Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money."

Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution..."

When i questioned the ticket agent, she replied, "it didn't matter when you purchased tickets and it doesn't matter if you chose your seats, you can be bumped at any time". ..so after everyone boarded, then turns out my bf and i can't sit together, we ended up 5 rows from eachother, and we both have anxiety from flying. I am very disappointed with United Airlines, and will do my best not to book with them again. NOT THE FRIENDLY SKIES."

It was like survival of the fittest. Then when we got rebooked the boarding passes wouldn't work and we had to be last on the plane. The male flight attendant was rude even to my 7 and 10 year old who sat alone because there were no seats together. My 7 year old didn't know what tray table in the upright position meant and the attendant was giving him a hard time instead of just helping him."

There was no entertainment of any kind. The pilots kept pushing back the time we were taking off every 15 minutes and kept changing the arrival time drastically. Overall, horrendous experience."

Finally a nice gentleman did after 10 min of carrying my son up and down the alie asking for help. Is that even legal to have a 2 year old sit by himself on a plane? Terrible experience."

Cons: "The fact that you are charged for a drink is a bit much. Surely the price of the round trip ticket should cover a small cup of soda or coffee. And charging for a checked bag is crazy. I mean you have room allotted on these planes for baggage, & yet you charge a minimum of $30 to take a very small bag."

The astronomical baggage fees were a complete surprise- they were nearly as much as our tickets. And why charge us for the same bags there and back? They charged for picking your seat, they charged for a soft drink,though we think they likely waived the fee for breathing their stale air. The staff, historically great, were short and clearly frustrated with what their roles had become, with looks that shared our incredulous stares of bewilderment. We used Twitter to voice our frustration and though they replied quickly, they said we could negate a percentage of the fees if we joined a new but obscure program... which of course charged us more fees. So sad to see our favorite airline reduced to this impractical, impersonal money-grubbing caricature of corporate greed."

When we arrived at the airport to check our bag, which I had ALREADY paid for online when I booked my flight, the attendant told me it would be $40 for my bag. Why in the world would I pay $40 more for s bag I've already paid for? I explained to her many times it had already been paid for. Unfortunately she wasn't cooperative and I wanted to actually make my flight so I just paid the $40. So, for my departing trip I spent $70 total to check a bag which is what I am most unhappy about. The flight itself wasn't exactly enjoyable. No free water.. No peanuts or anything.. The staff was subpar. They looked like they hated their jobs. Neither of the attendants on the plane ever had a smile on their face. There was a 3rd but I probably saw him once. Idk where he was the whole time. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and I felt crowded. I know planes aren't suppose to be exactly comfortable, but let me just say that the only other airline I have flown with before was spirit and I would rather fly with them again than frontier. I was expecting a much better experience since spirit is supposed to be the bottom of the totem pole but this wasn't the case. I'm not looking forward to my flight home."

I have a special needs brother and they let him board early to give him extra time. Above and beyond, we absolutely love this airline. They are the megabus of the sky. Sign up for their frequent flyer program. Tickets are insanely cheap and economical, you can fly for $15 if you do it right by joining the yearly program ($50 annual) and responding to the emails. We booked 5 adults CVG to DFW 6 days out for $123 a piece when Delta and other competitors wanted $500 to $600 dollars. Pilots have a great sense of humor, flight attendants were super attentive and helpful. Be careful on the bag restrictions, my advice is travel light with carryon. The rest is pay for play but you can jet-set for stupid cheap and still receive superb service. I can't say enough great things about this airline. We are booking at least 7 to 8 more flights with them for the next few months for the price of 2 tickets with any other airline. Rivals Jet Blue or Southwest level of experience for fun but absolutely crushes all other airlines in value. Best flight experience ever!!!!!!"

Luckily I got a full refund. Definately not worth the hassle and airport drama I will NEVER fly this airline again. I feel sorry for their employees who have to deal with such a shitty system."

This must have been in the fine print for I did not see it and packed my bag to be less than 50 lbs. The seats have no leg room and I found them to be restrictive for my 5'2" frame. They do not recline due to the space "saving" efforts of the airline. If you are looking for "cheap" remember to add on all the fees charged for bags, select seats, beverages before comparing to other airlines."

No explanation was given for the cancellation apart from 'weather' which for all practical purposes could have been the weather on the planet Mars. other airlines were flying flights on this route just fine. Feel so cheated that an airline can throw your flight away at the last minute, for no apparent reason beyond their own convenience and greedy network planning, not rebook you into reasonable alternatives, and get away with it. It's not about the flight money. There were 8 of us meeting in LAS from different cities, those friends had to cacel their perfectly good tickets. And then the cost of hotels, show fickets, reservations made, not to mention the effort and anguish to recover from loosing all this at the last minute. Folks, ITS NOT WORTH IT!! It's not even that cheap once you add expensive bag and seat fees. STAY AWAY FROM SPIRIT. I guaruntee you, you will get burned. Remember what they say about when it looks too good to be true, it likely is. Spirit is a lie as a concept. They are only out to get your money and will never have your back. One more anecdote: the customer service rep tried to sell us a credit card after our 1 hour long call to try and process ticket cancelations. A CREDIT CARD WITH SPIRT AFTER THEY RUINED OUR TRIP! That's how insensitive and out for your money they are. Also, we tried to cancel online with the link they provided on their CRAPPY website and they would only allow travel vouchers as refund. Why would I want worthless spirt vouchers after a flight cancellation when I never want to fly you again?"

It was my first on Spirit and I pray I don't have to give you my money ever again."

When I finally was able to speak to an agent she refused to print me a boarding pass. In spite of still having 35 minutes to get to my gate and having already checked in and purchased a seat. After trying for a week to contact someone at Spirit with no response I've reached out to the department of transportation to file a complaint."
