He was very sweet and caring. I wish I could tell his boss how amazing he was! Thank you again Austin!"

Cons: "Check in took one hour and I was there before they even opened the kiosks. There was one desk open for the normal line and then 2-3 each for Sky Priority and baggage drop. Sometimes our line wouldn't budge, as they kept picking off from Sky Priority. I would recommend exercising judgement in choosing from which line to pick from, not just blindly only accepting baggage drop or Sky Priority after the main line that's also the largest hasn't moved in 10 minutes. In the end, no matter the order, it's going to take the same amount of time, but it would generate more impatience, leaving a line along."

Cons: "The weather in SF delayed is so very long while the airport staff were rather rude at both airports. And after all that, my bag did not make it on my connecting flight- or maybe it did but you guys texted me it didn't via your little app- and I had to go back for it mysef the next day becuase you would not deliver it or help me find it. wanted to be compensated for my long and horrible ordeal."
Pros: "Lovely helpful crew."
Cons: "Fee for WiFi & for any kind of entertainment. Also mild confusion with boarding- -stood outside plane for several minutes. Difficult to hear when we were supposed to board."
Pros: "I was never able to take the flight because of a significant delay in arrival in Tucson and subsequent arrival in Chicago."
Cons: "It was a 15.5 hour flight, and food was served 14 hours apart! Could've served the second meal a bit earlier."
Pros: "Easy enough to get on and stow my carry on."
Cons: "Narrow as all hell. Also, somewhere between Tucson and Nashville the baggage guys played football with my case. I ended up with broken gifts and a suitcase full of crushed cookies after the damn container is broken as well."

Cons: "Was FAR too cold on the plane. The way bags were being distributed the large carry ons from under the plane after landing was unorganized and poorly planned. Tried to reschedule my flight, to do so is a cost of $200 not including the price difference in having to buy a new ticket. May not be flying United anymore"
Cons: "I had to go in and out of security 3 times to try to make alternate flight arrangements. The United staff was slow, unsympathetic and made several errors. I spent 7 hours in the airport due to errors."

Cons: "I sat in 3A. Almost every passenger getting onboard hit me with his or her bag. The guy across the aisle stepped on my foot. There simply was not enough room for people to move in the aisle."
Cons: "The plane was not prepared to travel; snacks and beverages were note available during our flight because someone forgot to stock the plane."
Cons: "The entertainment system did not work. The plane took off late, we were in the plane for over 8 hours and the movies kept dropping. I will never fly in United to Europe again. Our flight attendant was very slow, the other side had their food like 10 minutes before us. When it was our turn she was out of chicken. We were four traveling together and purchased our tickets at least two months in advance and they didn't seat us together."

Cons: "Flight delayed 2 hrs, missed connection, had to spend day in limbo at DIA. Seats were rock hard on aircraft. I flew on UA because of the timing to my destination. 6 hours of travel time turned into a 13 hr experience. boo"
Cons: "Our flight arrived at LAX 20 minutes early so expected to get my connecting flight on time. Boy was I wrong, we sat inside the plane on the runway for over an hour. It was getting hot inside and people were getting upset about missing their connecting flights. We went around in circles on the runway, about 3 times. As people were getting agitated, so was the stewardess. Also people had to use the restroom, and the stewardess kept asking people to stay in there seats and she begin to lose her cool. What do you expect when your on the runway for over an hour. When people got to go, they got to go. So after finally arriving at the gate, "late" United did get me on another flight thru Alaska which was great. Will I fly United again, hmm I'm sure I will, One bad experience won't scratch them off my list, but I will choose other airlines first and United will be my last resort."
Cons: "One of the flight attendants was having an "off" day - the bin she had closed over my head opened during takeoff (nothing fell out), and later she broke a glass on my tray, sending pieces of glass into my lap. Not damage done (except that I didn't finish my last few bites of lunch!), and everyone has an off day sometimes..."

Cons: "My 7 year old first time flying and only had 1/2 a window view. Other passenger closed it, not knowing we were looking out. But for a short flight, pretty comfortable."
Cons: "Held up at check in because of understaffing. Long TSA line. When we finally got to gate wouldn't let us board. Then agent was extremely rude about putting us on a different flight. Have always flown Delta and am sorry I ever strayed. It will never happen again."

Cons: "Flight was two hours late. How can a one hour flight be two hours late in the month of May? The blaring ads for Direct TV were obnoxious. You could not control the volume of the transmission. Please ask yourself how many passengers to Cleveland, on a one hour flight would purchase service"
Pros: "I liked: The rambunctious kid behind me in the security line who was the Asian version of Chris Farley playing Rudolph Giuliani's kid on Saturday Night Live."
Cons: "I disliked: The fact that the flight departed at 6:00 am. It's my own fault for choosing such an ungodly hour."
