Would be nice to get a better estimate as to how long it would take to board so that I could hang out in the lounge. In addition, departure from JFK was delayed as well, either we missed the IFR window or got stuck behind some traffic and I fell asleep on the plane only to wake up what seemed an hour later just getting ready to hit V1. No upgrade."

Got to watch bag handlers throw and drop luggage like true gorillas. Delta, this time you truely are the worst. Wont book you again."

If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

Cons: "We had seats at first where there was what looked like bubble gum bits stuck on one of the food trays. The flight was clearly not cleaned although it landed 2+ hours before the departure. We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach."

If the flight were full, I would understand them being cautious about space, but the plane was barely over half full. It was just an annoying inconvenience."

Then I'm left holding it the remainder of the flight when the come back through again. Now for the kicker....I had two flights the same day so I opted to buy the All Day Pass for $25.95!!! What? It was a 2 hour flight each way... Can't they prorate for flight duration or something??!! I ended up watching 1 movie "Superman vs Batman" that was 1 of 4 options of movies that come with the $25.95 package. Other movies available are an additional $5.99 to "rent". Wow...ruined."

American Airlines staff told me that I can pay $75 dollars extra to secure a seat for the next flight 6 hours away. I told them I am not paying anymore because it wasn't my fault I missed this flight. Then, they lost my suitcase so they took 30 minutes to find it. I tried boarding with the priority pass members because my new ticket they gave me was for priority and one of the American Airlines staff members kept getting in my face until I was at the back of the line because I was in boarding group 4. I just never have been treated so poorly before my any airline. I travel often so I will never take American Airlines again. The final straw was another delay at my last layover in PHL, which made me and up traveling for a total of 21 hours."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our international connection. Flight attendants did not care, did not attempt to get us out faster, or put on a different flight. Asked for an announcement to be made on board or to be moved to seats closer to the front so we could get off the plane quicker, did not happen. Offboarded and sprinted across the airport for our international connection and was notified by gate attendents that the gate closed five minutes ago and that they could not let us on the plane. Meanwhile, the plane sat there for an additional 30 minutes while it fueled and waited for release from air traffic control. There were six travelers total stuck there in San Fran at that gate, all of us begging to be let on the plane to Beijing, the last one for over 24 hours. Zero compassion from staff at the the airline gate. They did not care about us and did not care about leaving their travelers stranded. Our total travel was Denver to Bangkok, 26 hours of travel including layovers in San Fran and Beijing. In San Fran (after missing the gate connection), United rerouted us through Haiwaii and the customer service agent that did this reroute did not finish the reroute to our final destination. We got to Haiwaii and were stranded again, at the United service desk for four hours having to once again provide documentation of our initial travel plans to Bangkok, having them build a new itinerary to our final destination. Overall, 20 additional travel hours have been added to our itinerary, almost double our initial travel time. We have had to call and cancel pre-arranged bookings in Thailand as we are now missing two full days off our trip. I am absolutely disappointed and heart broken as I write this still stuck in the Beijing airport waiting another six hours to connect to Bangkok. My fiancé and I were traveling to Thailand to get married and have received no compassion from anyone at this airline to try and get us there. I fly United for work quite frequently and have never experienced such horrendous service and lack of basic human compassion. I am flat out disgusted by United and will not be using them again, for personal travel or work related trips, because of this horrendous experience."

Cons: "Now Sherry in any documentation I received did it say that my flight was operated by United airlines. I waited at ANA check in until within the 2 hour window and went around and asked someone at United who confirmed that they were partners with ANA."

The flight to San Francisco was delayed another 90 mins, causing me to miss my 15-hour flight to Singapore, although we arrived 10 minutes before the United Flight! Ten other passengers missed the flight! A travesty! Worse, with "no hotels available", I was rerouted to Chicago for a flight via Tokyo at 1300 the following day! In short, a 30-hour trip became 48 hours of hell and of course an 18-hour delaed arrival in Singapore. But there was more: my luggage was "lost" and thus arrived two days late!!!!! The only saving grace: friendly and helpful UA staff in San Francisco and especially in Chicago. Wow! I deserve some compensaton, wouldn't you all agree?"

