Pros: The Crew was very good. I was with my 84 year old father.And they handled his needs very well .
Cons: The food of course was sort of mediocre at breakfast. The eggs tasted like they were man made.oh well maybe that’s really typical. Otherwise all was fine.

Cons: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.

Cons: The flight attendant kept insisting that we take our headphones out even there were no announcements being made.
Pros: Boarding started from the back to the front. Which, I always thought it's the correct way to embark and it was the first time I saw it done that way.
Cons: When the boarding was finallly finalized the airplane was ready to take off on the track for about an hour and a half and no one was told why we weren't taking off. I decided to ask and the flight attendant said that "it took long to embark all the luggage and that it won't be very long". To which, I didn't understand what one thing had to do with the other since that shouldn't be the cause to why we are paralized on the track but I just left it like that. Instantly after she walks to the back, they announce that they there was a problem with the A/C and that we had to wait to have a spot near a gate sothat we could go back and and a mecanic could come and fix it. After it took for ever... they finally fixed it but now we had to wait for gas. At this point, whitin those three hours, only one glass of water was offered to us and no appology. Thankfully, we finally took off, 3 three hours and a half behind schedule. They started to serve food and drinks to first class people and were completely taken care of but no attention to all the other passengers. At this point it's been 5 hours that we are on this plane and it seems that the service was extremly slow to get us hydraded or been offered anything to eat. My flight was 4hours away from Montreal to Calgary initiallyT And this whole event made it an 8hour travel with, the fact being completely ignored by the crew and nothing being offered for customer satisfaction. The pilot only said a small "we apologize" after we had already landed. It isn't the first time that I fly with this company and I find that it used to be one of the top companies in Quebec but the service and the quality have deteriorated overtime. There is always something negative that happens when I fly with them and I've noticed that the customer service isn't really present. It's okay but since it doesn't seem to matter to them, I will no longer fly with this company. (P.S.: this whole event caused me to miss the last bus to my final destination and have to wait at the airport until the next day at 9:30am to take the first bus in the morning... luckily I only work in the afternoon.)
Pros: It’s hard to write a review when flight was supposed to leave at 6:30 and didn’t until midnight, but due to weather. It was frustrating for all but staff and pilot kept us informed at all times so that was appreciated. There wasn’t much to do but to wait out the weather.
Cons: For the weather to be better and to have left on time - but obviously that is out of everyone’s control.

Pros: The flight from Tel Aviv followed and I had to fly to Holland to continue to Beijing. I also ordered kosher food and had to pay € 30 when the site was available for free. But in the end I was not given a kosher meal from the Netherlands to Beijing.
Pros: I liked receiving an extra food as we stuck on plan for extra 2 hours.
Cons: As we had to wait 50 passengers from another flight we have to stay on plane for extra 2 hours and it’s was terrible experience

Cons: The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.
Cons: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!
Cons: 1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

Cons: You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular.

Pros: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Pros: The aircraft was a fairly new 737-800 ,nice and clean interior . The passenger entertainment system was very nice with USB charging at every screen,with brightness and volume controls. Inflight service was beverages , followed by hot meal ( 2 choices Chix or Beef ) hot beverages post meal followed by another beverage service pre landing.
Cons: Because the Egyptians like it hot. The cabin temperature was really hot and the leather seats didn't help . It seemed like they did not have all the air pacts on .Very little airflow at the individual air vents. They prepare the cabin for landing way to early and you must have the window shades up which is painful with the hot sun beating on you through the window ( safety card is only so big)

Pros: the food was surprisingly good; crew very helpful after I was asked to switch seats due to screen malfunction, they helped find space to move my carry-on further front as well and assisted in getting it back after landing
Pros: The crew were above friendly, calling you by name and were very accommodating.
Cons: Plane was older, seats were grungy and the onboard entertainment was not updated, i.e: small screens with poor visibility, some screens did not even work for some passengers, limited amount of movies/entertainment for a 10 hour flight this was disappointing and seriously makes me reconsider flying British Airways ever again.
Cons: BA need to stop the silly practice of boarding according to status - it’s inefficent and leaves me with the impression that BA is obsessed with pseudo hierarchy.

Cons: Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress.

Pros: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Cons: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Cons: Dinner (entree, salad, shrimp appetizer, roll, and flan) and breakfast (fruit,croissant, roll,meat, cheese) were delicious -- but left us stuffed.Outstanding service. Milk or creme with coffee would have been nice.

For the price I paid and the duration of my flight (12 hours from LAX-FCO) I wish I chose a different airline. that was the most uncomfortable flight I've had in a long time and I travel often.

Cons: Our bag out of luggage was missing and more than 24 hours there was no action. We were left helpless as due to Easter everything was closed and could not arrange any alternative.

Cons: In this 10 hr flight cabin crew came down the aisle only twice to offer refreshments. There should have been offers of at the least water or juice more than twice on this length of fight. I was disappointed that there were no hot drink e.g. coffee or tea offered at any time, not even with the meal, but this was certainly the least of our disappointments. Only once on this flight did I see a cabin crew member smile. Don't know why, but they were a most unhappy crew that day and this was conveyed to the passengers. I find this hard to believe, and perhaps both my husband and I fell asleep for the few minutes this would have taken, but neither one of us saw a crew member check for seatbelts and seat position before landing in TO. Boarding gate wasn't announced until an hour before boarding, which on an international flight from a large airport was a little stressful, but I am assuming there was a good reason for this.

Cons: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...

Pros: The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable.
Cons: Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy.
