Cons: The A/C was blowing ice cubes at me, which wasn't the worst because it was pretty warm yesterday, but still it was less than ideal.

Pros: Was able to get on another flight

Cons: If they could have held the flight for 15 minutes, I would have made it. My flight from Spokane was late. Now I had to pay another $250 just for a crappy room for the night.

Cons: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Pros: This flight had televisions in the headrest, so we could watch Direct TV when it was convenient. Thanks for the ride.

Pros: Boarding was fairly fast and the the flight was on time.

Cons: I can’t complain. Flight wasn’t full so I had the row to myself. That being said, I find the seats are too close together. I am tall and never have enough leg room.

Pros: The flight from Honolulu to San Francisco was great! Staff was amazing. Trip was smooth and very enjoyable.

Cons: The flight from San Francisco to Washington was horrible. Terribly overcrowded and i wasn’t offered a thing until 40 minutes till landing. Then the flight from Washington to Chattanooga was delayed over 2 hours. Which i understand safety comes first but it made for a very long two day trip back from Hawaii.

Cons: The plane was excessively hot before takeoff due to a inoperative power unit and the flight crew did nothing to cool it off despite delays