No back of the seat entertainment screens. They had Aisle screens and ran occasional movies which kept stalling and the sound would cut in and out. Boarding was a bit of a nightmare and took awhile which made up leave late however we did make up the time."

Instead, you make us do all the work and keep prices the same."

I paid over 200 for my ticket!! Luckily there was a nice polynesian young man who stepped in and helped right away. That couple made my experience HORRIBLE! I do want something done about that! I almost missed a very important event and they looked to be arguing with each other! They need to keep their personal stuff at home! I was so mad.however, the flight crew was awesome!"

Reminding me that it was a large airport. I declined, but she encouraged me to try it and I agreed. She was concerned and very helpful."
Cons: "The plane was a small plane and we had to disembark on the tarmac. There were two attendants with wheelchairs but they didn't have my name so I walked on. The flight attendant called to me and said to wait. One of the attendants came up with a wheelchair and said he would take me. Unfortunately, a steep ramp had to be used to get into the airport building. He asked another worker to help him and all the way up the ramp I had to listen to comments about "good thing they had eaten their Wheaties" and "they were getting a good workout." I know that I am not a small person, but these ongoing comments were rude and insulting. When we got into the gate the attendant told me that he didn't have my name on his list and had to call for permission to take me through the airport. I waited and he came back and said he couldn't take me, but if I could wait someone else could come for me. I had waited enough already and suffered their rude comments, so I said no thanks and walked slowly through the airport. This experience has left me with a bad feeling for the airline and its personnel. I believe their staff could use sensitivity training at the very least!"

Pros: "These days we can all admit flying is not what it used to be before 9/11. It's still professional and curtious, but the awareness and appreciation of passengers has dwindled. Stewards and stewardesses go through the motions and do just what they need to do not more. The pilots got the plane to its destination well within the time sometimes even a half an hour early. But sometimes being that early means sitting on the tarmac for 40 minutes which cut it close to missing my next flight. Flights used to offer blankets if passengers were cold. If the plane is not full they do allow passengers to move seats to be more comfortable. The complementary beverage is still always a nice touch but seconds aren't offered and cups are often taken before they're finished. It would be nice to see our country's airlines go back to a little more awareness and appreciation for one another, and work to improving their levels to above satisfactory. The flight was supposed to have entertainment viewable on personal devices but going through the app to select something was told this flight didn't have access. Overall it was satisfactory."

Cons: "The flight had no flight crew, so I had to fly out the following day, missing important client meetings and losing money. I paid extra to fly out on Sunday so I would be able to make my obligations, but didn't arrive until Tuesday night. No refund or voucher was offered, although I asked. It would be nice if they at least paid the difference between the flight I paid for and the cheaper flight I received."

Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

Pros: "Arrived 40 minutes early so can't be too sad about that especially since a gate was available immediately. Jet bridge in SF was heated but in Denver where it was colder and he had to wait it was not. The check in lady clearly did not care about her job at all I'm Denver. Frontier is a budget airline which for this trip worked for me as I was able to pack everything in a "personal item" and don't mind sitting in the back of the plane, I got lucky and got asigned a window seat. No drinks offeed without a charge which I don't agree with but again you get what you pay for. And it's way better than Spirit."

I did not like the fact that luggage is so expensive to check. I could not believe I had to pay for a seat once I had bought my ticket. I thought that was part of the price of the ticket. I can't fly standing up."

