Cons: "First flight was delayed, reschedule for new flight 4 hours later, second flight delayed. Barely made connecting flight. Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

Been lied to several times about the issue that prevented us from leaving the ground. 1st excuse was they needed to unload a passenger luggage, then they need to return to gate to fix one of the lights.. 3rd oh we really do not know what is going on...but yet they kept passengers in the plane..just gave as a cookie and a cup of water bc of the delay... UNACCEPTABLE"

When the gate I was waiting at finally showed the flight information to Toledo, I had to find what gate I my flight was now on and had fifteen minutes to make it to the correct gate. Had the original gate displayed the new information any later I would have missed my flight."

Her male colleague, when I asked about a spoon for the tub of ice cream said "It's there. If you can find it, you can eat it." I am a 71 yr old woman, and was shocked to be spoken to with such impertinence. Had I not already been travelling for16 hrs, having started the day in the Occupied Territories, I would have reported him to the senior person on board. I was just too tired."

Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight gate to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I ran 30 gates and the door just closed and missed my flight. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

Cons: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."

Cons: "My flight was delayed by an entire day and I gladly accepted the change, I did not argue. Then, on my return, I arrived 20 minutes before my flight and the desk associates would not issue me my ticket. The flight had not left, I had not missed my flight, theywould not let me board for not being early by 40 minutes (I was there 20 minutes before). The reason this pissed me off is because I had to pay 2 additional hotel nights which wound up costing me additional 300 dollars which United WONT PAY FOR. I want at the very least 300 dollars worth of credit, it is unbelievable."

I HAD RESERVED MY SEATS..MAKES NO FRICKEN SENSE.. The tkt guy was rude when I told him I reserved our seats and now we are all 3 scattered everywhere alone. I think that's WHY HE PUT US IN THE VERY BACK BEING HATEFUL BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT UNITED DECIDED TO SEPARATE US FROM ROW I TO 30.. Also I am paying to bring my children to Mexico and I can't get points for it. Just sayin..."

Tix were booked and paid by two different parents and times. Agent relented and waived fee. At the gate we were again challenged and had to go thru it all again. No more United for us!"

Cons: "Everything costs money now. All the screens were worthless since it cost money to watch anything (including the flight map and how long until we reached our destination.) The Internet was useless unless you really wanted to pay $3 to surf the Internet or get your emails. Forget streaming video since they wanted you to absolutely pay the $8 more for DirectTV."

Even if we flew we still needed a two hour ride to SNA. It was sheer luck I called and was told another flight leaving in 8 min at gate 14 ten gates away. My running to catch that flight was not good. I made it panting. Arrived in LAX at 2:00 a m Not my destination. If nothing else people should be compensated by United don't you think?"

We were on the plane for one hour before they moved us to another gate . They backed us up and disconnected us and didn't realize they have to pull us back to the front gate so we have to wait again for them to come back hook us up and pull us to the gate . I believe it is very selfish on United part. because passengers were not on a time clock everybody else was it was very uncomfortable nothing to drink needed to use the bathroom it was held very unprofessional I would appreciate have my flight money back or A free flight to try to earn your trust again ✈️"
