My flight cancelled. I waited 3hours in the flight. They said they provide the bus instead of flight. Now, I waiting 2 hours for they provide bus.
Alitalia made me pay 50 Euros for my bag although I am traveling on the same day with them internationally, in less than 3 hours. They said that because I had two separate tickets they couldn't waive the fee. they have just lost a customer.
