Cons: "Had to wait for >30 mins at DFW Alaska ticket counter since there was no agent at the gate to drop off bags already ticketed. Had to call airport central control to have an agent paged. Sign on counter said open at 10am and when spoke to Alaska agent Andy P. He said sign was wrong though there was already a line of customers and just walked away. It was only after a 2nd overhead page for an agent that 2 ladies appeared. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry and may have missed my flight."

Cons: "Absolutely nothing. Alaskan dropped the ball, and made me miss my flight. Now I am delayed 4 hours, and missed the event I was needing to be at. No refund on either tickets, for the flight or of course the event I needed to be at. 300 dollars down the drain"

Cons: "The fact that the cleaning crew did not show up and flight was delayed over 30 minutes. Then we sat at the gate almost as long."

Pros: "My son missed the flight, because I filled out his name incorrectly, which I was charged a $300 and $250 fee, I feel that Flyus were not helpful on this matter"

Pros: "Our pilot was excellent. Best flight considering the weather while flying over Colorado. He was informative about the turbulence beforehand and did a great job steering through or around most of it. Typically I hate flying."

Cons: "The airline staff talked non stop in the galley. It was a 6:30sm flight and everyone trying to sleep. One young blonde steward talked non stop for two hours. Had to put ear plugs in and still heard her. Just never experienced anything like it"

Cons: "There was only one rude employee when we were printing our boarding passes. The machine malfunctioned and she treated us as if we had done something wrong. She would not communicate with us, she was very impatient with not only us but the other employees around her. I did not get her name, I just wanted to try to stay positive and get out of her proximity as quickly as possible."

Cons: "Somebody broke one of the toilet and it squealed and made all kinds of noise for 3 hours of the flight. They tried to fix it but it couldn't be fixed so we were tortured for 3 hours and the younger woman rolled her eyes at that woman and was making faces about the lady that broke the toilet. I mean we were all annoyed and she broke it because her kid had a diaper issue but I thought it was kind of unprofessional."

Pros: "I liked the way the flight attendants handled a moment of confusion when some customers thought their mother was supposed to be on their flight, but had not boarded. They were given the correct information clearly by the person in charge And during the intermittent times of turbulence, they calmly stated that the beverage service would resume when it was safe to do so."

Cons: "Ugh. 1 inch of snow in Seattle and Alaska cancels an entire flight. Rebooking me on a rediculously packed American flight that then connects with another Alaska flight in Portland where Alaska is again ill prepared."

Pros: "I traveled with my service animal and everything went smooth as can be. My service animal and I were given great seats with a lot of leg room so I will definitely continue to fly with Alaska/American Airlines."

Pros: "First time I've ever been uncomfortably warm on a three and a half hour flight. No air circulation. Sat in a row that didn't have a window which was even worse. Told attendant and said it had been mentioned to the crew. She said our section of the plane was experiencing some issues with this but no relief felt."

Cons: "Because of ATC, we waited on taxiway for 40 minutes in a hot airplane in Dallas. Yet, when I look at Alaska airlines Flight Status, it shows we departed early. But, Alaska is my favorite airline."
