Pros: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Cons: "At the DFW security post for my gate, there was NO TSA-pre. That service stops at 7pm. I would think at a major airport like DFW where American Airlines has a hub, they would make sure to staff that longer. Just getting to keep my shoes on, while having to drag all my electronics and liquids out, take my coat and belt off, etc. is not acceptable. AA should put the pressure on DFW to treat their customers better!"

The food is was gone so quickly that by the time they got to us, they were out of everything. Oh did I mention we also had 3 children ages 2, 7, and 9. Oh yes and the entertainment? Small screens mounted on the ceiling of the plane. How about updating your equipment?? Plane was old. No USB to charge your phone and stream from their App. Terrible. We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

Pros: "Solo que a la 1:10pm le comunique al sobrecargo del vuelo Avianca #928 Lima _ salvador 1010 1: 20 pm hora local me di cuenta que se quedo el anillo de matrimonio en el paso de migración en la bandeja, el sobrecargo me di una instrucción que debía hablar con el encargado del Salvador la Srta Geaninia Gomez indica que como no es pérdida dentro del avión no se hacen responsables, lo que no estoy de acuerdo que me digan eso ya que es trayecto del vuelo que estaba realizando voy a tomar medidas para presentar un reclamo ya que es un valor sentimental ya que ni me dejaron ir a ver estando casi 40 minutos y sentí que no me ayudaron por los menos con una llamada en el departamento."

The lady that helped me at first literally had me making an unnecessary stop, and arriving another 2 hours later, and I STILL would have missed my second flight due to the delay of the first fligh. Thankfully Michelle was very helpful, and switched me over to American Airlines"

The screens and tiny pockets were only accessible over another passenger. The seat stuck out into the aisle so I was bumped by 200 other passengers at least once - not to mention the flight crew. Finally I had my emotional support dog with me and the crew told me I should. It be in that seat - the seat was assigned by the United Accessibikity Desk as a good one for a service animal - and I had zero choice in the matter. Baggage claim at SFO took over 45 minutes to start -I was home in San Francisco in only 20 minutes after getting my bag."

Cons: "Who bumps you off a domestic flight if you're not already checked into 2 hours ahead of time? Spirit that's who. The adage is true, you get what you pay for. We paid for a scam with spirit. They apparently have an odd policing if you haven't checked in at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight, you don't get to fly. No one alerted us to this policy and spirit even double down on the claim the my didn't have our contact information to alert us while I was actively receiving texts from them. Did nothing to try and help us. Pay more elsewhere. It will save you in he long run."

Cons: "Spirit airlines tries every way to get money out of people. The price adds up as the other airlines with all its hidden fees. The airline employees at the airport were very unpleasant and unhelpful. I will never fly spirit again."

Cons: "Filthy gate area, too crowded, seated away from own gate, couldn't hear intercom. Couldn't hear intercom on plane very well. Lost library book in seat, need to retrieve!!! Called MSP Baggage, awaiting call back."

Cons: "Seats are too small, I understand that's why ticket is cheap. However I was sitting next to a very large man and his leg was in my seat about 3 inches. I didn't want t say anything cause I'm not a mean person. My flight was uncomfortable."

Cons: "First of all the people who work at spirit in Florida are very rude. Second it is a major scam that they advertise cheap flights. Their flights are cheap because they charge you for your carry on. $57 to carry on a small roller bag and $50 to check your bag. To me that is unbelievable. There is plenty of space and it makes no sense. They also won't even give you a free cup of water. Flying naturally dehydrates your body. I'm surprised we don't hear about more people getting sick or passing out on their flights! I just couldn't believe for a 3 hr flight I'd have to buy a water bottle. In the end just was not worth the cheaper flight price. I will never fly spirit again."

Cons: "It was very difficult to pay a full fare of $340.00 and then to pay for my small carry on. Even to have water in flight you have to pay. Yes, I understand that for a cheap ticket it would be expected but my ticket was not that cheap. The rude man that checked my baggage at the door in Detroit, after MCO allowed us to take our carry-on, spoke to me very condescending. Stating that "we in Detroit take baggage seriously" and even further taunt us that he would happily wave a booking fee and put us on a flight the next day when we get the baggage money. He spoke loudly in front of other passengers. It was an awful experience for my first time traveling with spirit. I traveled a lot and was never treated so rudely or without compassion as it was 4 people traveling together including a small child."

Cons: "Its dishonest for Spirit to not give you a "true" price of the ticket. Whatever "price" youre quoted please try to factor in an additional 40-70 in fees depending on things like do you want a seat, do you have a bag, etc. In the end, this is a budget airline so if you do not know that simple fact you will be upset. That is your fault for not understanding the word budget and presumably not flying in 20+ years because thats how flights work. It's fine for what it is: a plane that flies."

Cons: "Do not fly this airline ever!! My flight closed the door early and I missed my flight. The gate attendants told me that because it was a half full flight they boarded and closed the door sooner bc it was the last flight of the night and they wanted to go home. I am livid"

Cons: "Customer service was absolutely terrible. I thought that the walk-up fee for luggage would be $35/45 but when it was $50 I gave a shocked expression. Which, that's fine if it was advertised that way (I'm sure it was). But when the lazy desk attendant, who was doing nothing but holding a wall up, says "I can't believe people are shocked when you tell them that, it's like come on you know." I'm fine with you saying that when I'm gone, but when people are standing right there and can hear you while you are acting like they aren't even standing there....that is when you have a customer service issue. Although I wanted to lash into him, I felt like it wasn't worth it and much below my level, and I apologize for not gathering that person's name so you may address this properly. Understandable that there are delays, but there shouldn't be a delay EVERY time that a person fly's on a certain airline. I'll try to print tickets online and it says error, but then need to have a discussion about why I am not paying $10."
