Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.
From checking at the airport to end of flights, attentive and caring personnel, comfortable seating, great food. I plan on using EVA again. Thank you, all.

The soft service on EVA was superb from the quick and attentive flight attendants, to the turn down service, and excellent food. This all made my 11 hour flight very comfortable and relaxing.
Amazing one of the best airlines i have ever traveled with. I live with medical issues called psoriatic arthritis and was in pain on the flight. The flight crew made sure I had fresh ice pack ever hour. Going above an beyond with service and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.
Well, we upgraded and on a 14 hour flight not sure how we would tolerate it otherwise. The upgrades are ridiculously expensive and even with empty seats even in first class it was difficult to upgrade. Probably won’t fly China Air again due to this. The attendants tho were much better than the airlines in the states and there attentiveness and care for your comfort far exceeds other airlines in the states.
Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!
I absolutely loved my flight from Taipei to LAX. I was originally assigned to a different seat, however one of the stewardess noticed I was uncomfortable in my seat. She offered to move me to a more comfortable setting. Although she didn’t have to do what she did, I am more than grateful and thankful for her doing so. My longer flight felt much more comfortable, just by her taking notice. I really appreciate her.
Overall was a lovely experience. The crew were kind and courteous throughout the entire flight.

I was very impressed with this airline. Quick, easy check in, very considerate staff, comfortable seats, and the seatbelt fit! (I’m a larger person, and usually need an extension) Will definitely fly with TigerAir again!

Quite ordinary, as might be expected of a budget flight. It was difficult to understand the instructions unless one speaks Japanese, and the seats were quite basic.
Very easy process overall. The staff communicated well and everything was efficient.
Very affordable, smooth check in process, flight attendants were safe and kind, lots of flight availability within Japan.

For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.
