I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

I could have taken a bus and gotten to my destination faster, communication is poor , had to walk from terminal 4 to 6 because they have gates at both but didn't post the correct terminal to my ticket , so I walked from 4 to 6 ... Then the delay made me walk back to 4 because of a gate change . Then we waited on the plane for another half hour . All in all its not really the staff but more so the actual operation of the airline that I'm not willing to work with anymore ."

It was getting hot inside and people were getting upset about missing their connecting flights. We went around in circles on the runway, about 3 times. As people were getting agitated, so was the stewardess. Also people had to use the restroom, and the stewardess kept asking people to stay in there seats and she begin to lose her cool. What do you expect when your on the runway for over an hour. When people got to go, they got to go. So after finally arriving at the gate, "late" United did get me on another flight thru Alaska which was great. Will I fly United again, hmm I'm sure I will, One bad experience won't scratch them off my list, but I will choose other airlines first and United will be my last resort."

Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."

Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable."

Sad to see a good airline that has been bought out and ruined."

Pros: "Flight crew pleasant, even making sarcastic comments about the cheapness of their airline. For example, "If you don't like our service, there are 8 emergency exits on this plane." We arrived safely and our bags got there too!"
Cons: "It was a tough day due to weather delays and cancellations, but the airport crew was overwhelmed and failed to control the massive crowd. At one point, service members started calling out destinations and it became a free for all. Passengers jumped over each other and across the ropes to cut in front. Elderly and children were pushed aside. At the gate, it was announced "in 15 minutes, we will ask passengers needing help to board", followed immediately by another crew member "we are already boarding all passengers!", then right back to the first crew "we are not boarding yet, we will start boarding in 15 minutes". Confusion! Departure was listed on time, but we really left 40 minutes late."
Pros: "Even with very rainy weather in Austin, flight left on time. Crew was very nice on both our flights. Plane was clean. Comfortable enough--about what to expect in this day and age."
Cons: "A lot of fees with Frontier flights. Wny not just include in the original fare of the flight?"
Cons: "The initial price did not include a free seat . Had to pay $16.00 extra for a seat."
Pros: "I loved the gate agent. She gave me a row of seats to myself. I also loved the flight attendants. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. The pitch between the seats were decent. They definitely respect the passenger and provide excellent pricing. I traveled without bags or personal item. I understood exactly what I was doing. Going to Vegas for 24 hours for next to nothing."
Cons: "I felt the snacks were overpriced. It was kind of funny seeing the flight attendants use debit or credit cards for each item on their cart."

Cons: "Late boarding, food wasn't delivered so we waited on the plane at the gate after late boarding. In Vegas, late arrival (hour plus) so didn't leave on time. Employee at the gate in Las Vegas was very rude to customer. Customer was crying and employee was talking to other employee acting like she like the situation. Frontier has a long ways to go before getting my business."
Pros: "It's hard to rate a flight when the weather is as horrible as is was Monday. We were just glad to get out of Chicago the crew was friendly the flight was a little rough but that is to be expected in that kind of wind overall everything was good."
Pros: "The plane looked as though it had not been clean. Dirty tissue left on the floor under the seat, my tray was dirty, the toilet was dirty (dry pee on the rim) and the bathroom toilet lid could not be lowered to flush the toilet. All in just a very diappointing ride with a company I use to like to fly with."

Cons: "Expect to pay more for anything. You want seat, PAY! You want a seat that reclines, PAY! You want water, coffee or soda, PAY! PAY, PAY PAY..... The crew on this flight if you wanted them to smile or greet you, you probably had to PAY as they were NOT friendly at all!"
Pros: "I make a reservation for me and my cousin, and him cant take the Flight because frontier sent to me by email a wrong information for checking terminal and when we finally arrives to the counter, she said, oh Im Sorry checking bag is closed, we cant take your checked bag, and he lost the flight, also trying to contact costumer service during 1 hour , they dont give us a rasonble solution, we lost the money for travel from miami to las vegas, and they not refund anything!!!!!!"
Pros: "The ticket price was okay if you didn't need to check a bag or have a carry on. They charge you for both. Good news the ice water is free."
Cons: "The seats are horrible. Very cramped. No free drink or snack. This flight was very late. Also we changed gates 3 times. Every year Frontier just keeps getting worse. Time to pick another airline."

Cons: "No TSA- pre-check participation and so it was late! even first bag carry-on is $35 is stupid! plane was late in coming in, and they kept changing times for boarding and we were boarded after 1.5 hours delay and then kept waiting there without moving, then deplaned because of mechanical problems, boarded again after another 1.5 hours delay and then finally left. very bad turbulence and nobody bothered to turn on seat belt sign or warn you or tell you about turbulence, let alone apologize! no food is the norm, but no water, come on! never doing this airline again, even if free!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed and they didn't even keep us posted as to what was going on with the flight. By the time we arrived to the gate, our gate was occupied so we had to sit on the plane for an even longer amount of time. If anyone had connecting flights, they would have missed them by far."

