The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
Our flight was held more than 1.5 hours due to baggage issues and overbooking. Our bag was never tagged and caused an unnecessary amount of stress. Personnel on the Delta side were mediocre at best and seemed to not care about customers and seemed like they hated their work.
Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.
Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!

The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.
It was an OK flight with below mediocre service by their flight attendants
Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.
The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
Flight crew was very kind and polite. They had to deal with an unnamed issue right beside me, and did so with respect.
Good flight. Mass boarding. Seats fairly comfortable. Food okay although may have upset my stomach a bit.
The crew were nice and courteous. Exonomy seats were worse than expected. Overhead bin space was non existent thanks to loose enforcement of the carryon size and letting passengers put up their purses jackets and backpacks up there leaving no space for others with a small conforming carry on. Food was not good at all. Perhaps worse chicken I ever had in my life. I had to have them take it after tasting how bad it was. Whoever made that should not be in food making business.
The crew was very helpful and friendly. Food was good. The only issue was the legroom -- not great. The seat in front is also too close to see the entertainment screen properly.
No crying babies the whole flight would be nice. Impossible to sleep. No free snacks , only the main meal
The crew was amazing. Our seats was not very clean and even that was not a full flight but our seats was right beside the WC which did not let us to have a moment of rest.
Excellent service, and came on time! Thank you for your dinner that was chicken with salat/, and 🍰 it was good quality food , the breakfast was very good with good cheese , butter,etc and the tea was very good quality. The space where I was seat was nice so I could stretch my legs. I dit not have the bread as I am in a keto died. Have great time everyone in Scandinavia airline.
The first flight was delayed. We missed the second flight, which was rebooked 9 hours later. We missed all our arrangements for the first day of vacation.
Old plane, food not that great - lacked taste. Crew was nice but strict.
Terrible airlines, kept lying to me about the fact that my connection flight was cancelled. Left me hanging until last min. NEVER AGAIN
