Cons: "I booked my flight through a third party and it required me to see an attendant to see a boarding pass. Since there was no attendant available before the first flight I MISSED my flight. The matters got worst when I called customer service where they told me I was unable to get another flight until Wednesday morning. This was the worst experience ever. I had to Uber to another airport in another city t ok get home. KAYAK and Fronteir are the worst."
Cons: "Boarding in a heavy rain. The flight was delayed hours. All passengers were extremely wet and the air conditioning was so high you could not even see through the fog in the cabin. I couldn’t see my seat number. We sat delayed on the plane with wet clothes for at least 90 min."

Cons: "Apparently Frontier doesn’t have partnerships with a lot of airlines which meant I had to get my bags, tote them halfway across the country and check them with the airline my connecting flight was on. Since I had a torn ligament in my knee and the connecting flight was in a different terminal, plus having to pay the baggage fees a second time this was less than an acceptable solution for getting my luggage on to the next airplane."

Cons: "The pilot made 3 elderly people wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes so he could make a point to the grounds crew, because the plane shifted. The elderly people were in wheelchairs and we're loaded last on the plane. The flight was overbooked, and it looked like they wanted one of the elderly people to stay back and take another flight. The flight was 40 minutes late because of the pilots ego it seemed. I understand protocol, but if he could step off the plane, so could the other people. It was a mess for no real reason!!! In my opinion!!!"
Pros: "First leg was delayed 2 hours with the notice coming out at 2am. Second leg was delayed 3 hours. So I travelled to LGA and bought an American flight that put me in Chicago at the right time. I am thankful that they told me about the delays so I could plan"

We're highly educated competent young women and they treated us like dirt. Then they charged us $99 extra per person. We would have been better off flying jet blue. And we didn't check in because it was an extra $25 fee This is RIDICULOUS !"
Cons: "It was crazy that we went to the airport and the flight was delayed from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Someone should have contacted everyone a lot earlier, I was emailed at 1:20 PM, WAY TO LATE. I DON'T THINK WE WILL BE USING FRONTIER AGAIN!"
Pros: "The actual flight is fine. The leg is just about 60 mins and the price of the fare is the most attractive portion. For $50 RT, there is not much to expect when you fly a discount carrier. What made the trip a bad experience was the return flight, where two consecutive flights were cancelled with no clear explanation to the reason (definitely not weather related). To reach my destination in time, a separate one-way ticket had to be purchased at an alternative near by airport. Frontier is certainly a low cost carrier, but not very reliable to Reach your destination"

Pros: "Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$100 and direct."

Cons: "I really don't like Airlines that nickle& dime the consumer and Frontier is one of these airlines. A good fare to start, but then you spend more at the end. In this case, I spend $108 + tax and fees more than if I would had gone with the competition. Life and learn. First time flying with Frontier and I will not say it would be the last, but this airlines had been but to the end of my list of choices for airlines."
Cons: "Adding to my original complaints in my review from TPA to TTN. I got to witness an employee at the gate conning a man into paying for an additional carry-on insisting his bookbag counted as a bag he had to pay for....excuse me...your website states that if the bag can fit under the seat, then it is not a carry-on that needs to be paid for. His bag could have easily fit under the seat and this employee took complete advantage of the fact he didn't know this. This airline makes me sick with the fact they have the need to nickle and dime every cent they can out of their passengers. Oh, and by the way you have to pay for in-flight beverages....that means the normal sodas/water/coffee you're used to getting as a complimentary drink are also a way for this airline to get a couple more pennies out of you. It's a good thing for this company that they understand exactly where they can take advantage of people who don't always fly, because if people knew about all of these things upfront, this airline would surely lose a lot of people. If you're going to try and be the "cheaper" more "affordable" airline then do so with honesty, hint the quotations I had to put on the words cheaper and affordable. Thanks, but no thanks, you've lost at least one customer here."
Pros: "Not much more to say. It was a very early morning flight. Boarding was fast and smooth. The crew was competent, professional, and friendly. Left on time, arrived on time. All in all very nice trip. Leaving from TTN was an absolute PLEASURE especially when compared to EWR or even LGA. Will certainly do it again next time! Kudos to you Frontier!"

We had some rough skies that the plane didn't seem to like. Although I loved going out of a small airport, on the balance, I may go a more traditional route next time."

Cons: "I had to pay $45 for a small carryon, which I've never ever paid for a carryon all the times I've flown. I purposely did not pack a luggage to save cost. $45 is more than I would have paid for luggage with American and carryons are free. The seats didn't recline and there was very little leg room. I paid $200 for my ticket not including my carryon fee which was so unexpected, then if i wanted a drink, that was an extra charge. Are you kidding me? This was my first time flying frontier and I was disappointed."

The minute I walked in the door of airport was told flight delayed at least 4 hours. Then calling customer service asking for money back and they said they ad to charge me $99 to cancel.
