I felt scammed. The priced advertised was different than what I paid. I paid the whole some online. I then got a call 20 minutes later saying I need to paid 70 more person. She said the price online is not the guaranteed price.

the delay for 3 hours was understandable due to weather conditions but the flight should’ve provided some on flight compensations or at least provide more food.

Boarding experience was smooth. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Entertainment system on the Houston-Edmonton flight did not function for passengers on the left side of the aisle. On the bird's eye flight from Quito to Houston, they should not serve a meal. No one needs to eat after midnight and it is disturbing for those passengers trying to sleep.

My suitcase was completed destroyed. The top part is broken and unusable now.

All male crew was just too woke for me. I felt like a sardine. I will never take a window seat or the rearmost seat again. I booked early and did not pay for seat selection and that was a mistake. The security at IAH was atrocious. I was violated and radiated as I was in a hurry to connect to my other flight. I may have lost items under the seat in front of me that I couldn't see nor bend over to look.

In general ok, my only issue is that they had no hot items for purchase. I had very little time in my connection due to baggage/customs/TSA, thag I barely even had a chance for a stop at the washroom and buy water, to make it to my gate when they started boarding. I had nothing to eat because the trip started early, so I was ready to purchase, and they had nothing except for dry items like snacks. I had to purchase a mediocre, overpriced cheese and fruit board, instead of at least a pizza or sliders that I was planning on getting. Other than that, it was fine. But that’s typical Air Canada, to not have enough.

Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.

Knowing more clearly if I’m getting an air Canada or United flight. And ability to move tix dates even at this price point. My dad is sick and I wanted to extend my trip a couple of days but I was prohibited and fare was pretty expensive as is.

Nothing. I flew business class. I always try to avoid air Canada because it’s the worst airline and it’s proven on international level. Sad and embarrassing…

For some reason pretty much all zones were called almost one after the other and we all ended up standing without moving for what seemed like a long time. Definitely not WestJet’s fault. Likely the guys in hiviz vests at boarding desk. The big problem was zero explanation. If there is a good reason for something people will understand. As a consequence of this delay flight was quite late leaving. Zero entertainment on board. I’m a Rewards member but was unable to connect to the Wifi. First world problems, I know. Flight was otherwise excellent.

The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.

Delayed but they wouldn’t tell us tell after boarding was scheduled to start. So it’s like we know it’s delayed why won’t they say anything?? How long? The. We ended up sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours before they finally cancelled the flight. Bad!

It wasn’t bad but I swear their planes keep getting smaller and cramped so it was uncomfortable for such a long time. Also the food is just okay they need some different options

No pre boarding kiosk to check in, baggage claim detected luggage didn’t leave the airport, poorly managed recovery of lost luggage, and blame lost tag from conveyor to TSA/security, very poor from TSA/security check to delivery, crucial if compensation will go thru and will likely wait for months unlike United,

Friendly helpful crew but that did not make up for cramped, uncomfortable seating. Anyone over 5.5 feet and 150lbs is going to feel crammed into the tiny space they have allotted for seating unless you are a special rewards customer, then you get the properly human size seats. With the outrageous price of flying these days, even in economy, the very least they can do is provide you with a comfortable seating experience. Especially since if there is any kind of delay on the ground you're likely to be stuck there even longer than your scheduled flight time.

Check in through Kayak is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that Kayak & the airline of your choosing have different confirmation and reservation codes. You have to call the airline to find your actual information. My brand new KOBO Libra Colour 2 was destroyed somewhere in the security line. When I put it in the bin it was fine, and when I received it back, the screen was destroyed. Awesome. The boarding was a nightmare as people rushed to the gates prior the their boarding zones. I was seated between a father daughter duo who when I suggested I move to either side so they aren’t separated they said “no, we chose this on purpose.” They proceeded to talk over me, pass things over me, use my foot space, and lean on both sides. When we landed, the father was one of the first up, even though we were in the middle/back area. He then rushes his daughter to the point she quite literally clammers over me so they can push through people. The food was off putting: spinach & ricotta in a red sauce is a weird choice. The bun was fine. Tony’s chocolates were a great choice, though. The first flight was terrible. The second flight was much better. I was in a state after the first flight, and two of the flight attendants did a great job supporting the intense nausea I was suffering from by providing a large bag of ice and multiple ginger ales.

I understand that delays may be inevitable; however, the airline did absolutely nothing to reassure us during our flight. There were no apologies for the delay and business resumed as usual. A little compassion should have been garnered for our almost 4 hpur delay.

My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.

We’ve had a year of delays with American, and this one was another flight to add to that list. It just reduced our vacation by a day! So frustrating. In-flight entertainment (TVs) weren’t working, There was no drinks service due to delivery issues.

2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!

This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.

Plane temperature was so hot that everyone on the plane was sweating. Departure gates changed 3 times in the hour before the flight. Internet service was so poor in the terminal that updates weren't always being received.

technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.

everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials

I managed to make all my connection too sbut had trouble in Munich with no wheel chair and trouble trying to get help from the airport people to get to the other terminal for my flight. Finally a wonderful lady Amelia, helped me to make my flight connection Timon with zero time to spare.

My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.

Was surprised the plane was a turbo prop. These are much noisier than jet planes.
