Cons: Air hostesses too hectic
Cons: The person was sitting right next to me was over 500 pound he took half of my seat I did not like that I didn’t pay for the seed to somebody else can sit half of it
Pros: The price was reasonable and the schedule was great - leaving late evening and arriving in the morning was perfect. Non-stop from BWI was also a big plus. Checkin online was easy and there were no hitches with luggage. We had an on time takeoff and arrival and our luggage arrived with us.
Cons: The food was bland and there weren't any options, getting refills on beverages was impossible. The seats were cramped and absolutely EVERYTHING that might improve comfort was extra. Fortunately, I always travel with a variety of earphones, to we didn't have to pay for theirs. Paying for the pitiful selection of entertainment options would have added insult to injury.
Pros: The crew was super nice

Cons: Overbooked flight. Couldn't get the seats that we had reserved 6 months prior as we failed to check in and reserve our seats in time.

Cons: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!
Cons: Flight delayed for more than an hour but we were told we couldn’t check the luggage even though we had already checked in!!! Cleared immigration without being able to check our luggage and the flight still hadn’t landed to even refuel and go through it’s ground checks!Now we’re without clothes for a week!! Worst customer service ever with aggressive non chalant Condor agents worst travel experience ever
Cons: 1) I have paid $60 (per person in a family of 3) for seat assignments hoping that this money buys us the "Premium economy" seats. The seat map indicated I was buying seats in the second row of the coach class. When we got on board, we found out that our row appears to be behind a large section of the "real" premium coach class seating which was not even shown to me when I bought tickets. So I have paid $180 on top of the ticket price just for the right to sit with my family, in a seat with little leg room. 2) It was very cold in parts of the passenger cabin throughout the flight. At the same time, the temperature in other parts of the cabin was comfortable. 3) The light on the ceiling didn"t switch off, and the crew had to tape a foil container above it. 4) The food (on transatlantic flight!) was... mediocre. I travel a lot and can compare. Drinks were Okay. I would recommend Condor's management to openly disclose the details about the seating fee to the passengers BEFORE the tickets are sold. I will not take Condor any more. Not worth it.
Pros: The boarding was smooth and efficient. We left and landed on time.
Cons: One of the flight attendants was crabby and didn't want to provide a drink for my husband and myself, so we just dealt with a different attendant.
Pros: Nonstop is great. It was easy to sleep on the way to Germany.

Cons: Website did not allow selection of gluten free meal. Email not responded to until too late. Departure gate in Frankfurt had no seating before checkin. Luggage arrived late in terminal at Baltimore.
