Food was terrible especially breakfast
Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, I lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. This is the first time I ever heard of such BS. Not happy, very disappointed
The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options.
One of my checked bags never arrived. It has been a week and I still don't have my bag.
There is enough space between seats. Good selection of movies.
Luanda personnel refused to check luggage lad to mxp even when the other flight was also TAP. We had to pick up luggage and recheck in LIS.

Relatively easy boarding procedure, reasonably priced compared to other vendors, good departure times.
It seems like Ukraine International Airlines runs a shake-down operation on carry-on baggage fees. The first time I traveled on the airline to Kiev, they let me bring on my carry-on bag and didn't weight it or seem to care. When I booked them to leave Kiev for Dusseldorf, however, things were a bit different. I brought my usual carry-on (weighing around 13kg) through the various security checks, and sat with it at the gate. At the last possible moment when we're about to board the bus for the plane, they motion me to come to the desk and say, "You can't take that bag. It's over 7kg." 7kg! This unusually low carry-on limit is not specified on the ticket when I purchased it, on the boarding pass, or on any other easily visible document. Only when you click on the "baggage limits" link on the boarding pass and reading it carefully do you figure out that your carry-on has to be super light. At the gate, they pulled out a hand-held hook scale, weighed my bag, and declared it overweight without even telling me how much it weighed, then demanded that I cough up 66 euro (USD$77) or miss my flight. There were several elderly people on the flight who did not have cash or credit card and were distraught and publicly wailing because this was the first they had heard about needing to purchase luggage fees. It is possible that in their documentation UIA do mention the limits and fees, so what they do may be indeed legal. However, there are deceptive practices happening here, as this has never happened to me in decades of travel. I have never seen this many distressed elderly passengers. What UIA did was pure and simple theft. Word to the wise: if you buy from Kayak or any other third-party operator, go into the site of the vendor of origin (in this case UIA), figure out their baggage rules and pay for extra baggage 24hrs before the flight. Either that, or fly a more user-friendly airline.

I didn’t like that when I bought the ticket that says that it’s include baggage, on the way back from my trip in the airport they say that it’s including the baggage just the first way and not both ways and I would have to pay a ridiculously high amount for a suitcase to take my suitcase back homeb
Hello, when I bought the ticket I took special care that it includes luggage fees, both hand and in plane suitcase. But when I arrived departure desk in TLV they charged me both laggage fee and also boarding pass fee on the amount of almost 90$!! This is a disgrace. Please refaid this. On top it was not mentioned anywhere that this flight is not included food.

You can't beat the convenience of traveling without having a layover which are never guaranteed to be on time. The food isn't bad but service makes up for whatever shortcomings there are in that dept.

The delay. And entertainment. Poor selection and unit got cut off each time there was a turbulence. My unit stopped working and when I checked the other seat unit it was working. Luckily none was sitting there.

Tray table slid downward whenever it was opened. Headphones quit after the first hour and got scratchy. So little room..tiny video screen. I could not get advance seating because of a code share flight.
I enjoyed the 7 lay over. Took a train to the city (12 minutes ), walked around and shopped, ate and tracked back with the train . A nice stop over

The food was amazing, the in-flight entertainment was amazing, and the flight attendants were amazingly kind and beautiful. :) Swiss Air has set the standard on airline food, serving Swiss Chocolate and Gruyere cheese on the flight! It was the best!
My only concern was that there were times when I felt a little too warm. The newer Boeing 777 doesn't have passenger controlled A/C.
Seats were very comfortable, food was excellent, the staff was very nice, cabin was quite and roomy.
No outlets to charge digital devices, and need more bathrooms on board. I was able to sleep most of the 11 hour flight so I did not take advantage of the entertainment.

The flight to Gdansk took off and arrived on-time and the staff were professional.
The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control.
Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed.
The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets.

The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head.
Friendly crew, good meal and entertainment
Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full.

It left at 6 am. Which means we had a wake up call from the airport hotel at 3:30 am to stand in line with hundreds of others. The Air France app on my phone didn't let me pre- check in.
That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal.
Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof.
Good priority boarding
After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.

They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.

I have never seen a gate attendant call each person by name as she scanned their boarding passes! At Delta I felt welcomed by every employee. Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money.

We were able to upgrade to a business class seat (row 1) just 2 days before the flight since we had put in a bid a month before to do so if it was accepted. Honestly, the seat DID NOT EVEN RECLINE, NOR DID IT FEEL VERY SPACIOUS! I felt very taken advantage of to only have access to that part of the plane giving us more leg room for $200 upgrade for each seat. When does a Business Class seat NOT recline??? At least my flight attendant was kind enough suggesting that I let the airline know about my unhappy experience.

Passengers should be notified of the process of changing airplanes at Vienna. What a nightmare. We were scheduled for 50 minutes between flights. Not really enough. If we were aware of what was required it may have helped, however the distance we had to walk was rather extreme.

$46 for a carry on bag that I was not initially charged for on my flight from Cleveland. Bag had even less contents than when i came.
The planes are nice and new. Prices are very cheap. If you book economy and then upgrade to "extra room" seats and buy a meal seats you're basically flying in what they call businiess class for a lot less.
There was a huge snowstorm in Boston. A lot of people did not make it to the airport before the check-in desk closed. The airplane itself was grounded because of the snow for two hours. So a lot of people were in the main waiting area, while their plane was at the gate, but WOW did not care at all. They would not bring any gate agents out to check people in even though the plane was on the ground waiting. Many of us tried calling their support line - no answer. After a very long wait you get to what sounds like an India or Pakistan call center. The people there don't have any information, and the only things they can do are whatever you can do on the website. WOW has no real phone agents. I saw their gate agents later walking around and asked them to check us in - they shrugged. Would not check us in, despite the plane being on the ground. They could care less. Other airlines were shocked at how we were treated. Iceland Air was amazing. They saw our predicament and brought one of their managers out to their check-in gate to sell us last minute tickets on Iceland Air. A bunch of WOW customers ended up getting tickets on Iceland Air, and we actually ended up flying out of Boston before the delayed WOW air flight. If you get on the WOW flight - service is good. But you're taking a risk. Ground staff really does not care at all and will pretend they don't know you.
No frills budget carrier, mostly exactly as I expected.
If you overbuy luggage allowance, there is no way to undo it, even within 24 hours. I made a mistake, thinking I needed to purchase more luggage, recognized my mistake right away, and still ended up paying for luggage allowance I didn't need.

Felt like a disorganized mess! I don’t understand how this is still in business. Water was for sale on the flight, not for free. Water!! It’s a basic amenity. Exit row was exactly the same leg space as the rest of the aircraft. So why did I pay extra?

Extreme noise from the plane at certain times (mostly takeoff which can't be helped, I guess) Sitting in the first row of first class you get the light from the flight attendant kitchen area right in your face (Seat 1A-3A specifically)
