Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!

I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A

The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.

Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.

We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.

Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.

Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.

There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.

For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy

With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.

Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!

It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.

Staff especially Alan Hernandez was a great help with arrangements for my partner and me sit together. This made the trip do much more enjoyable. Thanks so much.

One of the flight was delayed an hour. We then boarded a new flight. We were told to unboard after some other time. To wait for the next flight for another hour. I paid for a short flight that turned in to half a day of travel.

They no longer offer anything free to eat or drink, everything is sold, not even a bottle of water is offered for free.

THE AIRLINE FUCKEN SUCKS... NO DAMN PROFESIONALS.. NO CURTESY THEY CANCEL THE DAMN FLIGHT AS ITS ABOUT TO TAKE OFF

They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water

They cancel the fly and don’t give a money refund.
