Pros: The crew was fantastic. I was not well throughout the entire flight and they went out of their way repeatedly to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, including giving up two of their own crew seats to me for most of the 14 hour flight from Taipei to New York. The crew also made sure that the bathrooms were kept stocked and cleaned. This is something you don't see enough of in other airlines where the bathrooms become disgusting by around mid-flight on long-haul flights. The entertainment systems are modern and designed well for practical use, unlike some other airlines that still have many or all controls situated on the armrests. They use quality touchscreens which control everything including the overhead light and attendant call button. I also like the fact that I could check 2 bags and select my seat without any fees unlike too many other airlines are doing today.
Cons: While the entertainment systems themselves are great the entertainment choices are not. They have very few New Releases and don't seem to update them at the beginning of the month compared to many other airlines, such as Cathay Pacific. On long flights this is one thing that should be given more attention.

Cons: On our departure flight the entertainment system stopped working completely at my daughter's seat mid-flight (the whole screen went black, remote control and all). The flight attendant tried and was unable to fix it, so they moved a passenger in the row my husband and I were in and put my daughter there. None of the entertainment systems worked well, the touch screens were barely responsive - they definitely need updating. On our return flight the power in the whole row that my three pre-teen kids were in stopped working. Again the flight attendant tried unsuccessfully to fix. My husband and I switched rows with them so they could continue to watch movies. Each time we called the flight attendant she came, said she would try to reset the systems and that we should wait a few minutes. We waited and ultimately had to go find her again to be told the same thing again. After this happened three times she sent the manager over who said she could not fix it since that would mean that the whole area would have to be reset and they didn't want to disturb anyone else. The only solution they offered was to give my husband and I open seats (not together and not near our kids) around the cabin. We did not want to split up, so my husband and I spent the rest of the hours of the flight in the dark (lights didn't work either as they are connected to the system) reading with the light from our cell phones. None of the people who came to assist us really seemed to care at all about our comfort or situation.

Pros: Emirates is a true Customer Service oriented airline. It is a relief to know that in this age of carriers that charge you a lot and treat you like you are paying a bus ticket there are airlines that still know the key to success. Boarding was fine and not dependent on local personalities. You can tell the company cares about training. The food and entertainment is excellent. Seats are still a little smaller but they try and make up with it with other perks. Flight crew was polite, smiling, and accommodating no matter the time. Pillows, blankets, snacks, etc. all given without having to ask or be charged. We were also given these little self care packs with toothbrush & paste, eye pillow, socks, and earplugs! Overall it made a long flight over night very comfortable.

It is just too late. Getting through customs at Newark is a chore. There are not enough computers for passengers to report what they have to report. Also, many passengers I saw did not know how to use a computer.

Seat pitch (aka leg room) was basically adequate for me (6' 4"), but not great. Touch screens on entertainment system on both outbound and return flights were a little wonky -- needed re-calibration, so it was impossible to activate virtual buttons near the edges of the screen.

They refused to waive any fees so it was drastically cheaper to fly home with another airline. I am most disappointed in their lack of effort to assist us in getting home and they really showed no concern. I will never fly this airline again.

Pros: All the Air Team Crew were really friendly. On the first connection to from Nairobi to Dubai, I sat next to a fellow passenger who was nervous about the moderate turbulance that we hit. At the end of the flight, as we waited to disembark, a lovely Attendant stood next to us and we had the most warm friendly conversation I've ever had in all my years of flying. She made us feel like friends as she gave us an insight into her 'high flying' lifestyle while being professional. Unfortunately I can't remember her name as I would have loved to give her a special mention but she was so lovely.

Pros: Lots of movies to watch -- when the system was actually working.
Cons: The food was THE worst I've ever had on any flight ever. And they served the same food for both meals... chicken, fish, or pasta for dinner AND breakfast... the latter which was at 3am of the time zone I was coming from. Both my kids (5 and 7) REFUSED to eat any of the food except the brew& butter, despite starving. My row and row behind me lost power during the flight so we had NO entertainment, and could no longer charge our devices for the rest of the 11-hour flight. They offered us magazines, but we had no overhead lights to be able to see. The crew managed to reboot the system about 2 hours after the first meal, so we enjoyed some entertainment, but after a little while, the movie and sound stopped working. After about an hour an announcement was made that the entire entertainment system would be rebooted. It started working around the last hour of the flight. Not relaxing at all.
Pros: Business class upgrade was available for this flight, and it was well worth it.
Cons: The food was mediocre, at best. Odd food combination choices. I don't expect gourmet on a flight, so don't try to pretend you're serving it.
Pros: Entertainment was good, boarding was OK. Leg-room much better than on competing direct flight US carriers, and aircraft cabin better maintained.
Cons: Food for kids terrible, just not edible taste-wise. Catering is better flying out of Greece than on same flight returning from U.S. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and restocked during flight.

