had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.
Like new plane. Great crew. Comfortable. Clean. On time. Happy employees. Good organization and control of passengers.
Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

Cramped older 737. Noisy passengers nearby. Wish you would change and make KC a hub with a direct from OKC. Best new airport!
The air hostess was excellent. I have taken so many flight domestic and international, this is the first time the air hostess was so caring. She was a delight
Awful. Delay after delay. And then again on the tarmac.
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
I needed internet for critical matters and it never worked.
Late FA meant slow boarding. WiFi did not work. I’m a medium plus sized passenger. The seatbelt was for the first time ever barely fitting. And we delayed on the tarmac 40 min
Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.

Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.
Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.
Delayed couple hours due to airplane maintenance issues, we boarded and then asked to unboard, but cmon!! Can they do the whole maintenance prior to boarding?
American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.
I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.
Plane was filthy- food in the seat, on the floor, on the tray.