Cons: "Flight from San Francisco to Las Vegas on a Friday night: - 4 hour delay - After heading to the gate to finally board our flight (~30 minutes before departure), we overhear the desk agent telling the people coming to the desk - not even by announcement over intercom! - that the gate had been moved to the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL. - This meant that we had to run across the airport and go through security again! The agent also neglected to tell us that mobile tickets for Frontier (even on the app?!) were not accepted at the international terminal. On top of that, you would think they'd have at least one agent available at the main counters to deal with any resulting problems. Two friends who could not get in with the mobile app and had to run around to even OTHER sister airline kiosks just to find someone to print the ticket (even the touchscreen kiosks wouldn't print). We even had a friend that did get through security run to the gate to talk to the boarding agent and was VERY rudely told to just "go ask TSA how to deal with it." - By the time everyone arrived to the gate (~30 minutes PAST the projected boarding time), they announced that they would just need a little time to just clean up and turn around the airplane. We take a look aside to see that there isn't even a plane at the gate! Overall, as cheap as these seats might get, don't waste your time your time. You get what you pay for, and a headache to add."

Pros: "The price was the main reason behind booking. We thought we were getting a great deal on airfare from Chicago to Vegas, and it was a great base fare."
Cons: "The add-ons are where they get you. Pay to check a bag, and then when your bag returns to you demolished (seriously, they broke a wheel off my boyfriend's bag, which has been on many trips via other carriers with no damage, and they tore all the trim off my bag, which i have used for hardcore travel almost monthly). Pay to get decent seating. Pay for refreshments--that's right folks, if you want water on this flight, it'll cost you. Gate agents were huddling, talking to each other while we waited at the front of the line and folks stacked up behind us. Unprofessional. I'm sticking with Southwest from now on. No thanks, frontier."
Cons: "Worst flying experience of my life. Terrible terrible airline. Had everyone wait for a 5 hour delayed flight the. Changed plane had to remove people from the flight then after reissuing each person seats and boarding cancelled the flight once everyone was finally on board. Never ever again."
Pros: "The flight was extremely delayed and airport staff did not clearly communicate late gate changes or updated boarding times. There was mass confusion and the whole experience was quite unpleasant."

Cons: "Cheap and cheap. O'hare has an awful set-up for bag check and security for frontier/spirit/virgin/other cheap airlines together. You wait to print, then wait to check, then wait to drop your own bags (with zero instruction or customer service or signage), then wait for security. They hate for EVERYTHING: just to check in for your flight and pick a seat. $11-17-37 to sit together. Each. And then for bags. $35 to check and $60 to carry on (makes no sense) even when checking in online early. And even more cost to have both checked and carry on. And seats don't recline, that costs more. And have a 4inch by 5 inch-ish tray table. And EVERYTHING costs money onboard from WATER to Pepsi to snacks. It cost an extra $92 each way for two of us to check in and check one small bag. My back hurts and I will ALWAYS pay a bit more for another airline."
Cons: "4 hour delay makes dick a dull boy Never again, frontier"
Cons: "1) Although flights are fairly low fare, they get you with baggage. Had to pay to check OR to carry-on. 2) Flew out of Chicago O'Hare - a major hub - and Frontier, Spirit, Virgin America, & Alaskan all shared a SINGLE security check. Yes ladies and gentleman, one security scanner. I have never in my life (usually fly American, United, or Southwest) waited more than 30 minutes to get through security. This time was well over an hour, I almost missed my flight. 3) On-board staff was friendly (all but one woman), but there were no complimentary beverages or snacks. I did pay for some & they were not too pricey, but having to whip out my credit card yet again made my whole travel experience feel far from effortless."
Pros: "The flight was cancelled 1-1/2 hours before the scheduled take-off [9 am flight on 12/16/15] without any explanation whatsoever. The counter representatives gave very inadequate instruction, and did not appear very compassionate to the customers. I had to wait on hold for a CSR for 50 minutes before I was helped. Then, it took 45 more minutes to schedule another flight on American Airlines. The whole event was unnecessarily stressful."
Cons: "We didn't even get to go on the plane. The flight was cancelled before we got to the airport. They gave us no explanation why it was cancelled. Also the information they gave us was terrible. A woman gave us a parse that said "call this number to reschedule" as soon as we called it, the reply was "I'm sorry we are closed try calling this number." It took about 2 hours to figure out how to get scheduled on a different airline."
Cons: "A $30 ticket ended up costing me over $200 because of all the extra charges for baggage. Never once have I been charged to take my guitar on a plane but they wanted $60 at the gate. Not to mention that I flew Frontier with my guitar for free 3 weeks before this happened. I will never fly with Frontier again. Do yourself a favor and choose an airline that is upfront about what they will charge you for."
