reclines their seat. Knees get smashed and the tray table becomes nearly inaccessible. This is a torturous was to spend half a day in a middle seat. This airline still uses the old-fashioned two connector headphones hinting at the age of the airplane. At least the tray tables weren't smelling of vomit and visually dirty as on previous flight. Crew didnt miss an opportunity on either of our flight to charge us for every little luxury, like a snack or alcohol and were fast to hawk their goods for sale. Truly annoying."