There were only two drink carts that went by on a an 11 hour flight and these were with the 2 meals that were served. Alcoholic drinks were difficult to order except with dinner. Overall, there are more amneties, foods and drink on Delta airlines.

Cons: I paid for an assigned window seat (18K) at the front of the plane. However when I arrived to my seat I was told that there is a handicap person in my room and I can't sit there and was offered a seat in the back of the plane. Yes of course I understand and wouldn't want to move a handicap person to get to my seat but at the same time I believe the seat assignment fee which I paid in advance should be refunded.
Pros: They were able to fly us out of Incheon to JFK even there was only less than 10 passengers.

Pros: Seoul to NYC JFK 1/24/20 trip. This female Korean member was rushing passengers. Which was totally unnecessary. It is necessary to give client some time to get situated. Airline serve all kinds of age group of client. I was watching the way she was serving food, again in a rushed manner? Does she like her job? This is unprofessional. The rest of the crew members were courteous except her. Bad representation of this company.
Cons: Read above. The food is on the mediocre side. The beef was so hard to chew. The shrimp pasta had 3 pieces of small shrimp. I will not recommend this airline.

Cons: Flight was delayed by 10 hours less with less than 24 hours notice. Had to call Asiana to change flight to a 1 stop flight (original flight was nonstop). Flight to Seoul from New York was also delayed by 8 hours and I ended up having to spend ~$70 for hotel/taxi due to arriving in Seoul past midnight. Horrible experience both there and back and don't think I would ever take Asiana again.

Pros: The crew were efficient, nice and friendly. There was a sick passenger and I think they were able to help them out. Even though there was a slight delay in the take off but we managed to stay on time.
Cons: The bathroom was slightly flooded, one bathroom the water wasn't running so I couldn't wash my hands. There are not enough amenities in the bathroom. The food could use a little improvement. Waiting for the baggage claim took too long.

Pros: The price: my round trip ticket from Tokyo Haneda to JFK was only 850USD The layover is only 2 hours which is bearable and enough time to find the boarding gate and a little shopping.
Cons: Everything else. You can check-in online within 48 hrs before your flight, but there is no QR code produced on their app for paperless check-in. The food was terrible, and the seats were not made for long flights. I really felt the "economy" vibe. They only provide disposable slippers, but everything else you need to check the lavatories if there were toothbrushes or mouthwash packets left. Overall, I will still consider flying this airline for any emergency flight back to the US, but if there will be a compeittive airline, maybe i'd try another. Their business class seem enticing.. maybe comsoder it too.

Pros: I liked the airbus used to fly from and to the USA. On a 15 hour flight comfort is key, and they did their best. The have build little foot pedals to rest your feet on. Meals also came often, and the food was on the better end of airplane food. Crew was also very friendly!
Pros: Everyone was so personable. We had 4 adults , 2 boys and a baby girl so it was hard to get everyone situated but with the staff on the plane it was just simplicity. All of our needs were met , wether it was someone wanting an extra blanket or the baby needing food or even helping the 2 boys get situated before and after take off . They apparently love babies because they couldn't get enough of ours and were always wanting to play with her and make her smile (which goes along way) and that helped her not feel so groggy on the plane . They know it's a long flight so they get you comfortable even down to giving you slippers and great tasting food.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the long flight but that's not the staffs fault, it was inevitable if your flying halfway across the world . the plane had 12 inch touch screen tv with music, movies, games , news , kids entertainment and even how to learn Korean so it it was very helpful in keeping you entertained throughout the plane ride .
Pros: The crew was lovely and very helpful. They were attentive and constantly providing beverages. The films were nice and a large selection. The food was delicious and it was overall a lovely flight which was nice since it was over 13 hours in length.
Cons: It would have been nice for slightly more space but it is definitely not the most cramped economy class I have sat in. Additionally, it would have been nice to have different movies from my flight to Seoul but there is so much too choose from that this is not a real issue either.

