All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

Not sure if it was the gentlemans first time but overall he and the woman working the boarding were very slow and could have been more efficient. We boarded late (may be out of their control) but when we started boarding there was too much wasted time between calling up the military/people with longer boarding needs/wheelchairs etc. They waited until they were completely boarded and settled prior to calling the next group then spent time fiddling with the sign that splits the boarding lanes etc. Just appeared that there was no sense of efficiency. I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process."

This is key to getting your luggae faster in baggage claim when you have a short connection (I had less than two hours). This omission caused my suitcase to arrive last, and I had to run to make it to my next flight."

Then, on my return, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight and the desk associates would not issue me my ticket. The flight had not left, I had not missed my flight, theywould not let me board for not being early by 40 minutes (I was there 20 minutes before). The reason this pissed me off is because I had to pay 2 additional hotel nights which wound up costing me additional 300 dollars which United WONT PAY FOR. I want at the very least 300 dollars worth of credit, it is unbelievable."

The boarding pass in my hand matched the flight and time with the seat I picked out online when I purchased the ticket. Then a bad storm went through and many flights were cancelled. (Not the fault of United of course). About 9 hours later with a new boarding pass, I went to the gate to board and was told once again that I was not on that flight even though I was holding a new boarding pass!! What is going on here!? How can this happen twice to the same person, let alone happen at all??!"

Cons: "They cancelled my flight into Hartford. I got stuck in Houston then they sent me to Boston. My car was at Bradley international on Boston so I had to wait a few hours when I landed at Logan before a rental car became available, which cost me an extra 200 dollars. I rented the car and drove to Hartford (2 hours) to drop the rental off and get my car. Needless to say I was exhausted for work on Tuesday after getting home at 3am and traveling all day. My original flight from Houston to Hartford was suppose to land at 8pm at Bradley airport. I had several people I was on the trip with who also flew into Hartford the same day with similar arrival times at bradley who were on different airlines. They either had small delays or no delays at all. Extremely inconvenient the trip home was. Although I am all for safety first I am not sure why other airlines still made the trip or simply delayed the flights. Doesn't make much sense since I usually fly United and always consider them the benchmark of air travel. Thanks. Torry Gajda"

Like Tantalus, never quite reaching the object of desire, we were strung along till 10:30 for a 6:30 flight. Yet as bad as it was, it was better than coming by hand-cart. But it was a bit of a pioneering experience."

Then our 7:15 flight back to Tampa was also late leaving in spite of my checking flight status when I got up at 4:30 to get shuttle to the airport. Never fly Frontier!!"

Also, they allowed a ticket change when Hurricane Matthew was looming, with no extra charge and without regard to price differences in tickets. I have received an email showing the refund has been given on their end, so now I just wait for it to show up on my credit card."

I think the carry on charge is clearly spelled out ahead of time and wasn't a problem since I don't like to be weighed down with a lot of carry on. It also helps cut down on the fight for overhead space which makes boarding faster."

Cons: "The flight was more than 3 hours delayed which I didn't find out about until after I was at the airport. We got a $10.00 food voucher after we had been in the airport 1 1/2 hours prior to takeoff and then another 2 hours after the time the plane was actually supposed to have left. I was also told that we would be compensated for the delay, I haven't seen anything about that. My mother and I checked in together, they put me in zone one and her in zone 4, this was after I paid for each bag and $40.00 for the carry on bag. It was absolutely NOT a good experience."
