Loved the crew . Absolutely no complaints. Except for luggage lost

Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.

this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.

We are too tired and frustrated to comment politely at this point

Delayed delayed delayed and no offer for food or vouchers

A couple ladies from the crew were so rude and nasty. Thought they were mad at having to be there especially if you asked a question. This will make me think twice next time if I book a flight with you.

Ring in first class for an overnight flight, there was no blankets nor pillows for first class customers.

Crew should be nicer and emphatic with customers. Same cookies as the past 20 years. Seat are ok and the plane was clean though it was delayed.

Plane was delayed for 6 hours, at first by weather, which is understandable, but was further delayed with NO given reason for 2 1/2 hours more. We had no clue when we were going to depart actually until they opened the ramp. VERY POOR to ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!