( he can not bend his leg properly). I asked her to give a front seat. She simply ignored my request. At least, she should better say yes or no! However, other staffs helped us!

On the flight two weeks before from JFK - they did a great job on the bathrooms.On both flights there was no need for the constant interruptions telling us to put the seat belts on. Just turn on the light no need to make an announcements in two languages.

Cons: Loud children all over, my dietary choices for all three meals were messed up ever though I spoke to three different levels of Asiana employees to verify (due to the mistake on the flight to Korea). When I tried to explain to the flight attendant my dietary needs they couldn't be bothered and got an attitude when I asked for the meal that was being served. The flight crew was unfriendly. The bathrooms were crowded and chaotic after meals with no attempt on the flight crew to organize or redistribute the crowds (unsafe situation could occur). I waited 15 minutes at one point because there was simply no order. Some flight attendants were better than others but overall, they played favorites with certain groups.

Cons: I had requested an aisle seat due to my recently broken ankle and I was placed in the middle of a 4 seat row. I asked the desk before boarding if there was any possibility of changing due to my ankle, and I felt like the employee did not even try to find an open seat, or make accommodations for me. This made it very difficult to get enough blood pumping through my leg and left me feeling anxious the entire flight.
Pros: The crew were very good. Seats were small.

Cons: I didn't notice that I had booked some sort of new economy light category where checked baggage is no longer included and to check baggage when booked into this class cost $60 per bag per flight. So overall on the trip I paid $240 extra for luggage alone.
Pros: I loved the aircraft, the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of the cre, the communications from the pilot. The food was very good and tasty which is a great challenge in overseas flights, the choices of drinks. We will definitely travel again on SWISS, this time for a visit to the Alps hiking trails

Cons: There were headphones (as well as pillows and blankets, much appreciated), but the jacks for the headphones only fit the SwissAir headphones, so if passengers brought their own headphones, they could only get a mono output. It was difficult to hear the entertainment through only one ear.

Cons: Service was poor - several of the staff seemed to be inexperienced and not very customer service oriented. The boarding process was chaotic at the gate - customs were there to check in but quite a few people were unaware (not many announcements). Also, the Economy boarding process wasn't clear and chaotic (i.e., not by row and you also didn't know when you could board. Also, the person in front of me kept reclining her seat and it went back too far. I didn't want to do the same to the person behind me so it was quite uncomfortable.

Cons: For a 5' 4" person like myself, arm and leg room were barely minimal, Economy seats were crammed together and were not ergonomically designed for comfort or support. I was fortunate to be able to move from my center seat to an aisle seat once the flight was in progress. As soon as I did, the air around me was cooler and made for more comfortable breathing. In the center seat, the air was still and close—very uncomfortable. Poor communication regarding passport control protocol at the departure gate: A temporary station was set up, labeled Passport Control, but no SWISS agent announced what was happening. I had just gone through a passport control line on a lower level so I didn't think I had to go through a similar process at the gate. Most people around me also didn't know whether they had to go through the process at the gate. Once agents had been questioned on the subject several times, they should have made a general announcement to inform everyone at the gate. They did not. The food on the plane was the usual poor quality fare for economy class—either highly processed or overcooked and much too salty. Ugh.

Cons: There was no climate control. Our rows were freezing cold. People were wearing coats and blankets. Four or five rows up it was warm. My husband asked for more heat and the stewardess said she would turn it up, but nothing happened. Cold air blew out of the ceiling vents for the entire flight. When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better.

Cons: I do not like the cramped space that we are in. It was difficult for my husband and I to get in and out of our seats. The passenger in front of me pushed her seat back and it seemed as though she was righ in my face. She could not go upright as the person in front of her was pushed all the way back. This situation also makes eating difficult. The flight yesterday was extremely warm, which I had not experienced on my three former flights. I guess I will try your airlines once more and see how it is for a third trip.

Cons: Found my business class seat given away to a lady with a dog. Mine was window but with extra table next to aisle. She had aisle seat but with exactly the same configuration. Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats.
Pros: Even though the flight was delayed, everything else about it was great! Newer, more comfortable seating than the plane from the US to Europe, excellent food and service, no complaints about the in-air experience.
Cons: The flight was delayed most likely because of inefficiencies in the passport check / boarding process, some people got confused, waited in the boarding line, then had to go back in queue in the passport check line. Last person walked into the plane 10 min after the scheduled departure time, as a result the airport delayed our departure by 50 more minutes.
