The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days

I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.

Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,

Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any

I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

No complaints. Everything was fine. Very glad I was in premium economy

Overall flight was fine as was price. FCO leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough agents to check people in quickly, confusing security location and extremely, ridiculously long lines to get through multiple security checks. It was the least to say it was a hot sticky nightmare. Dulles is not better although arrival was fine, traffic to the arrival area was a nightmare where I finally gave up, parked the rental and met my wife with the luggage in the parking lot. I will avoid Dulles in the future.

Crew was very good and accommodating. Maybe fruit could be added for a snack.

Crew was very friendly and accommodating. Main enter was good but snack could be better. Perhaps adding fruit would be an excellent option.

Business was very pleasant. Fantastic staff. This is the longest I’ve slept in business class going transatlantic in years!

The flying experience is excellent. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is professional, attractive and efficient. The ITA business class lounge in Rome is poor. There are no comfortable seats for long layovers. It’s too crowded. The showers are too few and the towels are of extremely poor quality.

What occurred during this flight was far beyond an ordinary inconvenience or dissatisfaction with the onboard service. There were multiple failures involving the aircraft’s passenger-seat systems, the ability to summon cabin crew, sanitation, cabin crew responsiveness, food and beverage service, and the overall standard of passenger care. The circumstances were particularly serious because I am diabetic, and during the flight I experienced a situation in which I needed assistance while essential passenger-control functions at our seats were not working. I am requesting that ITA Airways treat this as a formal complaint requiring individual investigation, rather than responding with a generic customer-service apology. 1. All three seats had significant equipment failures Seat 46F: The entertainment screen was completely non-functional for the entire flight. Seats 46G and 46H: The screens themselves displayed content, but the following controls did not function: Cabin-light control Flight-attendant call button Flight-tracker button These were not merely entertainment-system failures. The malfunctioning controls affected our ability to control the lighting at our seats and, more importantly, our ability to summon a flight attendant when assistance was required. I specifically request that ITA investigate the maintenance records for the aircraft and these specific seats and determine whether these defects were known before departure, reported during the flight, or documented by the cabin crew. 2. The defective equipment directly affected my ability to manage my diabetes I am diabetic and require insulin. Because the cabin-light controls at our seats were not functioning, I was unable to properly illuminate my seating area when I needed to administer my insulin during the flight. More seriously, when my blood sugar became low, I was unable to use the attendant-call button to request assistance because the button was not functioning. This transformed what might ordinarily be considered an entertainment-system problem into a much more serious passenger-care issue. I was on a long transatlantic flight, unable to properly illuminate my seating area when necessary and unable to summon a member of the cabin crew through the designated call system. 3. My daughter repeatedly attempted to obtain assistance when my blood sugar was low When my blood sugar became low, I needed juice or another rapidly available source of carbohydrate. Because I could not use the attendant-call button, I sent my daughter to ask the cabin crew for juice. She made multiple attempts to obtain assistance. Despite these repeated attempts, the cabin crew did not appropriately respond to her request. After multiple attempts from my daughter, the curtain was closed. I ultimately had to obtain candy from passengers seated nearby because I could not obtain the assistance I was seeking from the cabin crew. I consider this one of the most serious incidents on the flight. I am not suggesting that cabin crew were required to provide medical treatment. However, when a passenger is seeking assistance because of low blood sugar—particularly when that passenger’s designated call button is not functioning—I believe a reasonable standard of passenger care requires the request to be acknowledged and handled appropriately. I therefore request that ITA investigate this incident specifically, including: Which crew members were assigned to our cabin/section; Whether any crew member observed my daughter requesting assistance; Whether any crew report was made concerning this incident; Whether the crew knew that the attendant-call buttons at our seats were not functioning; and What ITA’s procedures require when a passenger reports that they are experiencing low blood sugar or otherwise needs assistance. 4. The circumstances caused significant distress and interfered with my ability to manage my condition. The combination of the defective lighting controls, inability to use the attendant-call system, and failure to obtain timely assistance caused me significant distress.I was particularly distressed because I was unable to properly manage my medical needs in the manner I normally would during a long flight. My blood sugar subsequently remained elevated for an extended period. I believe the prolonged stress and circumstances surrounding this incident contributed to the difficulty I experienced managing my blood sugar during the flight. I am documenting this because I do not want ITA to reduce this complaint to a complaint about an entertainment screen. The equipment failures directly affected my ability to manage my medical needs and obtain assistance. 5. Unacceptable restroom conditions. One restroom was completely out of service for the entire flight. The remaining restrooms were extremely dirty with visible urine stains and no toilet paper. 6. Unprofessional and dismissive cabin crew behavior. Throughout the flight, the attendants were unpleasant and appeared irritated

The cleanliness of the Business class continues to disappoint. There was food on the floor when I boarded.

My son was served a muffin which had broken pieces of glass in it. Thank god he didnt swallow them and spit them out. i did let the crew member know and took pictures but nothing they could do. This could have been a very dangerous situation.

Sitting at Logan on the taxiway for 90 mins waiting for a gate after an 8 hour flight is unacceptable. Logan and delta need to do better

The Linate Milano flight was delayed. Landed at Frankfort at 12:10. Then took the bus on the tarmac and the bus ride was about 20 minutes due to the airport traffic. Got off bus went to passport control, used the kiosk scanned passport, took photo and finger prints and proceeded to wait in line. I asked the attendant that I had a connecting flight at 12:50 his respond was you have to ask the other travelers in line to let you go ahead. There should be a better system. Passed passport control and the gate was at Z69 to the other end of airport. Ran there out breath, I was last person to board due to a mechanical:electrical issue plane took off 2 hours later. Lufthansa need to a better job with international connecting flight. A 1-15 minutes is not enough considering the doors typically close 15 minutes prior to take off. So the window is reduced to 1 hour with all you have to go through with a slight delay it is not enough time. The crew on the flight was excellent and received exceptional customer service.

Loved the towel at the end. Service was frequent and perfect.

Horrible. Would not assist w hotel or new flights when Catania leg canceled

They left a little late, contributing to our missed flight.

Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.

Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.

Good communication via the app regarding the delayed departure. Uncomfortable seat for tall passengers. Could not straighten my legs.

roomiest flight in economy I've taken in years. Excellent experience!

The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.

I was booked to travel from Dallas to Nairobi via Chicago and Brussels and had been issued boarding passes for all three segments of my journey. At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. To my surprise, upon arriving at Chicago Airport, I observed numerous international travelers boarding with cabin bags that were significantly larger than mine. This experience left me extremely disappointed and led me to decide against using United Airlines for future international travel, a sentiment I have also shared with friends and family. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.

Waited on tarmac in shuttle bus to board plane in Casablanca

Everything was perfect dood delicious staff were nice excellent and smooth landing great job 👍

They canceled my flight and they haven’t reimbursed me yet

Easy flight, on time, easy check in but long lines.

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not

I couldn’t find my boarding pass with the information provided by Underpricer. It took me several hours to find what the issue was. Finally I got the right code to get my boarding pass from American Airlines. Underpricer WhatsApp call center finally got it right. When I got to Casablanca my luggage was left in Miami. Not sure which airline fault it was if Air Maroc or AA. I filled out a report with Air Maroc

Horrible. Flight was overbooked and I was put on a flight to Miami without a leg to my final destination. And Kayak is not helping resolve the problem

The flight itself was fine. The flight was delayed for nearly 10 hours and there was inconsistent communication about why it was delayed.

There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours

Good flight overall Welcoming crew Food needs some improvement especially from Casablanca to dc