Cons: "Worst seats in any plane I have EVER been on (and I travel ALL the time). Those steel seats with 0 cushion have resulted in me having the worst back pain and being on bed rest for the past 3 days on severe pain medication with no signs of improvement. I will never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "I booked Frontier for the low price. But after going to a farther away airport and paying for bags and seats and drinks and sitting in an uncomfortable seat, I am not so sure it was a great deal. I am happy that I did pay less than other airlines even with the cost of checking a bag (less cost than carrying one one) and for the seat. Because it is more costly to carry on a bag, hardly anyone did leaving lots of room in the overhead compartments and speeding up boarding and deplaning considerably. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced and lower cost than in the airport. Only snacks like chips and beef jerky are available so if you want food, bring your own. Flight attendants were friendly. My bag arrived on the same flight that I did and it was in good condition. We were reasonably close to on time."
Cons: "Seats are short front to back and don't recline. There was barely enough room between seats to force by backpack down to the floor and almost no room on the floor to hold it leaving me with no where to put my feet except on top of it. My legs are long and about 1/2 of my leg was not supported by the seat. This was manageable for a short flight but I would certainly not book a long flight with these seats. We spent considerable time on the tarmac waiting at both ends. I am not clear on the delay at the beginning of each flight. The delay at the end was related to Frontier only having 1 gate at each airport so we had to wait until it was free. Yes, we landed 20 minutes ahead of time, but we got into the gate 20 minutes late - meaning sitting on the tarmac for 40 minutes. Bags were slow to come up. Probably because everyone checked them so there were many."

Cons: "The web site is deceiving in that it makes you think every seat is an upgrade and no regular seats remain. A distinct "no upgrade" choice needs to be present for people to see. It makes one think, how much money Frontier has made from people due to their purposeful website's lack of clarity. This is pretty pathetic."

Who travels without a bag??? this is absolutely absurd. On the plane I was even charged for coffee and a glass of water... pathetic... When I asked why they parroted the obviously programmed response that management trained them to say "we're required to charge for that, it's our business model". On the way back I was again forced to check in at the ticket counter. I was asked if I wanted to check my bag or if I was going to carry on... I said carry on and the agent did not charge me. When I was boarding the plane the agent pulled me out of line and made me wait until an agent could come to the counter. They told me that the fact that the ticket counter agent didn't charge me was them not doing their job but that they were going to charge me $60 for the bag despite the fact that they "normal" fee is $45. I asked why I was being penalized because the agent didn't do their job????? Their response was "that's our business model". So let me get this straight, the model is mislead me into buying your ticket with what looks like a cheaper price, then don't let me e-check so that the ticket counter can "forget" to charge me the bag fee so that you can charge me more when I have no choice at the boarding gate..... then when I'm good and mad and trapped on your crappy jump seat (that doesn't recline) you charge me for water... You're airlines scumbag tricks and hidden fees are insulting and I hope people see this before they get suckered into buying from you.... You suck suck suck... and I'll NEVER use you again."

Cons: "Missed flight by 10 mins. Was able to check-in 1-hr before a domestic flight and get my boarding pass printed. However, the attendants were not interested in expediting me, and 4 other passengers going on the same flight, through security. Ultimately, 5 passengers with boarding passed missed their flight even though we had arrived to the airport and checked-in at an appropriate time! After the plane left, an attendant assisted a passenger to rebook their flight, but then left to go on break and left 3 of us stranded. Very few Frontier attendants available to help us. Had to pay $225 for another same day flight to SFO using American Airlines. Learning points: - hard deadline, need to be at gate 10 mins before departure time - lofty and esoteric reimbursement process - Frontier does not participate in TSA Pre-Check, so arrive 2 hours ahead of departure time for domestic flights - Frontier does not participate in other airline organizations, so unless you rebook with Frontier you are paying full price for the new ticket"

Pros: "When you add up the extra fees for carry on bags and reserving ordinary seats the bargain fares slip away. That being said, Frontier is a decent option if you know what you are getting into. Travel (extremely) light and decline to "grab a seat" and you can save some $$$."

Pros: "I really am not the type to write bad reviews, but I couldnt believe how unprofessional the crew was. They were extremely loud talking about their own personal issues with each other, barely made eye contact with any guests, and when I asked for a cup of water, I swear the woman felt like I was asking too much. It was expensive to pay for either a carry on bag or a checked bag and you had to pay for a seat if you didnt want to be stuck in the middle. Not a great experience."

They also add a $13 fee both ways for any seat on the flight, then if you want a special seat with legroom it is $25. To me that should be illegal. You sell me a ticket but I have to pay for a seat? WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN"
