Cons: "No seat selection available on line, so stuffed in the back. No place for luggage. No soft drinks on flight. Mexican chips??? What’s that about?"

Cons: "The seating in economy class is abysmal. The seats are extremely small and the rows are to close together. There is no leg room. The seat cushioning is almost nonexistent. It's like sitting and leaning back on a board. On this last trip I had a window seat. I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs."

Pros: "The gate agents and the gate supervisors were rude and condescending My reservation was changed mid air and even though I made it to the gate 18 to Houston on time and boarding was still in progress I was not allowed to board. I was informed a plane was not a bus that I could hop on anytime I liked. When I protested that I had a confirmed reservation I was calmly told. “We canceled it because we didn’t expect you to make it.”"
Cons: "I missed my Thanksgiving Holiday because some powers that be decided I would not be able to make a connection So instead of waiting to we if I missed it and rebook then, like a normal airline, they preemptively cancelled and denied boarding."
Pros: "I LOVED my flight to LA PERFECT The flight from LA to Auckland was not as good, seating fine, LOVED THE CHECK IN LOVED THE PHONE SERVICE when i called to increase my weight of luggage..."
Cons: "I could not hear the entertainment because engine too loud I did not experience this on my flight to LA , I found the crew were not as pleasant as the crew to LA, could be that they were tired, if i had to rate NZ Airline from my trip to LA.... I would be shouting my pleasrure and did while in LA coming back truly was a different experience however going was so good... I will gladly fly again"
