Pros: This was a Delta codeshare on KLM metal. We left on time and arrived early. The crew was very professional. The bathrooms were very clean.
Cons: The seat in Economy Comfort was awful. Not enough padding and no place to put my feet because of a very large entertainment control box on the floor.
Pros: Delta, as always, comes through! Although my original flight was delayed, Delta provided the option to rebook on another DL flight at no additional cost. They made it super easy! As always, the crew was friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks!

Pros: The crew did everything expected to make our flight enjoyable. Couldn't really have asked for more.
Cons: We're fortunate we fly business when traveling to Europe, but the comfort on AC Rouge "premium economy" is VERY low. The dilemma is: comfort for a much longer business flight thru Frankfurt to Venice, or a slightly larger economy seat for a direct 8 hr flight YYZ to VCE. "Entertainment" - an iPad!

Cons: Organization was terrible, did not allow passages on board according to seats, passport checks were executed terribly, my requested seats were changed, plane had a 20 minute delay to takeoff. Needs a lot more work, as a lot of passengers were left unimpressed or unhappy.

Cons: Our flight from YEG to YYZ was delayed by over an hour. Normally this wouldn't bother us, as we did not have a chance to get flight, however, we felt we were deceived and lied to by Air Transat at the gate. Specifically, the staff at the gate indicated that our flight would be delayed "intentionally" according to airline policy, to take advantage of favourable tailwinds to get the flight to YYZ on time. This explanation maked no sense, and was unfounded from a cursory Google search. When we finally boarded an hour later, the captain on the flight indicated that the plane was actually LATE arriving to YEG from a previous flight. I'm not expecting any specific reimbursement for the inconveniences to us or our family picking us up, but we and other customers should NEVER be decieved. If the flight is late, tell us, and indicate whether connecting flights (for those that have them) will be withheld or not or to make appropriate arrangements if otherwise not possible.
Pros: There was not much to like... we boarded quickly that was about it.
Cons: For starters, they should offer water and juice on all flights. On my outbound trip they only offered water and it took them a long time to offer the water. Also, on my inbound trip they turned on the lights after take off and had them on for a while. Seats are also SMALL.
Pros: It’s hard to write a review when flight was supposed to leave at 6:30 and didn’t until midnight, but due to weather. It was frustrating for all but staff and pilot kept us informed at all times so that was appreciated. There wasn’t much to do but to wait out the weather.
Cons: For the weather to be better and to have left on time - but obviously that is out of everyone’s control.

Cons: Smallest seats I've been in in a while. Very poor on board entertainment (one 10" screen for every 4 rows, damaged audio ports, annoying movie choices). Very limited cabin storage.

Cons: Why did I pay additional $200 dollars to check 1 bag? $70 Canadian there, $50 pounds back (converted to $100 on my bank app.) Ridiculous won't be flying this airline again. Food was terrible - didn't eat. The crew didn't turn off the plane lights to MCR overnight flight, didn't sleep even 1 minute.
Pros: Flow as smooth , attendants were good.
Cons: Boarding was delayed and then we sat about an hour on board waiting to get de-iced. Ended up over 1 1/2 hours late.
