Pros: "We were traveling from IAH gto FRA with two dogs. One in a crate and one in a small carry on dog bag. Lufthansa handled the process very well. They expected us at the airport, helped us through the entire checkin with a smile, helpful information and care. They brought us and our dog to TSA and after boarding confirmed that our dog had been loaded and safely taken care of. The cabin crew also checked on us and our in cabin dog. I don't know any other airline that makes traveling with a dog so easy and pleasant."

I'd guess a quarter missed connection. The process of rescheduling was a comedy of lies and inefficiency and lack of concern. Worst air travel experience ever. Ruined first two days of my vacation. Oh yea forgot the worst. No air conditioner running on runway at Houston at three in afternoon. Passengers visibly sweating before a nine out overseas flight. Blamed it on a mistake."

The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

Compensation upon arrival at Frankfurt was nil unless you asked and if you did you got an insulting 7 euros which barely even paid for coffee. No apology to people given just a "business as usual, it is your problem attitude". At arrival in Frankfurt there was a pass the buck attitude where any questions of connecting flights, and reroutes was forwarded to a Lufthansa counter that was NOT manned by anyone. Very frustrated."

Our connecting flight in Mexico City was a horrible experience. There was not a gate assigned. We literally had to walk endlessly until we reached An airline representative and asked if we were even going in the right direction. After an endless walk we finally came to the ground level where a bus was waiting for us to take us to the remote area where we weee to board.
The Aeromexico ground crew is not very helpful and not very informative at all. I know the México airport is very crowded but they should explain better to the their customers.

In flight it was 1 person sick fully cover up from head to toe with out giving information to passengers ahead. Cons: "Probably one of the most tedious flights of my life. Unexplained delays while sitting on the tarmac and not allowed to get up to go the bathroom because “we could be leaving any minute”. Repeated indications that we were cleared to move, and then no movement for another 15 minutes before assuring us they were cleared to move. Everything about this airline, from check-in to boarding to taxiing to deplaning to baggage claim felt like it took 60-80% longer than it had to, with no real customer service to be found. This is an airline that does nothing more than provide passengers with a way of getting from point A to point B, eventually; getting there on time, or in comfort, was clearly a luxury their airline was not positioned to deliver. First and last time flying Aeromexico, especially with Internet, Volaris, and other carriers plowing the same routes."

The line we had been waiting on was put on hold but the line next to us was not so now we had to wait for all the people (which was about 70) to get checked in. As my patience ran out i went up to the counter and tried to just get my bags checked so we can be on our way to our gate and of course i get the answer that i have to wait because i still have enough time (our flight was leaving in 40 minutes). then they brought a supervisor over to tell me the same thing- there was absolutely no help. By the time we were able to go on to our gate we had exactly 20 mins until our flight left. Very unacceptable. It looked like it was everyone’s first day at work and no one knew what they were doing. we fly delta all the time and i know Aeromexico now works with delta but they need a lot more training on what customer service is all about"

Boarding crew (not on flight but in the terminal) was NOT nice-- I had a garment bag that in past experience does not count as an additional carry on since it can be placed on top of carry-on in overhead bin. Boarding crew member insisted I was over the limit (when though at check-in, the staffer saw how many pieces I had and made no comment) and she insisted I had to check one item AND pay the baggage fee. But this was a problem only because it was a full flight, and I was being punished just because my seat was in a tow closer to the front and boarded later, therefore there was less room left in the overhead bins. Also seemed ridiculous to charge for the first checked bag, with most other reputable airlines, there is no fee for the first checked bag for international flights."

Cons: "On June 29 Aeromexico Flight 2683 arrived in Mexico City airspace and the Captain informed the passengers that the plane would have to refuel in Alcapulco due to inclement weather in Mexico City. The website https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/mexico/mexico-city/historic reports NO inclement weather on that date or at the time that AM 2683 was to land. I observed partly cloudy skies from my window seat as well. The ground crew in Alcapulco was unprepared for AM2683 and the fueling was delayed. After doing so, AM 2683 landed AFTER my connecting flight AM 684 was scheduled to depart at 1:05 AM on June 30. A female connection agent met me at the baggage claim and informed me that that AM 684 had not been held and had departed. The female agent was unhelpful, dismissive and rude. In fact, she had taken a personal cell phone call at the connections desk prior to assisting passengers of AM 2683 which lasted many minutes. She escorted us to the Aeromexico counter where I waited 30 or more minutes to speak to a representative. The representative at the Aeromexico counter informed me that there were NO flights to Quito until 1:05 AM on July 1. I asked if she could book me on another airline and she informed me that because the delay was weather related Aeromexico had no obligation to accomodate me. She booked me on AM684 for July 1. I asked where I was to wait for the next 24 hours and she said Aeromexico had no obligation to pay for lodgings. She gave me food vouchers for the airport. I immediately logged onto Travelocity.com and found a Copa Airlines flight to Quito leaving that afternoon which was in fact OPERATED BY AEROMEXICO! I booked that ticket myself and waited in the Mexico City Airport for 14 hours. What would have taken 10 hours took me 22."

This is the second flight on this trip where a flight has been delayed and there is just TOO much confusion. You guys don't have enough employees guiding us to the right direction. Which caused me to miss my flight. Making me spend an awful night over night at the airport, missing work, and overall just an INCONVENIENCE. Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! Cons: "On checking in we had to use a machine to print our boarding passes and take our bags to a bag drop in Newark. The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth."

Cons: "Although it was a short flight it was not great. We departed late having to run through Houston to our next termunal halfway across the airport. The flight was very hot, no cool air from the vents. Very turbulant...but no bad weather."
Pros: "The flight was 3 hours late, for 'weather conditions' as we were told. We've been given no compensation or vouchers. Communication was super poor: displays still showing the originary boarding time. And then suddenly they started birding before the time announced."
Pros: "Missed my flight so I ended up staying overnight in the airport to catch the 5:25 am flight the next morning. One of the cleaning staff found a blanket for me which really helped since it was incredible cold in the airport."

There was also no in air entertainment, which I feel like is usually a standard on most planes nowadays."

Glad I paid for a flight to a one night stay at Denver airport and back."

Cons: "Cancelled our scheduled 1:30 pm flight from Austin to Chicago for "scheduled" maintainence. We drove 3 hours and spent almost $300 for a rental car to get to Dallas for the flight they put us on, which we couldn't make. We told the check in counter and they gave us boarding passes for an American flight that wouldn't leave until 10:00 pm but that we could try to get on stand by for an earlier flight. At this point we were already missing a concert we were trying to make in Chicago. Another $150 gone. We were lucky enough to make the 8:30 pm Dallas to Chicago with American and arrived at Ohare by 11:00 pm. All in all United wasted $300 on a rental car, $150 of concert tickets and 5 hours of paid time off I can't get back. Very disappointed. PS: they gave us food vouchers at the airport to apologize and they were already expired. They couldn't do one thing right."
