In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.
The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.
I am so shocked at the service in first class. We were not greeted or offered a beverage for 45 minutes into the flight. She did however have time to write a long note. I just wanted a snack and something to drink. We were never offered coffee and the snacks came after dinner? It was the oddest flight I have ever been on. The gentleman next to me got up and gave our dinner box’s to the flight attendant and asked for a second glass of wine for each of us. Our dinner boxes sat on our tray for 20 minutes. She was rather distracted. He then asked another flight attendant for wine… finally we had a second glass. I was trying to give her some grace, she also told the man next me we couldn’t have any more wine because we drank it all… after landing the seasoned traveler next me ask for her employee number. Then it was a mutiny! She was refusing and it got tense. The captain came and asked what was happening, the flight attendants totally gave a biased account of the fact. The captain told the police the man I was seated next to was intoxicated! That was completely inaccurate and it really escalated things. I policeman found me at the luggage carousel to verify the facts. The flight attendants made false accusations that he touched them! That never happened. It was a very poorly trained crew. I am so anngry and shock by the entire experience! It was terrible service! I would like a refund for what I paid to be in first class and the most uncomfortable flight ever. I always fly Delta, it has been wonderful. I was so flustered by the entire experience! Please give me an update on this matter! Thank you, Kelle Myers
It was reported to the passengers that Delta failed to schedule the crew properly. This error caused the pilot to show up about 30 minutes late. All in all Delta's inability to take care of this basic function resulted in about an hour delay.
Food was not the best. Too many items had sauce pm them with a lot of spices The seat was not comfortable especially when you lay down
Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.
The airplanes were so old and out-dated it was terrifying to fly on them.
It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.
The important things including boarding and the flight being on time and safe were excellent. The disappointment comes from the comfort and amenities. Was misled by the "availability" of inflight internet- there is an extra cost. The tray table was broken, the bathroom door stuck and flight attendants were competent but not very friendly.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
It was great. The attention, the fly was on time.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag
Easy boarding Seats were very uncomfortable no room arm rests didn't even go up all the way
Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.
I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats
I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.
The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.
So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off
I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.
The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.
It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture
To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible
They opened my checked bag and even though my lock was tsa approved, they loose my lock and left my bag just like that. Incompetent people, very upset about it. I’ll try to avoid traveling with united
The passenger in the row in front of me was listening to a political speech on his phone at full volume with no headphones and it was disturbing all of the passengers around him for several rows. I asked 2 of the flight attendants to speak to this passenger but they only shrugged. It was obvious that they were afraid there might be conflict and would not say anything. I had to take it upon myself to tell the passenger that he needed to turn it off or wear headphones as it was disturbing everyone around him not wearing their own headphones. I was very disappointed in the United flight attendants.
Flight was ok. Unfortunately it was a Boeing 737, which is a cramped / tight airplane. I prefer the Airbus as they are a more comfortable flight experience.
United ground crew and pilots are friendly. The in-flight staff (flight attendants) are the worst in the world. Multiple trips, always unpleasant, combative, use implicit threats to not allow for a discussion on their decision. Authoritarian. This seems to stem from an internal corporate wide policy as I doubt that United is intentionally searching for people that are not fit for customer facing positions. I will not fly United again. Good luck fixing your business
The flight was delayed till next day ! They kept delaying every 30 minutes then after 3 hours they delayed it till next day. We kept waiting in line standing more than an hour to get the hotel and meal vouchers. There was no communication at all. Everything was bad
Flight was on time, no drinks served on the two short flights. Comfortable seats.
This flight was fine but had no time to breathe as the connection was late from Sea to ORD.. Super stressful. If we checked bags, the trip would have been very distressed.
The one gate agent was very abrupt and rude. Not a good look for American for the day
It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old
Other than Charlotte airport being crowded and a mush of people at the gate and even through the priority lane, the flight was great.
This time there was nothing to be better, really! Boarding on time, taking off on time and arriving earlier. The only complain is about way too long line at pre-check security point at DFW. But this is the airport’s problem, not American Airline.
3 hours late. Second consecutive time this month that a flight from DFW was delayed 3+ hours.
I had a first class lie flat seat which broke within 20 minutes of takeoff. I had to sit at an uncomfortable position for 9 hours, and the crew was terribly inconsiderate. I ate in the aisle, didn't have any entertainment due to none of the electricity working on my chair.
Seats were very uncomfortable. I paid extra for a seat with more leg room, the seat was no different than a seat at the back of the plane. Flight attendant was rude.
This is my fifth time flying with SAS and I love it
The employees were very nice. I liked my bulkhead seat. The flight was delayed unfortunately. It was a smooth ride. I was prepared for a cold plane with extra clothing. I assume there is no way to make it warmer.
Got delayed, we missed our connection because of this and were stranded for hours in Los Angeles with no way to go home. Don't fly Scandinavian Airlines!!
Dislikes: lack of communication when bidding for Business Class upgrade, lack of clean up after service, no vegetarian options. Likes: plane was newer and arrived on time.
I was never made aware I had to request a vegetarian option for my meals! And the flight attendant said I would have to pay for pasta. I was stuck with no dinner. Also, the seat in front of me leaned all the way back, and I couldn’t get comfortable!
Great staff, attentive and polite. The food was okay. We had premium plus seating, which didn’t give us that much space, so that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise the flight was great. Smooth and easy flight
Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed
Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint is how cramped the seats are for an international flight.
On this shorter leg and with an older plane, just mediocre. On the connecting long haul (Chicago to Copenhagen) everything was great.
great.....plane was comfortable....crew thoughtful though a bit impersonal. Full plane might have accounted for that. I left my favorite scarf on plane when landing in SFO Thursday, 3:00 pm. wish I had a way to get it back. Otherwise....flight from Copenhagen was smooth, flight to Copenhagen was on older plane and not as comfortable.
