Vegetarian options were not that great. However, the crew and service was awesome
Delays, plane transfer due to malfunction, no entertainment, limited beverage service.
They are very helpful and friendly. The entertainment is great with many choices. They will refill your drink and there is plenty of meal service. I’ll fly with them again when I transit Tokyo.
The food was not great and the seats you need a little bit more space to put your things down around you: the blankets and toiletry bag were good. Flight was on time and bags etc no issues
Entertainment was good , comfort on airplane easy hoarding food and drinks was good and a friendly and good service of flight staff
Plane and boarding was on time. It was easy to check in online and then just drop off bags. Will fly with then again.

Economy is very uncomfortable. Feels like they are punishing you for flying economy. There was no premium economy at all in the plane. Obviously old vintage plane, They should not be flying those planes. It is dangerous. Need to think more of passenger comfort than their money pocketbook. Hari Doss
American Airlines Business Class does not meet the standard it should when compared with Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, or Air France. The flight attendants often appear disengaged and fatigued, with forced smiles, noticeable attitude, and occasional rudeness. Food options are subpar, the overall ambiance feels cheap and outdated, and the cabin design reflects a past era rather than current premium expectations. Lastly, the aircraft itself felt old and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience is not competitive with what peer airlines are offering today.

In general, Japan Airlines was great! The flight attendants are kind and attentive. I was surprised to receive a late dinner on this flight, as most U.S. airlines do not serve a full meal. Because of this late meal, the lights in the cabin were not turned down until very late. I was hoping to sleep, but couldn't with the lights on so late. Also, this was a red-eye flight. Food was delicious and plentiful. Seats are very comfortable!

Underpricer is a terrible third party service that couldn’t change three letters on my boarding pass in time to make a flight. It cost me tons of money to have to buy a new ticket with JAL. I’m extremely let down with Kayak using such a sketchy company with horrific customer service.
