What's not to like? Value?definitely. Every JetBlue member was extremely friendly on this flight. Very very nice new-ish aircraft,plenty of room. GOOD coffee. Entertainment,I didn't need it,but I think its available. What to do better? Well,there's nothing we can do about the other people, unbelievable how some folks are operating. Just don't allow people to lug all their stuff onto the aircraft. 1 bag. That's it. Be easier for you too. I personally would enjoy more options in schedule. One flight in and out a day is warranted given the local,I understand, but the times are inconvenient. Again, I completely understand why it is that way,It would however be great to have different options.

Had to wait over an hour in line for a Jet Blue agent to appear at the the counter. Ended up a customer service agent from another airline lines helped to check us in, and boarding pass,

Thought the economy premium experience would match that of the Amsterdam to Boston flight. Aircraft was older: chair didn’t lean back. I had to buy a blanket, which on the flight over was complimentary. Flight crew seemed disinterested all around.

Paid relatively a lot of money for a not comfortable seat. I would not take this service again until seating is improved. Food also not up to standard for price paid.

Ask flight attendants to make normal temperature. It was freezing very uncomfortable. No one want to lessen to you.

Purchased through 3rd party vendor which made everything difficult. Unable to check in online. Unable to get flight updates easily, tsa precheck information didn’t carry through, longer time to check in in person. Entertainment looked good but had to purchase conventional headphones to view.

Even though the weather made a lot of flights become cancelled Jet Blue made the flight that was supposed to leave at 9 pm and we left at 12:15 am and I was so grateful- Thanks to the Senior Jet Blue Staff who made those decisions

We were made to wait in the airport for six hours for a flight that was ultimately canceled.

The WiFi stopped working early on in the flight. No audio from entertainment system.

We were charged twice for checked bags and one never arrived at our destination. The flight was delayed 90 minutes with no explanation given.

I sat in seat 22D near the back right of the plane. My phone battery was getting low, so I plugged my charger into the power outlets below the seats in front of me. They did not work. When I asked the flight attendant whether this was the case for the whole plane he said, "No. It's only this one. It hasn't worked for months". This should be noted to whomever services this plane so that maintenance can fix this for future passengers. I was on Flight AA5614 from Grand Rapids to Philadelphia on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight with American that has been without problems. Mostly delays - this time for over 3 hours. They should have just brought another plane into the terminal but they just had everyone sitting around misterable all day. They turned a 3 hour flight into a 12 hour trip for me (including the “planned” layover). It was ridiculous.

The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.

My flight depature was changed. Then it was delayed, and then cancelled after I reached the gate.I paid $231 for a hotel room that I didn't get to use because I arrived 24 hours later than I was suppossed to. My wife had to pick me up from the airport and I had to pay for an another ride back to the airport the next day. They did get me faster/ priority through TSA. The 2nd flight was okay

The bathrooms for most part were staying clean. The food on the flight was terrible used to be better and the crew was not always friendly, barking orders for no reason. On the short flight, the food/snack was not even offered, and if you want to have a water, you have to come and ask.

It was significantly delayed. Also the admirals club in Philadelphia airport near Gate B is absolutely filthy. Good was on the floor. Flies on the cheese. And the men’s restroom had pools of urine on the floor. I am not using that lounge again.

It was good overall. On my transition from Philadelphia to Boston,the gate information wasn't correct. When I went to check the gate information; I found out that my flight was boarding clear across the airport at another gate. Fortunately I rushed over there and made it on time while they were in the middle of boarding.

For the first time in all my travels I found the arm rests very inadequate and painful. The arm rest between me and the passenger to my left was thin and didn’t support either of us. On the right side, (window side) the armrest was thin and short causing me pain mid-arm.

I've flown American several times this summer and I have yet to get a flight that leaves on time. However, a delay is better than a cancel. So far I have had four canceled flights and two delayed flights

The flight was delayed and was not forthright on the time that it was likely to depart where Flight Radar 24 was reflecting a later time that ended up being accurate for the takeoff. The plane was filthy with food smashed into the carpet and crumbs were piled under the seat where I was to put my backpack. It looked like a full sized Lotus Biscoff cookie was pulverized under the seats in my section. The seats were so uncomfortable especially when the person in front reclined his seat completely to where it was smashed against my knees and I am only 5'2". The fruit and cheese box for $13 was lackluster with no flavor and not satiating at all. The plus side is that I did get one full can of ginger ale. The flight attendants looked miserable and tired, probably due to the last minute need for a new flight attendant to fill in since the original one assigned could not continue on to service this flight. Improve the flight experience for customers and maybe the irritability and stress of flying in today's environment will not negatively impact the joy and stress of the employees/flight crew. This is why I prefer to fly non-US carriers whenever given the chance.
