Flight delayed by one day and everything was so disorganized by the airline.

Flight delayed by one day and everything was so disorganized by the airline.

All the food seemed to have onions. I don't eat onions. Anyway, everything else was great. The biggest downside was the underpricer company that purchased the tickets from ANA. Underpricer never provided the United Airlines booking number. ANA was a code share and all our flights were on United. I finally was able get booking numbers from Ujuted on X. They saved me from the upsales underwriter tried to saddle my wife and me with.

Due to turbulence there was no inflight service, which is very understandable, The flight is very short, and safety is more important. There was a bit of a delay with take off, but was to be expected with the rain.

Overall the experience was ok. My two complaints are that the food is absolutely disgusting. The movies in the flight to Japan were a completely different selection than the ones on the way back. So if you’re looking forward to watching a certain move on the way back, think again.

That food is absolutely disgusting. Bring your own meals because the food not only smells fowl but tastes even more so. Jesus, I’d rather just eat a protein bar.

Hard to explain because we thought we were booking ANA airlines, not ANA operated via United, so we were disappointed, but for what it’s worth, everything went smooth and loved the movie selections. The food was okay, processed and full of preservatives, so vs what we were expecting with ANA it was different

My wife and I liked everything except the cold breakfast

My wife and I liked almost everything about ANA except for the economy seat space and the cold breakfast (croissant which seemed to just come out of the fridge)

The overall experience was ok, though there was certainly room for improvement. My husband was asked to check his carry-on bag at the gate due to claims that the flight was “full.” However, upon boarding, we observed ample overhead space and several empty rows of seats. This made the request appear unnecessary and caused some discomfort, particularly as he was the only passenger singled out for this procedure.

Excellent service and comfortable seats. Friendly and helpful staff. No food for a 3hr flight over lunch time which was surprising (or is that a feature of domestic flights in Japan?)

I would like to add American food so tired of rice after being there for 10 days didn’t want anymore to pay an airline did not have my bag marked right so it is still sitting in O’Hare. I am home.

Flight from New Delhi to Tokyo was mediocre. The seats were not of business class as we are used to. They were not wide enough. On the other hand the seats on the flight from Tokyo to San Francisco were excellent every thing were great except the food. Tokyo business lounge was excellent. The whole experience was great except the food on the plane. Will still fly JAL.

The entree wasn’t very good. The rice was soggy. The side dishes were all good though. The breakfast was also good. The crew were excellent, as usual.

JAL using the state of art A350-1000 for JFK to HND It’s a great plane to fly Very comfortable with lower cabin altitude Quieter cabin Wider seats Big tv screen Excellent service and catering

The flight attendants were excellent as usual however the meal wasn’t the usual good quality. There is cooked rice was mushy.

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.

Allow gold card holders (Group 1) to board with their guest like other One World carriers do

Checked baggage process is confusing and time consuming especially when checking oversized bags. Very slow agents didn't help.

Website from the 1990s, super frustrating customer support, inflight experience merely OK - more like United than e.g. Emirates

The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. The onboarding experience was pleasant with no delays, perhaps owing to the fact that the flight was not full. Nevertheless, the air crew were their usual outstanding standards in serving the passengers.

Good service and food. For buying items on flight should be preordered as they don’t keep much stock on board.

We were not given option for meals since they ran out of the other option but good thing the remaining options tasted great.

Horrendous. We upgraded and they took the money but cancelled one of our tickets. The recline action didn’t work on the seats for the flight from Singapore to London, pre booked meals but they seemed to have disappeared as well.. Phone customer service was horrendous. Took 5 phone calls and no fix. Craig at the airport was the only one who seemed to be able to get the ticket back.

Construction at PDX resulting in very lung walk from the rental car to the gate. SFO, extremely long walk between terminals to get to connecting Singapore airlines flight. My smart watch recorded a total of 3 miles.

The seat in economy class and legroom in Singapore airline are narrower than Korean airlines! I don’t have that comforting feeling flying with Singapore air as in the past!

Crew and service was excellent, but passengers should be offered a welcome drink before take off which did not happen. Food was very good. Unfortunately the lie-flat bed in business class was one of the most uncomfortable I have experienced. The configuration forces you to sleep with your legs at an angle instead of in a straight line, plus there is very little padding on the bed so it wasn't possible to sleep for more than 2-3 hours on an 18 hour flight. For what the airlines charges for a business class ticket their hard product leaves a lot to be desired.

Delayed 1hour due to storm still didn't get window seat for third flight despite paying £240 extra to book them

Everything was great keep up the good work 😁, can't ask for more.

Flight from SFO did not include entertainment as it was not working the entire duration of the flight. Was informed that there would be a $350 voucher for the inconvenience. Uncertain how the voucher will be provided.

Overall the flight was a good experience. It is different from American Airlines because they board the back of the plane first rather than the front first. Food was decent. They gave out pillows ,blankets , and face masks. I did find this airline had faster flights back home than others. Less travel and layover time.

Theairline, both at the terminal and during the entirety of the flight were kept at uncomfortably cold temps. Maybe between 55 and 60 f. Those who had traveled with the airline before donned puffer jackets, wool hats and pulled blankets from their carry-on bags. The seat back entertainment also failed on my trip, leaving me for 12 hrs. With nothing. Seats offered enough room (barely) for a 6'1" frame, but it was pretty tight But the worst offender was the uncomfortable temp..

Manila airport is a dump. Very dirty and not comfortable at all

I thought the meals and meal choices were excellent. The cabin staff was helpful and as is the norm for Pinays, extraordinarily empathetic.

Well it's strange everytime going the flight is late coming back the service is superior

The staff was wonderful. Really took good care of me. The food was not my favorite.

love the flight but the chairs are not comfortable mostly for smaller people

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seat pitch is narrow moreover the agent assigned seat in front of emergency exit window which is not reclined. A terrible 4hr 40min flight from HAN to DPS

Horrible! As an Asian, they look down on their own skin color. Disgusting people and airlines. If you are white, they will worship you

1-Airlines did not send any info to inform the clients about changing fight number. 2-Delayed too long on runay without any explanation
